Hotel NH Collection Eindhoven Centre

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this was going to be an unforgettable experience! The hotel is pure luxury, perfectly located in the vibrant center of Eindhoven, making it ideal for exploring the city’s charm. The staff were beyond exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make me feel special. My room was stunning: spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every modern comfort imaginable. The view over the city was breathtaking, especially at night! Breakfast? Simply divine! A wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes that made every morning feel like a celebration. And the amenities—wow! From the relaxing spa to the chic bar, everything was top-notch. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape in Eindhoven, this is THE place to be. I can’t wait to come back!

We had such an amazing time during our stay in the NH Collection Eindhoven Centre. The location was perfect, very close to the station and to nearly everything at the city centre. Also the breakfast was incredible and the staff generally very kind. We give a special thanks to the great attention each and every morning to Yus at the restaurant. We couldn’t be happier with the service. We surely recommend the hotel!

My stay at NH Collection Eindhoven was truly unforgettable. I had the pleasure of staying in a suite featuring a bathtub with stunning city views, unquestionably the finest room I have ever experienced. My sincere thanks go to Wouter for a swift and warmly attentive check-in. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Thomas at the SkyBar, who crafted the most remarkable cocktails. And finally—though by no means least—my heartfelt appreciation to Simón, an exemplary and highly professional receptionist who was consistently there to assist me with anything I needed. This place deserves more than 5 stars! We walked into the door and were greeted by Simon, who was so welcoming and professional. His colleague Nicola was equally wonderful. They made you feel at home, and nothing was too much. He told us we were the 'guests of the day' and upgraded us to a beautiful room in the 7th floor with wonderful views. They gave us delicious treats with a lovely note and called to see if we needed anything. Breakfast was amazing, the selection was second to none. Like a fancy mini cruise ship buffet! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

We had a great stay at your beautiful hotel in the centre of Eindhoven. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had both our dinners in your 2 different restaurants, one due to the pouring rain and we decided to stay in and the other was to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a delicious meal both evenings. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Not the best view looking over the cinema but all in all a great stay that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel. The reception staff were aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. A woman at the front desk and a male manager behaved disrespectfully, spoke aggressively, and even switched to another language while looking directly at the guest to discuss them without being understood. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely ruins the experience. The rooms may look nice, but they are extremely small and uncomfortable to move around in due to very poorly arranged furniture.

5 stars all around. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk greeted me with a warm welcome and answered all my questions. The rooms were clean. The mini fridge was well stocked, and there was complimentary coffee in the room. The bathroom showers were a step above everyone else. Plenty of towels and a robe was provided. House keeping restocked all my used towels with no issue. The breakfast was well worth the money. Cheeses, meats, eggs, bacon, pastries, etc. The best breakfast I've had in any hotel to date and with a great view of the city. Location of the hotel is unbeatable. Right in the center of Eindhoven with plenty of restaurants and shops all within a 5 minute walk. When I travel to Eindhoven I normally stay in a competitor's hotel, but NH won me over. I will be booking all my future stays with them.

Room with nice viewing, with big windows and very clean. Service was fine, you have some sweets also in the reception. About Location you can't find better. 1 minutes to train station and bus station, 1 minutes to City Center
