Where to start! This place was AMAZING. From spacious comfortable rooms to excellent service. The room was fun, has everything you need. The bed was comfortable, and very spacious. The breakfast is well worth getting. You will have everything you could ever dream of. Alex was very welcoming and helpful anything you need he got it with a smile. Thank you nhow. You did amazing

Their art understanding is good. They have a very friendly environment and reasonable pricing. However, it would have been nicer if they hadn't covered the inside of the elevator. Their print quality is not good. They are also really environmentally friendly. Their tap water is also of excellent quality. Drink from it.

The hotel was beautiful but the hotel staff truly made our stay magical, the receptionist noticed upon arrival that it was my wife’s birthday and instantly upgraded our rooms, which was such a lovely surprise.||later on in the day when we came back to our room from exploring the beautiful city, we noticed a stunning hand written card and 2 absolutely gorgeous slices of cake accompanying it wishing my wife a very happy birthday. ||||I can’t state enough how much we appreciated this extraordinarily thoughtful gesture.||||Lastly we were offered late check out on our departing day as we had an evening flight home, the kindness accompanied by such thoughtful actions will have us coming back to nhow hotel over and over again.||||The hotel itself was great and the views from the our room were wonderful, our room was spacious, fun and full of character.||The restaurant was lovely however we felt there was a slight lacking in choice / number of dishes available but in saying that the taste and quality of the food more than made up for that. ||The hotel and stay was Beautiful.

I absolutely loved my stay! The small thoughtful gestures made me feel truly welcome, and the room’s design and art gave it so much character. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the option to make my own waffles, plus the Virgin cocktails and iced coffee bar were such a fun touch.

Great breakfast, with extreme good quality and many options. Location is close to Northern Railway Station, which is not the best area, but the close surroundind is okay. Staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are good.

Very lousy room with no soundproofing, you will hear every conversation from the street. The staff is friendly and the concept is nice, but those things dont overcome the bad location and lack of soundproofing. I would avoid this place, it feels like it is a bait and switch

So I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the honesty of your staff. The hotel room of course is very clean and neat and in a great location as well and we were able to find great food and sights within walking distance in our short time there. We had a morning flight so we left early and in my haste I left my wedding ring on the end table. I did not realize it until we were on the plane and we were taxiing to the runway and I had no cell phone service to call. Our flight was to the US. So I sat on that flight stressing and trying not to think about losing my ring for 8 hours! Upon arriving home I sent an email as soon as I could and within hours received the good news that someone had found it and told the front office! What relief I felt! So I just wanted to commend the honesty it took to come forth with my ring- truly a quality not found in general in the world today - so very much appreciated, and I am so grateful! Christine with guest relations started the process of returning it to me in a prompt manner and I have it on my finger once again! Thank you again!

I stayed at nhow Brussels for a short city break and really enjoyed how different it felt from the usual hotel experience. The space has a bold, artsy character, with design elements throughout that make it feel a bit like staying in a modern gallery. My nhow gallery suite room was comfortable and well-equipped. The view over the city was lovely to wake up to! Breakfast was great – fresh orange juice, good coffee, and a generous mix of hot and cold food options. It was a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore. The location worked well for me too: easy to walk to museums and green spaces, and close to the metro for getting into the city centre. Overall, it was a creative and enjoyable base for my time in Brussels. If you’re after something a bit different from your usual hotel chain, nhow definitely stands out and I’d genuinely recommend it!
