If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. Everyone was super friendly whilst still be professional. The most attentive service I've experienced from any hotel. Lobby/bar area is quirky and fresh. All aspects of the hotel are fresh and modern never stayed in a hotel quite like it before. Special thanks to Pamela who's service went above and beyond, felt more like a friend by the time we left, and Mae from reception who made sure we had everything we needed and our stay was made memorable for her attentiveness. Thank you both you are definitely assets to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel to watch Imagine Dragons. Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in, in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location. Amazing rooms and Pamela & Mae were outstanding. They made us feel so welcome and are incredible at their jobs. True assets to the business. Every hotel should have a Pamela & Mae. Will definitely be coming back. Thankyou!

This hotel is so fun, and feels so welcoming! The food is excellent, the vibe is funky and homey all at once, and the bar is killing it. Jelani at the bar makes THE BEST cocktails I’ve ever had, and he will make you feel like you’re hanging with your bestie. This was the first leg of a bucket list trip, and Jelani, Pedro, and Mohammed kept our bellies full, our beverages flowing, and the welcome feeling all around continue the whole trip. Unforgettable experience!

My partner & I spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel during a business trip (the second time we’ve stayed) and on both occasions we have been delighted with the facilities, the comfortable rooms and beds, the amenities, the food and most importantly the staff who are absolutely fantastic! Each member of the team from the security and housekeeping through to reception staff, bar staff & waiters are all kind, polite, warm & extremely professional. A special mention must go to Thomas and Pedro (the Marketing and Guest managers respectively) who took excellent care of us. The only one small thing that would improve the quality of the hotel would be if the bar served later than midnight. We look forward to returning soon!

I enjoyed my stay at nhow London. The hotel has a unique and quirky personality that really sets it apart — in a good way. My room was lovely: stylish, clean, and very comfortable.||The gym is on the smaller side, but it does the job if you’re looking for a quick workout.||It’s located in Shoreditch, which is great if you’re looking to explore a different side of London, away from the typical tourist areas. Definitely worth considering if you want something with character and a slightly alternative vibe.

Nice hotel with a quirky personality — I really liked it. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The gym is small but functional. It’s located in Shoreditch, so it’s a good choice if you want to stay away from the more traditional tourist spots.

Nice hotel. Affordable. Quite quirky. Not in the heart, but close enough. Rooms had some nice amenities. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was really nice. Check in was easy.

Excellent choice Seriously… this hotel is the perfect place to stay in London. It is modern and cozy. Rooms Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. Not to mention the amazing job they’ve done to design the spaces! I really loved the concept. Breakfast In case you are wondering, their breakfast is amazing. They pay attention to all details. You’ll find fruit, customized omelets, all kinds of pastries, proteins, waffles. Service Excellent! Everyone is friendly and they will make sure you have a great time at the nhow 🤓
