Absolutely amazing hotel - exceeded our expectations in every aspect: beautiful ambiance - lovely and extremely accommodating host family - delicious and very creative cuisine - so glad we found this place and will definitely be back! ||We are here right now as we are writing this review and enjoying every minute ! Might end up as our the best mountain hotel experience we have ever had !!!

Our stay was great. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The family truly made us feel at home. going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was nice. Location is amazing. Good value for money We can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

The hotel is a really family -hotel and the whole family makes you to fell so welcoming. I appreciate a lot their warming attitude, the very rich meals, both breakfast and dinner and the cleanness which was everywhere. The benefit of Almencard is very huge, so you can travel wherever you want with buses, trains and cable cars. We would like to meet someday again. Till then, continue your great work and God bless you! P. S For the room I gave only four stars because we decided to choose a smaller one, so I dont know how are the others.

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful owners. I agree with all comments that have been made before in the 5-* category. I will go back. I did go back in June 2024; my comments still apply, although the room we were in was a bit small compared to the one of last year. This time we also met the daughters of the owner; they are really friendly as well. What a nice atmosphere!

Very scenic hotel. GPS on Google needs to be recoordinated as it brings you to a grassy area. They offer breakfast and dinner. Dinner was served clean and it was tasty. The hosts we're very accommodating and kind.

I was planning to book a room in this hotel for January 2019, however, failed to to it. The communication was clumsy from the beginning; it took the hotel staff to long to answer to my specific questions (those that were not found on their site), the replies were uncomplete and I had to swich to German language inspite of the fact that their Internet site is also in English. The worst thing was that when I finally, after having got the very basic of the desired information, booked the room - it was suddenly unavailable. Very disappointed!

Very nice place, near the skilift. There is nice pool and sauna. Rooms are very comfortable
