"In the former town hall, you can now dine in a stylish and inviting space that combines contemporary design with the warmth of wood and natural tones. The cuisine is ambitious, creative and modern, but at the same time pleasantly down-to-earth. The names of the dishes are original, such as "H2O" (cold watermelon and cucumber soup, trout ceviche) or "Haarscharf" ("Razor-sharp") (medium-rare wild boar, spring onion and beetroot ragout, garden herbs, horseradish pasta).
