A very clean and tidy hotel. The room is on the economical side, and it’s ok if you mainly use it for sleep purpose! The spa is very new and with ample shower pressure to wash off any fatigue you may have for the journey! The biggest bonus for me is to access 中之岛,middle island, for a quick run in the morning.

This hotel was my favorite that I stayed in During my two weeks in Japan. It was more in the business district on Osaka, but a very short walk to our subway stations, which made it easy to get around. The service was great and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable. I’ve had all over Japan. I would recommend this to anybody that wants to stay a little bit outside of the crazier tourist area. It was extremely quiet and relaxing. Overall, very enjoyable.

Located around 5-10 minutes walk from Yodoyabashi Station, somewhat in the middle of the business district stands the Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka. Yodoyabashi station is a pretty convenient location, as it was minutes away from Osaka-Umeda Station as well as Shinsaibashi and Osaka-Namba station, which were all on the same line which made travelling around a breeze. The ambience and feel of the hotel was very inviting and comfortable. We had booked the Hollywood Twin Room, and it was quite small, but I would rather describe it as cozy, though my only grouse was that the beds were too close to each other, and the lack of space for 2 huge luggages. I do love that although a bit on the small side, they still managed to fit in a nice Japanese bath to soak away the fatigue. Besides that, there was nothing much to complain about, as the beds were comfortable and not overly hard, and the staff were pretty warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a nice variety and were pretty delicious.Overall, a fantastic choice and a definite contender when we next go back to Osaka.

Kind of an underwhelming stay, not bad, everything is clean and it’s fine for staying for 1-3 nights, but rooms are really small, bathroom felt really cheap (interior wise) and breakfast was kind of disappointing compared to other hotels we stayed in during our japan trip. I think for the price you can get better experiences at other hotels. Location is fine, close to some subway stations and main attractions can be reached easily.

Clean and compact hotel. Rooms are small but functional and chairs within the room are very comfy. Our room had a window which could be opened to provide additional fresh air. Breakfast is very good 👍. Staff we encountered speak a little English only. One dislike was the daily housekeeping. They claim to be environmentally friendly and will only do a clean up if you stick a labelled magnet outside your door before 10am. This is not made clear on checking in. If you miss the magnet before 10am, there's no clean up till tomorrow. But the irony is if you don't make up the room, they still hang a bag with fresh towels and water at your door, but they don't clear the daily rubbish inside. How is this environmentally friendly? I'd rather reuse towels for a 2 or 3 night stay, but get routine cleaning done daily. Location is overrated. Most travellers in Osaka use the rail and metro from airport. Its a good walk to Yodoyabashi station, and not on a direct line to KIX airport. This hotel has no mall or eateries across the road. You can however take this line direct to the major shopping districts. I'd give Location an 8 not 9.

The best hotel that I have stayed in Japan so far!!! The exterior of the hotel is so beautiful at night! The amenities are all so good!! Their shampoos, body wash everything is all DHC and all so so so good!!! Their sauna are so relaxing and comforting!! So good to sleep on their bed and it’s clean! Able to ask for free water as always! Did their calligraphy workshop and it’s so nice! The only downside is that you have to walk a bit to the train station which is about 9 minutes and their breakfast weren’t that amazing… it was just normal and a quite salty.. That’s all! Other than that, it’s a perfect hotel!!!! Just a bit costly, but you get what you paid!

I would definitely recommend staying in Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka! A friend and I stayed for 2 nights for a short (first) trip to Osaka, and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. The reception staff are extremely kind and polite and speak great English. We got a lot of free check in gifts, such as face masks and toiletries. Our room, although small was comfortable and very clean. Great room facilities, shower was easy to use with good water pressure, hairdryer was powerful and quick to dry long hair. We also tried out the public bath, it was luxurious and relaxing and a great experience overall.

Located in a great place inside the city! 5-10 minutes walking to the closest station. Great service and great room space! Just be aware that some bars around the Hotel sometimes do not accept foreigners, but it's part of the experience.
