This hotel was great. Large rooms for Japan and th service was excellent. New towels arrived each day with a care pack of coffee and tea. The location was excellent, right between two main subway lines. Plenty of good local food options with a coffee shop within 500m.

Choosing a hotel for our first trip to Japan was daunting, but we selected the HOTEL RESOL TRINITY OSAKA specifically for its promise of an authentic Japanese vibe, and it exceeded every expectation. As a family of four—traveling from the UK with our two energetic boys (ages 7 and 9)—the entire experience, from booking to check-out, was seamless and supportive. We were so impressed with the patience of the staff who helped us secure a perfect family room, which was a wonderful relief for our first location in the country. The Perfect Introduction to Japanese Hospitality The staff were simply outstanding. Not only were they extremely helpful and patient with our direct booking from the UK, but their warmth towards us and our children was genuine and memorable. Their kindness instantly made us feel welcome and settled. The hotel itself perfectly blends sleek, modern design with deeply comforting traditional Japanese aesthetics, instantly giving you that peaceful ryokan feeling right in the city center. The location is brilliant for exploring. We found the proximity to multiple metro lines, especially Yodoyabashi Station, made navigating Osaka an absolute breeze. Room Comfort and Thoughtful Amenities Our family room, which accommodated the four of us comfortably, served as a truly relaxing haven after long days of travel. The thoughtful amenities within the room were fantastic, and I especially loved the Nespresso machine—a perfect touch for a quality cup of coffee to kickstart every morning. Beyond the room, the hotel's design truly stood out with its multi-floor amenities. This meant that convenient facilities like quiet work desks to plan our itinerary, guest laundry facilities, and ice machines were always close by, making the whole stay incredibly efficient. A Luxurious Retreat and a Boy's Dream The absolute highlight for me—and a necessary ritual after long days of sightseeing—was the hotel’s luxurious public bath (Onsen). I didn't just feel like I was taking a bath; I felt like I was indulging in a high-end spa experience. The serene atmosphere and tranquil design of the facility were perfect for unwinding and genuinely soaking away the fatigue of travel. Meanwhile, for my boys, the real thrill started outside! They were completely captivated by the incredible engineering of the really cool car park. Watching the mechanical tower silently retrieve and store vehicles became a source of constant excitement and wonder for them! Culture, Cuisine, and Brand Loyalty We loved the focus on cultural immersion. The hotel organized various complimentary experiences throughout the week for guests, such as traditional calligraphy classes and beautiful ikebana (flower arranging) workshops. These hands-on opportunities were perfect for the boys and gave us a genuine taste of Japanese art and tradition right at our doorstep. Dining was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering an abundance of choice. The quality and sheer variety of Japanese and Western dishes ensured everyone in the family, even the pickiest eaters, started the day energized. Our experience was so overwhelmingly positive—from the excellent facilities, the cozy room (and the Nespresso!), and the outstanding staff—that we decided to entrust the same brand with the second leg of our trip. With the wonderful assistance of the manager and staff, we successfully booked our upcoming stay in Tokyo with the same hotel brand. The HOTEL RESOL TRINITY OSAKA was truly the perfect choice for our first-ever Japanese adventure, setting an incredibly high bar for the rest of our journey.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. It feels more high-end and luxurious, placed in the heart of the business district of Osaka. Good breakfast too, and taking the train to other places in Osaka was not a problem as there is a station 5-10 minutes away. I first booked a room with shared bed, and the bed is way too small in my opinion to fit two people in. If you stay here, I recommend you book a room with two separate beds, or try to upgrade to separate beds. The room is maybe 18 square meters, and if they were a bit bigger I would give this place a solid 5-star rating.

Located around 5-10 minutes walk from Yodoyabashi Station, somewhat in the middle of the business district stands the Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka. Yodoyabashi station is a pretty convenient location, as it was minutes away from Osaka-Umeda Station as well as Shinsaibashi and Osaka-Namba station, which were all on the same line which made travelling around a breeze. The ambience and feel of the hotel was very inviting and comfortable. We had booked the Hollywood Twin Room, and it was quite small, but I would rather describe it as cozy, though my only grouse was that the beds were too close to each other, and the lack of space for 2 huge luggages. I do love that although a bit on the small side, they still managed to fit in a nice Japanese bath to soak away the fatigue. Besides that, there was nothing much to complain about, as the beds were comfortable and not overly hard, and the staff were pretty warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a nice variety and were pretty delicious.Overall, a fantastic choice and a definite contender when we next go back to Osaka.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Great housekeeping. Near multiple subway stations so that makes up for not being too close to major districts. During my trip, they have a special Halloween event going on that I enjoyed. I got yummy snacks from it. I was unable to partake in the breakfast or the classes that they hold.

A very clean and tidy hotel. The room is on the economical side, and it’s ok if you mainly use it for sleep purpose! The spa is very new and with ample shower pressure to wash off any fatigue you may have for the journey! The biggest bonus for me is to access 中之岛,middle island, for a quick run in the morning.

The best hotel that I have stayed in Japan so far!!! The exterior of the hotel is so beautiful at night! The amenities are all so good!! Their shampoos, body wash everything is all DHC and all so so so good!!! Their sauna are so relaxing and comforting!! So good to sleep on their bed and it’s clean! Able to ask for free water as always! Did their calligraphy workshop and it’s so nice! The only downside is that you have to walk a bit to the train station which is about 9 minutes and their breakfast weren’t that amazing… it was just normal and a quite salty.. That’s all! Other than that, it’s a perfect hotel!!!! Just a bit costly, but you get what you paid!

Hotel is nice, beautiful Lobby. Rooms are as usual in Japan pretty small, but you definitely get what you pay for. Staff is very kind. Rooms have USB-A as well cables for Lightning, USB-C and micro USB charging.
