I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at this hotel, one that impacted my health and was handled with complete indifference by management.||During my stay, I was exposed to what appeared to be mold in the room. Shortly after checking in, I began experiencing severe physical symptoms including nosebleeds, intense headaches, and heavy congestion. These symptoms were not present before my stay and escalated rapidly while I was in the room. It became clear that the air quality was unsafe.||When I raised my concerns with the hotel staff, not only were my symptoms dismissed, but the hotel refused to offer any refund or meaningful solution, despite the obvious health risk. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or care for guest safety. Being told, in essence, that my health was not their problem while actively suffering was shocking.||Travelers trust hotels with their well-being, especially in a foreign country. This hotel failed that trust completely. Poor air quality and potential mold exposure are serious issues, not minor inconveniences, and the lack of empathy or responsibility shown by staff made the situation even worse.||I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. No accommodation is worth risking your health, and no guest should be treated this way when reporting legitimate medical symptoms. This experience was stressful, frightening, and entirely avoidable had the hotel taken basic responsibility.
