"This small hotel-restaurant in a coastal village between Cap Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez is just the ticket on the Opal Coast. Young chef Solène Elliott, helped in the dining room by her partner, who provides friendly service, has concocted a tempting menu with a focus on fish (sea bream, mackerel, pollack). There are also other delicious and beautifully presented dishes: free-range egg mayonnaise with chives, ravigote, salsify, gherkin chutney; shredded chicken leg, creamy parsnip, mint remoulade…" - Michelin Inspector

Wow! Such a lucky find. This restaurant is absolutely wonderful and deserves a visit. The venue is lovely, staff are very courteous, polite and extremely helpful. As for the food, it was absolutely excellent 👌. The waiter even produced a menu in English to save us using Google translate. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a very pleasant overnight stay here this week. The room( #1) was at the top of the stairs and was both clean and comfortable. Our evening meal was really good with a great range of fresh seafood options. Overall a pleasant, friendly atmosphere and service. As this is a family run establishment it is worth realising that reception is not 24/7 and that the restaurant is open only during the standard French meal times. The location is excellent and we were able to enjoy some time at the beach to blow away the cobwebs after a long drive. There was a good breakfast the next morning, so all in all we would use this hotel again. Good value for money.

I've stopped at this little hotel and restaurant several times over the years and never been disappointed. My latest visit was no exception, especially as both the décor and the menu have been smartened up recently. My wife and I had a delicious seafood lunch at a very reasonable price, including a special of Merlin with a delicious risotto forestiere. It's also in a pleasant location, close to the beach, while good service and fair prices made the whole experience very enjoyable.

We visit this hotel atleast twice per year and it is sensibly priced with a fantastic location. Le Patrons daughter now runs the kitchen and she is a great cook which is an added bonus. Highly recommended

We stayed here to explore the cote de opale (which was unexpectedly lovely) on our way home via the tunnel. The hotel was easy to book by e mail. The owner was not there when we arrived but easy to contact via a telephone no left on the door. We had 2 lovely rooms on the top floor ,one with a sea view from the large window in the bathroom. the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated in a modern style and ours could also have accommodated a third person. the beds were comfy and location quietThe bathroom had a very good shower... The breakfast was fine but not exceptional.Right on the beach and easy to walk into the town which has some excellent seafood restaurants (Hotel restaurant closed on a monday)

Pictures on google maps are not up to date. It's much nicer now. Service is friendly and impeccable, food and drinks and much higher standard then in the rest of the village. This place stands out of the crowd. A must go to if you're in the neighbourhood. Reserve a table on time. I'll come again for sure. Didn't stay in the hotel yet. Don't know if English is spoken.

We have visited this hotel on many occasions and this month we booked a table for St Valentines. The hotel has recently had new owners who have made some good improvements. We received a warm welcome from the owner Cecile and enjoyed quality food in a stylish restaurant. Service was excellent and it will definitely be a restaurant of choice next time we visit Audresselles.
