"It feels as if time has come to a standstill at this family-run inn – and that is meant in the best possible way! Now in his 70s, chef Guy Jullien cooks up a delightful culinary offering that is sure to win over confirmed traditionalists: foie gras flan and cream of truffle soup, fattened Bresse chicken with truffles, roast rack of lamb with thyme, vanilla-raspberry ice cream vacherin… not to mention the simply irresistible truffle set menus. This is food in a classical vein that is as tasty as it is hearty, to be savoured peacefully in the shade of the trees in fine weather. The wines also hit the spot: the impressive cellar contains many treasures from the region. A real gem!" - Michelin Inspector

Fantastic restaurant with premium service, staff, and excellent food. The venue is quite elegant, and the kind and familiar staff operates in a perfectly timed harmony. The food, consisting of classical French dishes, has been perfected.

I just went to the restaurant, a place I wanted to visit for their almost famous wine list. The food is really expensive and not that good, I was even served a super dry chicken. The wine list is absurdly good with great producers and lots of vintages. A really low point is the stemware. Unbelievable to drink such nice wines in such bad and cheap glasses.

We love truffles and we were not disappointed. This restaurant and the wonderful lunch we had yesterday was everything we wanted it to be. The menu has so many choices for food and for wine that there is something for everyone's taste and budget. As it is our twentieth wedding anniversary this year I feel like celebrating every month and it will be very difficult to top this!! We will just have to come back, perhaps when it's nice enough to enjoy the terrace.

Very good restaurant. Great dishes with truffles and the portion of truffles is generous. Good pigeon. Wide choce of the menus starting from 19 euros. In general it is not cheap but worth the money you pay and gives the option to spend less taking the simpliest menu. Service is very good.

I'd like to give a 4.5 but the chef was so gracious that I cannot. We were all warmly welcomed and had a fun truffle lunch. The wines were the highlight to each course for me. Simple fare created with care

During my stay in France, my son and husband treated us to a fabulous Mothers day meal at this restaurant recommended by a well known family friend. I had been looking forward to the meal and was not disappointed. I loved the old school ambiance and service that was impeccable. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was overwhelming to decide which wine to order as the vintage wine book was filled with choices. None would disappoint! The 57 euro menu was very ample. Asparagus mousse, divine fois gras, thé best lamb I have tasted, cheese cart with fresh local cheeses and I recommend the glace à nougat. We enjoyed meeting some of the other guests as we relaxed and chatted after the meal What can I say, this place is heaven! Not easy on the wallet, but worth every penny. Be sure to make reservations .Bon appetit!

Yelp
Not worth the stop or to go out of your way. Came because it was hyped by friends who were here years ago. We're sure the chef has changed. Prices much higher than posted on their website and not worth the food, which was okay at best and not worth half the price they charged us.
