"The chef-owner of this former inn prepares contemporary dishes that are meticulous and flavoursome: creamy hummus, artichokes and olives in a tomato sauce; fillet of sea bass cooked skin on, minestrone of baby vegetables with pistou sauce and bouillabaisse jus... served in a pretty space with exposed stone walls, or on the terrace in front of the garden. A fresh start!" - Michelin Inspector

The hotel is very simple and well placed. We were working at the Circuit Paul Ricard which was very practical as it was only around 10min by car. ||The employees are extremely nice and flexible. It was a real pleasure staying at this hotel. If you’re looking for a simple and authentic hotel, this is fhe place to be.

This is a pretty simple place which looks quite unpromising at first but we spent three nights here in August and really enjoyed it. The rooms are plain but clean and comfortable and the food is very good. We enjoyed eating out under the trees in the garden. The small team works very hard to make everything work - and the service is friendly but quite basic - but it is very good value for money.

An independent small hotel run by a really charming couple where you feel like a proper guest than a number! They always have a smile and keen to help...Rooms are tidy and very clean. The hotel is very well situated in the middle of the town where you can access the main square in 2m, the hotel has a PRIVATE car park and a small private swimming pool and a lovely veranda where you can eat. The menu look fresh and interesting for foodies like I am, we felt very welcome and the htl is competitive with prices...will be definitely be back soon!

Over many years when visiting my French family who have lived in Le Beausset for twenty four years I have stayed at this hotel. Management has changed since my last stay. I certainly will not be staying again. We arrived at about 10.30am. I asked in French if we could leave our weekend cases but clearly stated that we would not be back until the evening. This was stated in French to ensure all was clear. When returned we collected our bags from where we had been told to leave them. My friend opened her case to find that someone had rifled through everything even to the point of opening a sealed letter and her make-up bag! Management was not interested! Under previous management the main gate and door was locked at night and we had were provided with keys. On this occasion both nights we returned late to find the gates and main door open. A notice by the main door asked for the door to remain closed not once was it closed. Another issue was the pool. Both mornings the pool gate was wide open with no evidence of a guest having used the facility. The pool surround has been covered in a rough concrete surface which is fine until you walk on a loose piece! My it hurts! On our second morning the pool was being cleaned when we wanted to swim even though this was an hour after the opening time for pool use.||When I discussed the range of issues with the Manager he reduced our bill by 6 euros!

I hate giving bad reviews but I am so angry this evening as I sit in my room eating a cold croque monsieur that I can’t stop myself.|Allegedly the restaurant is the best in town, sadly it doesn’t even open for residents on Monday or Tuesday (even though on their board at the gate they offer a half board option)|They say check in is from 15:00 Well, I arrived after a 450km drive at 14:45 and tried to telephone (answer machine) I left a message but received no reply. |At 15:30 I got a message from Booking.com telling me the keys were inside the entrance by the light, as the hotelier wouldn’t be in.|The photographs show pretty, bright rooms well you can judge for yourselves. |They give the option of a pool or garden view.....the garden is next doors carpark and rubbish dump it seems.||The town has 7 restaurants, all closed it seems on a Monday and Tuesday.||I have travelled the world for over 50 years and stayed in every level of hotel, B&B, guest house......I have never wanted to pack the car up and drive away so much, but they would still charge for the room.....
