Hotel Restaurant Lamm Rosswag

Stayed here for a special birthday celebration and was not disappointed, the experience could not have been any better. Beautifully decorated and spacious room and we were made to feel very welcome by the lovely owner and her staff who kindly communicated in English. The gourmet menu was outstanding, each course a pure delight which we enjoyed whilst sitting on the terrace with a view of the hillside vineyards. A perfect 5 stars

My wife and I had lunch at the restaurant. This was a very good experience with very well presented and tasty dishes. The wine advice was good and the menu very extensive. Price wise, it is above average (special note for the bottles of water) in my view, but overall it was worth it.

We stayed at the Lamm for a family celebration weekend and could not have been happier. The restaurant is marvelous. Terrific food, presented in an artistic, beautiful way. Excellent wine list and pairing recommendations. Impeccable service. We stayed for two nights, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

12 of us were travelling from Bingen to Metzingen and stopped at Lamm Rosswag B&B for the night. There was parking for our 3 vehicles, and we had a nice welcome. My husband and my room was quite small and simple, but comfortable. When requested, the B&B provided us an electric kettle and mugs, and we could make hot drinks in our rooms||The dinner was wonderful and the wine list reasonably priced. The restaurant was full the night we ate there. And when the food started arriving, we understood why: the dishes were creative, tasted great and wonderfully presented. Beyond my expectation. ||The next morning, we walked around the village and down to the Enz river. Very pretty and tranquil.||Highly recommended.

We've stayed here a few times and the Hotel Lamm in Rosswag is incredibly peaceful. We always sleep very well here; there are few distractions as the mobile phone signal is poor, the WiFi slow and the television choice restricted unless you speak German. We've not eaten dinner in the gourmet restaurant but it looks lovely, the goose looks most tempting. Breakfast is plentiful and the service friendly. Sonja, the owner, is friendly and efficient which makes for a good stay. The rooms are simple, but they are all clean. This is not a luxury hotel but if you want peace and quiet in a lovely area for walking amongst the grape vines then Hotel Lamm is great.

Hotel is perfect. There is a nice restaurant inside however I did not eat so will not comment regarding restaurant. It is a family hotel, I arrived 20:00 and hotel door was locked I walked nearby restaurant entrance and I lady came. I think she is one of the owners of he hotel and dealing with everything. Room was okay, big enough, clean and comfortable. Most of the tv channels does not work due to bad signal. If you connect wifi by free public system it is very slow. Hotel wifi is better but not at the top level. Limited number of parking available free of charge. Parking is not a big deal there are plenty of empty places on the street. Bathroom needs some minor repairs. Shower doors can not close tightly and bathroom floor gets wet. There are some broken tiles on the wall that should be repaired. Breakfast was good with many alternatives. There are steps at the entrance you need to reach first floor for reception. I think it is not okay for disabled persons. Overall evaluation is "Good hotel in a silent town".

Had 2 great nights in this hotel. Accommodation is superb. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a little limited but quite sufficient and delicious. Could easily have stayed longer.
