Hôtel Restaurant le Pré Fillet

This hotel is set in the middle of rolling fields with forests all around. Beautifully placed for touring the region and crossing into Switzerland. Our double room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. The wardrobe was small but there was plenty if cupboard space. A well appointed bathroom with wet room style shower was very welcome. We had half board and enjoyed a buffet style breakfast with a large selection. The set menu at dinner was very well prepared and the kitchen was happy to offer an alternative if something wasn't our favourite. We used the great jacuzzi, free of charge, and there is a sauna for a small fee. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. A lovely stay.

Great place for a relaxing weekend in the heart of the Jura, walking, eating fabulous food and sampling local wines. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, and the rooms modern and comfortable, all at a very reasonable price. Flowers in the meadow right outside the hotel, and walks from the door. Plenty of parking too. Breakfasts typically French (not much English spoken or needed if you can order from a menu). Great bread and coffee. The restaurant is wonderful, and clearly much valued by the locals who turn up en famille. Great salads, fish, meat etc, but leave room for the cheese board and dessert!

The staff at this small hotel are sooo friendly. We arrived on bicycles from Saint-Claude are were given a wonderful reception. The food was excellent and the wine recommendations were great. A luxury stay in a beautiful landscape.

A cozy, comfortable, clean and cheerful place from which to head out into the rolling hills and forests of the Jura region. Warm wood and bright red coverlets, well-appointed bathrooms and showers with real water pressure. It hits all the right notes for a base from which to explore and a place to which you want to return at the end of the day.||||Breakfast is served on the first floor and includes croissants, breads, eggs for boiling, yoghurts, cold cuts and cheeses, as well as cereals, juices and coffee or tea. Everything you need to fortify you for a day of low-range mountain exploration.

Stayed here 3 years ago for a weeks nordic skiing and again in february this year.warm welcome,well appointed rooms,excellent food.ski piste just outside the hotel.Justine's smile&sense of humour in the restaurant was a great bonus!!

good rooms ,great location .Restaurant Amazing ( see my restaurant review )||knock out shower ,the weather was awful when we went ,but its still a great area to visit ,don't forget its 4000ft up ( and some )
