I stayed here recently and the experience was extremely disappointing.|I was charged in full at checkout while the pre-authorisation stayed blocked, meaning I have effectively paid twice for my stay. |It has now been 18 days and the amount is still not released. My bank has confirmed multiple times that only the hotel can resolve this, yet they refuse to take responsibility and even suggested the bank was “not telling the truth” – which is both unprofessional and unacceptable.|To top it off, the cheapest wine was €39, presented with the attitude of a Michelin-star restaurant without offering anything close to that standard.|Overall: double payment still unresolved, no accountability, and pretentious pricing. I would not return.||Also: their response to this review on Google was extremely unprofessional, and also quit painful.. |I was shocked by how unprofessional this hotel is.|After raising a concern about a payment issue, the hotel responded by calling me “nonsense,” blaming me for a banking problem, and even saying it was “stupid” of me to question the situation.|Their response wasn’t helpful or polite — it was openly hostile, rude, and disrespectful.|Instead of addressing the issue, they accused me of lying, claimed I was speaking “nonsense,” and talked down to me in a way no professional hotel should ever speak to a guest.|They also told me it was “pointless” to expect further replies because of my behavior (I've been nothing but polite) and endless e-mails. (I e-mailed them may be 3 times and waited a week for an answer, which I never got by the way) |This was their actual written response, not an interpretation.||If you’re considering staying here: be aware that if anything goes wrong, this is how they might speak to you as well...
