"This venerable institution (est. 1789) is far from nostalgic as its refurbished, stylish dining room, dotted in contemporary details, and the conservatory leading out onto a patio, illustrate. The food, also free of culinary cobwebs, is fiendishly tailored to modern tastebuds: crispy scallops with wild prawns, cauliflower and orange vinaigrette; squab pigeon, the breast lightly roasted, the thigh confit in fleischnacka… Slick professional service and knockout wine cellar." - Michelin Inspector

Me and my partner came to celebrate our anniversary and try the Michelin Menu for dinner. It was a lovely experience. I want to remark the treatment of the personal, attentive, kind, funny and professional with us all the time. The food was incredibly good! Worth the price. The ambiance was very calm and nice.

We came for the Michelin Munch Menu and it was absolutely delicious! All dishes well presented, super tasty and the service was very good! It is a good option to go for the lunch menu as you get a good experience and is not as expensive as the dinner menu! Super recommended!

A superb traditional property in a delightful Alsace village. Rooms have character with plenty of space, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Wi-fi variable but fine in main building. Staff are friendly, welcoming and multilingual. The restaurant is Michelin accredited.

Restaurant at lunch. Exceptional food and sevice. We came here for a birthday and the staff was extremely accommodating. We ordered the chef's menu, and it was delicious. It was the first time I tried many dishes, and I was blown away. The place truly uses the best of the ingredients and creates dishes that are elevated gorumet versions of traditional alsacian dishes. The dishes are all small, however by the end of the service, you'll be completely satisfied and full. The service is also at the highest standard as the waiters are constantly making sure the guests have all that they need, that everything is presented as it should be, and they explain all the dishes as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend for anyone to try.

We've had dinner in this restaurant (not staying at the hotel) and the experience was amazing. Starting from the reception, the personnel was impressive, the quality of service quite overwhelming and the dishes were exceptional with all the amuses bouches and the perfectly tailored wine. Congratulations to the Chef and to the entire Team for such a great result and for the well-deserved Michelin stars!

I didn't give anything for the food because we didn't eat there, but let me say that it was a great stay. Nestled in the off-the-road village of Le Wantzenau, north of Strasbourg, this little place is a gem. It is tastefully and creatively decorated. Friendly staff, perfect for a one night stop-over. Room was spacious, powerful shower, comfortable bed and facilities. Definitely recommended.

Food was exceptional - we had an eight course meal for New Years but the best part of the evening was the service. We were spoiled with friendliness in many languages. We also loved that they were dog friendly including dog bowls provided in our room.
