What a wonderful place embedded in beautiful nature with a stunning view in the Vogese 🤩 The dinner was absolutely fantastic, regional and creative. The rooms are very nice styled with a comfortable king size bed and a bathroom with morning sunlight. The owners family is very friendly and will let you feel truly welcome and home away frome home. We will definitely come back, many thanks! 🙏🏻😊

Hotel Les Alisiers is truly a hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful nature with stunning views no matter where you look. You sleep so well in the fresh mountain air, far away from all the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean, and you immediately feel at home. The breakfast was good, with fresh, local products that give you the energy you need for the day. The area is perfect for hikes, and every turn surprises you with new colors and landscapes. We didn’t have dinner, but chose a delicious bottle of wine with a cheese board instead, which was absolutely wonderful. What really made our stay special were the owners – so friendly and welcoming, and they speak English too. We only stayed for one night in September, but we will definitely be back!

We stayed here during a week long trip to the Alsace region. It was a particularly hot week and going up into the hills was a good choice as it was definitely cooler than down below. I chose Les Alisiers specifically for the half board option and I would absolutely recommend having dinner as part of your stay. The food was simple and delicious. A cold courgette soup to start with hints of cumin and topped with black sesame was a refreshing start to the meal - and was sourced from their garden. This dish was the highlight of the meal for me. Every course that followed was also well prepared and fresh. The service was excellent and the views beautiful. Breakfast the following morning was everything you would expect and more. The couple running Les Alisiers have invested time and energy to make it a special place definitely worth visiting. The room we stayed in was basic but clean.

This was a great experience. The location spectacular, the room was big and well furnished and we loved the breakfast too. We did not use the restaurant but apparently is great.

Have just spent a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. We opted for half board and we weren’t disappointed. The evening meal was a set menu which changed each night and the food and presentation were wonderful. Breakfast had a good choice on offer and was served up until 10am. Our room was overlooking the valley and the view was stunning. Room very comfortable although ceilings are quite low if you’re very tall! The staff members are an absolute delight and if you want a hotel stay in a stunning part of Alsace then we highly recommend Hotel-Restaurant les Alisier.

We spent one night as part of a hiking trip organized by Horizons d'Alsace. The hotel is placed at the top of a hill overlooking the town. A beautiful courtyard is available to enjoy a drink while enjoying the view. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.||||Our hiking package included a 3-course dinner. The food and presentation were excellent. This was our best meal of the hiking trip and probably the best meal during our 3 weeks in France.||||One quirk if you are hiking: the hotel is a 2-mile hike from town with 550 feet of climb. We were grumbling about this as we trudged up the hill in the afternoon heat. But now that I know about the quality of food, I'd do it again!

This hotel was one on our Horizons hiking trip itinerary. Such a delightful end to a tiring day. It was peaceful with beautiful grounds. We had wine on the patio and a visit from their friend dog (not a problem at all). We were two couples and one room had rather low ceilings but the charm outweighed that little issues. The bathrooms were nice. The view from our room was great. We were more than comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. The dinner was outstanding as was the breakfast the following morning. This was perhaps the best breakfast of our entire trip. This hotel was definitely a favorite.

What a wonderful place to stay at ! Les Alisiers is perched above Lapoutroie, the scenic mountain blue is simply mind-blowing from up there. Everything was perfect, from the wonderful scenery of the surroundings, to the design/quality of the room and of course the amazing food ! Thank you so much Matthias, Caroline and Ben for making this place what it is, a true gem ! The team is professional and truly passionate about providing a quality stay. If you want to breath fresh mountain air, relax and enjoy great meals, this place if definitely a must !
