Hotel Restaurant Mühle

I stayed here for four nights for a business trip to the Binzen area.|The staff at the hotel were very friendly, my room was small and a bit dated, it only had a single bed but did have A/C (which was nice in 30C heat in August) though my colleagues got rooms with double beds but no A/C, so it's a bit of a lottery.|The breakfast was the same as a lot of German hotels, breads, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts etc.|We didn't use the restaurant but it looked popular so booking may be necessary. There is also a small pool available for use.|The price of the room for four nights was reasonable.

Nice hotel and clean rooms. Airconditioning as well. Breakfast is good quality. Friendly staff. Outside a Swimmingpool you can use. Would go back for certain

Quietly located family owned and run hotel and restaurant near Basel. Very friendly and welcoming which you wish would be always like this. Spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, good breakfast, quiet, green surrounding, but close to everything, and all of this for doable prices. But the best, don't miss to eat in the restaurant. Excellent!! Not the usual menu, great wine list, also not the usual, absolutely worth trying. We will definitely come back when we are in the area, or even make a small detour.

We enjoyed our six-night stay. The room was large in a separate building. The furniture a bit dated and the bathroom very small. The bed was comfortable. The TV had no English stations. It was kind of nice because we did not watch the news for a week which was a nice break. The WI-FI was weak, but the manager provided us with a separate server for the room which made it perfect. The common areas of the hotel are very stylish with a nice mix of old and modern. The dining room is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious! We ate dinner one night. Some dishes delicious and superbe. Some so-so! (My husband disagrees. He thought all was excellent and he made sure I put this in the review.) The location to Basel is OK. There is an outdoor pool and I loved it and the garden. But a bit chilly in May.

En route to Italy we had a stop at this comfortable, well run and charming hotel. One of the best nights sleep for a long time. The owner gave us some good advice on local restaurants (pizza is recommended). The breakfast was exceptional with, as highlights smart linen tablecloth, a brilliant espresso macchiato and a remarkable chocolate croissant.

Very clean room and bathroom with a nice balcony. The hotel itself is a bit out from the town centre, but it's only a 10 min walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful and most speak good English so communication is easy 😊

I picked the Hotel Restaurant Mühle from hotels.com site.||The price was fair and the location is on the border between Germany, France and Switzerland. We landed at Basel and it took us 20 minutes to reach the gotel.||It has high service standard , always clean and tide and it was great staying there.||There are 3 floors in the hotel but there is no elevatore.||Also the rooms were upgraded and there is air-condition installed in each room.||The deal included accommodation and breakfast.||We ate one evening at the hotel. The dinner was not cheap but the service and the food was great||Highly recomend to spend a vacation in this hotel.

Friendly family run hotel with warm welcome and charming rooms. Very quiet. Special mention to the kindness of the staff, the excellent restaurant and the very good breakfast. Price/quality ratio excellent.
