Hôtel Restaurant Valrose

This Hotel and their Staff are amazing. We arrived on their doorstep with nowhere to stay, as we had been let down by our pre-arranged hotel and they welcomed us in, offered us a room for our 4 night stay in the village.|The room was excellent, very comfortable with everything we needed and great views of the mountain side and ski slope.|The Restaurant food and service were first class. You could not fault the menu, the presentation and the food was delicious. Again the staff were helpful and friendly. |We would like to thank all the Staff for their kindness, efficiency and friendly manner. We would like especially to thank Liz and Maelle, for being so helpful and lovely when we arrived on the doorstep un announced.|We will certainly like to return and would not hesitate to recommend you to everyone we speak too.

At the „Bistro“ side of the VaLrose, the quality of the food and ingredients is undeniably excellent. The cheeseburger for the kids was outstanding, with a perfectly cooked patty and an amazing, slightly crunchy bun. The nuggets and homemade fries were equally impressive—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The regional meat platter and the Caesar salad were both delicious, showcasing fresh and well-prepared ingredients. While the service was generally good, it wasn’t quite perfect—especially at the beginning, when it was a bit slow, almost appeared uncoordinated although the place wasnt full.. That being said, I would definitely come back. On my last visit, I had the cheese fondue, which was also amazing!

Not impressed 😕 we had dinner the other day. We started with a nice-looking salad. Unfortunately, there was way too much dressing, just overpowering. The burgers were OK, but the service was terrible, unfriendly, and unattentive. You can and must do better than that. I hope it was just a stormy night...

Beautiful view, professional kitchen and service team, superb dish, incredible patisserie chef. Every dish has a clear chef’s character and the concept behind each dish is interconnected. Amazing experience in my 2023.

We stayed a night and had dinner at La Table to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is right next to the train station, but you could hardly hear any noise. The room was clean and cosy and had all the amenities that you would expect of a 4 star hotel. The bed was also comfortable. We were welcomed in the room with a home-made tea and pastry. As for dinner, we ordered the Menu 15 and had the wine pairing with it. Each dish was beautifully executed and delicious. The staff was polite and courteous. I was just a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It was good, but there was not a lot of choices. We also had to pay extra if we wanted eggs. We have stayed in other establishments like Caminada, Wenger, Chevrier, etc. and were never charged extra for eggs. Overall, it was a good experience and we would most likely come back.

Top notch in every way from the decor and comfort of our room to the beautiful lounge bar, cafe and gourmet restaurant.|All staff are very friendly and professional. There is a very strong attention to detail.|Food and wine in the cafe are great, with a cosy atmosphere. The star of the show is, however, La Table. We loved our evening; meticulously prepared dishes, interesting drink pairings and excellent service, without pretension. |We will be back!

The perfect stop on the golden pass train journey (a few metres from the station). Cosy yet elegant food and warm cosy surroundings. Excellent service from the whole team from start to finish.

Beautiful hotel. Modern with simple but chic decor. Everyone was very new. Rooms were a bit on the small size and could benefit with more hooks to hang stuff given how it's a skiing area. Breakfast is solid. Dinner is great so definitely make a booking for that
