"This White Pond is a small, protected expanse of water inhabited by birds that can be leisurely observed from the terrace or the dining room; in fact, bird watching sometimes seems to be one of the guests’ main occupations. Very rarely would I ever describe a restaurant as fine dining unless we had experienced something that little bit special in all areas of a meal.||||The dinner my wife and I experienced here was superb, not only cooked to perfection but taken from a good choice menu and accompanied, on recommendation, with a very good wine.||||The staff were magnificent, helpful and willing to comment on choices made and served the meals with grace and charm. The hotel is situated in an extremely pleasant corner of Seignosse and you cannot help but feel relaxed and in the mood for good food ,which we received. Very highly recommended.

We had lunch here for my birthday. It was really nice. Services were exceptional. Food was amazing with every little detail and attention. Ambience was nice and exclusive. We also had a cup of coffee next to the lake.

We've been staying in this beautiful hotel for two weeks. The service was just perfect, the staff is absolutely caring, professional and at the same time everyone makes you feel like you are home. The food we had in the enclosed restaurant was terrific at all times of the day. The astonishing surroundings made for a perfect, relaxing holiday. We would recommend to stay at least one night at Villa de l'etang blanc.

After spending 10 days of our holiday on the beaches we wanted to have our last night somewhere special. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating for our family. We were able to feed our 2 children in the room which allowed my wife and I to have a lovely dinner in the restaurant.||||The food was so tasty and definitely the best food we had all holiday, also the grounds and surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing, we will definitely be back.||||Thank you so much for our lovely evening.

This is a very small family run Hotel, personally I would class it more as a Boutique B&B than Hotel, as such I didn't find the locked door mentioned in other reviews an issue (guests can use a key).||Having booked on the day we had to change rooms after the first night (which we knew at the time of booking). La Villa de l'Etang blanc only has about 8 rooms which all seem to be individually and very lovingly decorated. Both rooms I stayed in had an en-suite bathroom and small chill out area with a sofa. ||The Hotel is very remote and sleepy with absolutely stunning grounds. ||Continental breakfast is fresh and served in the beautiful restaurant. Having stayed there with friends I mainly used the Hotel as a base but nevertheless had a very relaxing stay and could definitely imagine going back to, I'd recommend it for couples.

stayed here while playing Seignosee and Moliets. rooms a little dated but spotless. However the food was out of this world fantastic. dining room was filled mostly by locals who obviously rated it very highly. Very secluded location, tranquil by a lake.
