I wish I could give Javier more than 5 stars! 🎖 The service is absolutely impeccable and the ambiance is just absolutely perfect. I look forward the entire year until my summer vacation to travel to Ribadeo and enjoy Javi's culinary master works. It is by far one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. I have tried Michelin restaurants across Europe, Asia, and North America - and not one of them compares to Javi's cuisine. Fresh, savoury, authentic, local, and each dish uniquely crafted to perfection. I'm counting the days until my next visit next summer! :-)

Javier Montero’s restaurant is a haven of gastronomic delight—serene, discreet, and slightly tucked away. A quiet understatement that conceals a true gem of Galician cuisine: the sublime express menu, served at a leisurely pace. Three impeccable starters lead into a main course, followed by a dessert—all extraordinary. The aubergine is otherworldly, the sirloin, pure dream. After just one visit, it’s not just a place to eat—it’s a place to return to, time and again, a quiet obsession in the making. The Guide rarely fails.

Update: 10/06/23 - 8 months later we were eating here again: This restaurant is a gift, with a special cuisine and a very pleasant service. My highlight in Ribadeo. Thank you for this perfect dinner again. That was super great ! We will come again ! Food excellent (a big praise to the kitchen) , nice atmosphere, pleasant music, very attentive and friendly service. This is gastronomy as I wish it. Great !

High quality food presentation and 0km local product. As soon as you cross the door you will find a nice welcome smile from the team. Well trained and high level of knowledge. I recommend this restaurant 100%.

Excellent! Very clean, modern, new, comfortable and it has a great location. It is quiet, staff is attentive and were extremely nice. The restaurant has a well-known Chef and serves incredible food Orlando, Florida .
