Hotel Riomar, Ibiza, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This hotel is just perfect! We have been to Ibiza a few times and our stay here has been by far the best! Marta at concierge is super helpful and friendly, such a joy to speak to 😊 she took her time guiding us to places we needed to see in the area and beyond. The staff at reception, restaurant, bars and housekeeping are all so friendly given their difficult jobs at all times of the day are always there with a smile on their face. The property is kept clean and presentable at all times. Rooms are a good size and have everything you will need. Breakfast is spot on just what you need after a restful night in or a wild night out, caters to every palate and need. The pool area is wonderful, beach beds also super comfy. You can order food and drinks at both areas The location of the property is perfect, it's a short walk away from the town and all amenities within reach. You don't get the noisy crowd here which is just perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet Will definitely be returning here, can't wait already. From the moment we arrived at this beautifully situated hotel right on the sandy beachfront, we were warmly welcomed. The location is at the quiet end of the bay, with an easy stroll along the promenade into the heart of Santa Eulalia, where lovely cafés, boutiques, restaurants, and the marina offer a relaxed evening buzz. Our sea view room was modern and spotlessly clean with plenty of wardrobe space for a week’s stay. Waking up to the gorgeous sunrise and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves from our balcony was pure bliss. The hot and cold buffet breakfast was generous and beautifully presented each morning with plenty of variety.||The staff were outstanding, every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Special thanks to Marta, also to the amazing chef, whose dishes were delicious and beautifully plated, and to David for his helpful recommendations and flawless service. We enjoyed listening to authentic musicians playing flamenco and Cuban music on the sea view terrace. |Other thoughtful touches included the free yoga sessions on the deck, bottled water in our room every day, and the concierge service. The sunbeds around the pool area are deeply padded and so comfortable, kept pristine by the staff who removed towels left by guests who were sunbed blocking. We loved that the Old Town is only a 15 min taxi ride away. The tranquil energy of the hotel made it incredibly easy to rest and relax. Already dreaming of our return, this place is a rare gem because of the exceptional staff.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Riomar Ibiza ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at Hotel Riomar Ibiza, and it truly exceeded my expectations. As a solo traveler, I was looking for a peaceful end to a weeklong visit, and the hotel, along with its thoughtful staff, made it a stay I won’t soon forget. Nieves in the restaurant was wonderful. She provided excellent service, always making me feel welcome, and went out of her way to share great local recommendations. Her tips helped me discover some beautiful spots on the island, and her thoughtful, friendly nature made every encounter feel personal and special. Andrea was equally fantastic in the restaurant. Her attentive service and warm demeanor stood out. It was clear she wanted to ensure everything was perfect for me during my time there - including remembering my iced latte with oat milk and vanilla order by the second day 🤍 . The team at the front desk—Georgie, Paula, Pablo, and Maria—were also outstanding. They not only remembered my name, but also my request for a late check-out and made sure I had the best room available. I didn’t have to ask for anything twice. Finally, Freddie provided great service at the restaurant and beach. He always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, offering a laid-back yet attentive touch to my time at the hotel. It’s the small details that make a stay memorable. On a busy island like Ibiza, where travelers are constantly coming and going, good service can sometimes feel like an afterthought. But the personal touch from the team at Hotel Riomar really stood out, and it’s why I felt compelled to take the time to share my experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make my stay so sweet.

A wonderful hotel in a lovely relaxed resort. Everyone who works for the hotel was so welcoming and helpful- the best service and care by everyone. My daughter and I loved the pool area and the ever so comfy loungers with the option of the beach too. The breakfast spread was fantastic and it was so lovely to sit and eat on the terrace overlooking the sea. So relaxing. A hotel we will definitely return to.

Best hotel ever. The rooms are super clean. The breakfast is perfect and the people are so nice!!||A special thanks to Marco the elite concierge who gets us reservations at all the place to be’s (witch are not possible to make by yourself). Every request he did without a minute. Every Hotel need someone like him for sure!||We are coming back for sure! ||The town around 5min walk is also very nice and realy good food as wel. Perfect location if you are coming to relax!

We had the most amazing 5 nights at Hotel Riomar. The service is great, cannot be faulted. The food is exceptional, although on the pricier side however you learn to expect it more in Ibiza. Breakfast is really lovely with great choice. Rooms have everything you need and the beds are the comfiest hotel beds I have ever slept in. The sun-loungers round the pool are also the best I have ever experienced! ||It is the perfect place to have a relaxing and refreshing break whilst exploring the island. ||Literally nothing to fault, we had the best time.

We loved this Hotel. Everything was just perfect. Super clean and tidy. Fantastic location in a quiet spot with a stones throw from the Beach and Loungers. Breakfast was super healthy and delicious with ample choice and nothing ever ran out! The Staff were so friendly and helpful too. We will definitely be returning v soon!
