Hotel Ristorante Rosita

We had a great stay at Rosita. The view is the biggest plus about the location, and eating in the restaurant (both at night and at breakfast) is a magical experience. The food is great and the service in the restaurant at dinner was great. Two small things that made the experience less enjoyable were that we got a children’s room without notification (with pillows that were so small that we had to stuff towels under our heads), and that the lady at breakfast that was quite annoyed and impatient with us when we arrived at 9:30 (even though breakfast was served until 10:00). The walk to the beach is doable if you find the footpath, but if you are short on time I’d recommend taking the car.

We stayed one night travelling along the mediterranean coast. The Rosita was a highlight. The seaview was what we had dreamed of. Dinner on the terrasse was excellent. I really liked the Amberjack ravioli. The room was comfortable but the bathroom a little narrow, and to climb into the shower I had to turn sideways.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Dino and Patrizia (as well as their staff) are very caring hosts who made our stay extraordinary. We felt very welcome from the beginning and could enjoy six wonderful days on our mountain bikes in the surrounding area. |After returning from our tours we were always looking forward to Dino's delicious dinners. Additionally it has to be said that breakfast was as well absolutely rich. A wide range of products covered every taste of the guests.|The atmospere among the guests was very friendly and we got in contact with a few of them, even hoping to see them again somewhen...

Wow! Beautiful, small,friendly, family run hotel in the hills above Finale Ligure. ||||If you're visiting this part of the world, and you should. you can be sure of a warm welcome from Patrizia and her husband come chef Dino.||||They don't get many English speaking guests and, of course, this limits the chance of a deep and meaningful conversation, but they couldn't try harder to make you feel welcome.||||The hotel is comfortable. The views are amazing. The staff are fantastic. The food is outrageous ( Thank you Dino) and the overall experience is totally and utterly positive,||||We didn't speak to another English speaker for a full week. but with our pigeon Italian and their pigeon English we built great and memorable relationships.

Fresh, simple and delicious food in a very nice ambience overlooking the sea. We had the best tortellini, grilled veal and fresh seafood. Give it a try! Service just ok, could do a bit better. |The hotel room was so-so. Nice balcony and view over the sea, but very thin walls and a bit noisy and terribly divided bathroom/shower.

Amazing experience! Hotel is very clean, with an amazing view over the sea and the staff is very friendly as well. Totally recommend it :)

We stayed at Albergo Rosita for one week and really enjoyed our time. In the morning you can have a decent breakfast and also choose your courses for tonight between several options. We had dinner every night there. It was fantastic and a real highlight during our vacation: salad buffet, two main courses, dessert. During the day we were already looking forward to dinner. You can tour Italy quite a bit to find a restaurant which is that delicious. Rooms are good, too. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Beautifully located on the edge of the Mediterranean coast, with an magnificent view from the terrace and the rooms, with a delicious cuisine and a great hospitality, Hotel Rosita is the place I would not miss in Finale Ligure!!! I am not a biker myself, but they are specially welcome and that brings a special atmosphere to the hotel. We loved to stay there.
