Hôtel Royal, Evian Resort

One can only sing the praises of this hotel most highly. The staff are wonderful, immaculately dressed and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are beautiful with wonderful views across Lake Geneva. The hotel has a wonderfully high ceilings, and a lovely bar. The wellness area has two saunas, a good gym and an inside and outside pool (open only in the summer months) and an outside heated pool with multiple Jacuzzis in it. The gardens are beautiful. There are whole range of activities that you can do there and staff who will arrange it for you who are also very charming and extremely helpful. In addition, there is a good Michelin one star restaurant. It has a wonderful sense of grace, beauty and peace. I can highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel, we were welcomed by a representative of the Director who was exceptionally kind and attentive. Sophie and Laurent at reception were impeccable, as always, ensuring a smooth and warm check-in. Vincent at the bar made our moments there even more enjoyable, bringing thoughtful touches such as board games for a relaxed evening. Fatima took care of our room with exceptional attention to detail and went above and beyond to make our four-year-old dog feel at home, he has spent every New Year’s Eve at the hotel since he was born, and Fatima’s care ensured he was as comfortable as we were.||Our stay this year was seamless and truly rejuvenating, leaving us fully energized to start the year. We appreciated being able to communicate directly with the staff during our stay, their responsiveness and genuine care made a real difference.||Special thanks to the Director, Mr. Figueiredo, for creating such a magical environment. The views over Lake Léman are breathtaking, making every moment unforgettable. The Hotel Royal is not just a hotel, it’s a complete experience, and we cannot wait to return.

Lovely memories before the end of this summer. Actually we were here last year to celebrate our wedding anniversary with dinner. That meal was simply divine, we really enjoyed this dinner, it was scrumptious. Before we left the restaurant, the waiter gave us two cozy gifts, which were really heartwarming! This year we stayed at the hotel for two nights (before entering the room, the staff was so passionate to serve us two cocktails), we didn’t get a room with a lake view, maybe we booked the hotel late. But we were still in such a beautiful, splendid and magnificent place! Meanwhile the spa was also very nice and relaxing. At last the most special thing was: watching the French National Day fireworks on the terrace of the hotel, bravo!

Incredible stay! The view over Lake Leman is absolutely breathtaking , truly a palace experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the recently renovated Evian Spa is simply amazing. The Kids Club is fantastic, with so many activities to keep little ones happy and entertained. This resort is truly wonderful ! We recommend it 200% to anyone looking to relax and unwind in total luxury.

We were here for 4 days it was fascinating experience, both service and food. thank you for your hospitality, especially for both of Sophie and Elena. We would love to come back again later.

With uncertain weather and a desire to relax before our long journey home, Hotel Royal was the perfect choice. The spa and fitness facilities were well used, particularly on the rainy day. With sun there were the lovely grounds to explore, and the Hotel Shuttle made it easy to visit Evian and enjoys what it had to offer. We would recommend this hotel any time of the year.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is one of a kind, the service is top-notch, and everything is super clean. The beds are really comfy with high quality mattresses, and it's so quiet perfect for a good night's sleep. I was lucky enough to stay in the Presidential Suite, and honestly, the view and experience were breathtaking. The restaurants serve delicious food prepared by excellent chefs, and the spa is a must try they use exclusive products you can only find in evian, which makes it extra special. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's truly unforgettable, and I'll definitely be coming back..

Had a great experience at the lovely hotel, clean, beautiful design and absolutely amazing service! Spa was nice and the breakfast was lovely, the only thing is i’d rather it if the menu at the veranda restaurant was more diverse and had more options, as the only other option at the hotel is the michelin restaurant which is usually quite long and not an everyday option.
