Hotel Royal Garden Villas

We were a family of four across 3 generations - two 80 year olds, myself with mobility problems and my daughter. Guess what? We all LOVED it. We stayed in 2 bed Lotus Villa. It was stunningly decorated, beds were the best I have ever slept in (even better than home!), the facilities in the villa were excellent - Jack and Jill basins, each bedroom having it's own ensuite. Our room had a lovely bath and an outside plunge pool too! Our big pool was lovely as well - with a seat area, we even got my dad in the water! My mum re-discovered her swim fins after not having swum since the pandemic started - at 84 she had lost her confidence and it was lovely that she could regain it at RGV having our own pool. As the one with mobility issues, I was pleased to see all levels accessible with a ramp - this is brilliant in this day and age, a lot of booking sites are non-commital about this. Knowing I may need a wheelchair in the future, this is reassuring. We found the staff amazing - from the manager Fiona who welcomed us warmly on the first morning and kindly allowed us to keep the villa until our late departure, after I mentioned that my elderly mum had a bad night. There was a lovely VIP suite after check out which we had intened to use - it has beds, a soft drink minibar and showers as well as a work desk. I have never been so impressed with the care at a hotel before. From the staff who provided our room service, topped up our water, ice bucket, or brought bedtime chocolates in the early evening, bringing the pool brunch, to those doing the daily clean (cheerful and efficient) and those on reception who arranged a taxi to the supermarket. They also kindly arranged a taxi back for us when none of our phones would pick up the network, but we whatsapped them and they saved the day! The lovely breakfasts were the best and variety with fruits, juices, cava, lot and cold dishes, so that we all looked forward to breakfast, which isn't always the case as my daughter has severe allergies. The hotel handled this kindly from before we even arrived (indeed this is why I booked here as opposed to anywhere else). My daughter and I also used the spa and had some treatments which were professional and a delight. On our last day, we had asked for a large taxi for the transfer and given it was a holiday and many people needing taxis, we were grateful for their help. Every interaction with the team was spot on! Indeed, I think initially we were overawed at the loveliness of the site, and by the time we were leaving, it was so hard to leave. It is the wonderful team that make this place amazing. Some luxury venues can be intimidating but RGV was welcoming and every generation in our party just loved it. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved this gorgeous resort! Thank you Fiona and Isabel, and the rest of your kind and thoughtful team! They are wonderful, food and accommodation faultless. They stopped by twice a day to bring ice, water, and lovely chocolates! Our pool was clean, and they even blew up my inflated ring to use! Thank you all, including the sweet cleaning ladies who put us back together every day! Thank you to the wonderful driver who came and rescued us after being stranded at the Hyperdino and Uber wouldn't bother! Everyone there is positively brilliant!!!

I discovered this hotel a few weeks ago and chose to book it for my birthday! First and foremost, the pictures do not do justice to this stunning place. I received an upgrade, and the delightful staff at reception were incredibly warm and helpful—I couldn't have asked for more. The WhatsApp messaging system was fantastic, and having breakfast with live violin music was a wonderful experience. The food, especially the fresh churros, was exceptional. Fiona, who was in charge during breakfast, was fantastic and ensured everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return because it's truly divine!

Arrived home yesterday after the most incredible few days away. I was very sad to leave. ||This place is special! As my husband regularly tells me… I’m quite hard to please and I’m not wowed easily but this place had my jaw on the floor!||We’d originally tried to book Royal River next door but it sold out as we went to book and so this was our second choice. I was slightly worried before arriving that I’d feel like we’d missed out staying here when Royal River was just next door but I never gave it a second thought once I arrived here. I’m so pleased we ended up at Royal Garden Villas! ||We were upgraded (completely unexpected) to Villa Aqua which is the Queen villa and it was truly spectacular. Nobody told us that we’d been upgraded but on the basis that we’d booked a 1 bed villa and ended up with one of the largest 2/3 bed villas onsite - we had been!!! ||We took full advantage of pretty much everything this place had to offer and I honestly couldn’t fault anything….||Staff - very friendly, helpful and accommodating |Surroundings - just beautiful |Facilities- everything you could possibly need ( even inflatables for the pool!) |Food - some of the best food I’ve ever had, that’s breakfast, room service for lunch and eating in the evening in the restaurant |Spa - relaxing spa pool and our massages were great too|VIP room for checkout day - well equipped with everything we needed to get ready for the journey home |WhatsApp Service - brilliant, always received a response pretty much straight away ||The water, coffee pods and chocolates that were topped up daily was a nice touch, the violinist at breakfast and the piano player/singer in the restaurant in the evening were also lovely. ||Would I return? Absolutely in a heart beat! ||Thank you Royal Garden Villas for a holiday we won’t forget and I hope we get the chance to visit you again in the future.

Royal Garden Villas offers a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Costa Adeje with elegant villas, each equipped with private pools and terraces. There is also an exceptional spa and (in my opinion) near-Michelin stared fine dining, making it an ideal destination for relaxation and celebration. Whilst it’s oriented towards adults, a few families had brought children, and they were made very welcome by all.||The service is exceptional, and the staff are friendly and accommodating – nothing is too much trouble, and they will all go the extra mile to make your stay special.||My wife and I stayed in the Kentia villa, on the top level with 2 bedrooms, which was spacious and beautifully furnished. We also looked at 3 bedrooms villas (which were sumptuous) as we’re thinking of returning with our daughters and their partners at some point in the near future. A special mention to Isabel in Reception for looking after us.||The live music on the Friday, Saturday and Tuesday nights was excellent and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. As suggested above, my wife and I enjoy fine dining, and every night we were presented with dishes that would have graced any Michelin-starred restaurant. You might consider trying the steak tartar, which is prepared at the table and is exceptional. Also, ask to see the vegetarian menu, which we only did towards the end of our holiday, as there were items on this menu that my wife would have liked to try. Special mentions to Bilyana, Claudia and Tomas in the Restaurant for making our dining experience delightful.||The spa services were impressive, and my wife and I enjoyed a few relaxing massages.||All in all, delightful staff and quite a special place.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location is beautiful, the villa (gran majestic) was spacious and clean, and the service was impeccable. We loved the heated pool in the villa, and the daily restocking of coffee and drinks in both the room and kitchen was a great touch. The spa and massage were phenomenal — pure relaxation. The staff and hotel manager were extremely helpful and kind. And the live violin music during Saturday breakfast? Magical. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Just back from a week of luxury, in a 3 Bed Villa ""Bora Bora" where we were spoiled by the really caring, friendly, efficient and attentive staff, from Reception to the ladies who cleaned our Villa every day, to the staff in the beautifully appointed dining room.|Fiona (Hotel Manager ) is a real gem with a wonderful sense of humour and it's not surprising that her staff are such smiley people and obviously are happy in their jobs. The discreet/subtle musical entertainment at breakfast (Pianist |Harpist and Violinist on consecutive days ) was such a welcome surprise and just added to the elegance of the whole experience. We had a great chat with the gardener who unbelieveably maintains the beautifully landscaped areas in and around the villas creating such a serene and peacefull sensation as you walk around all the little passageways. I had one of thr best massages by Laura in the "Sensational" Spa, which I would highly recommend. The beds in the Villa are so comfortable as are the pillows. Our trip (my Husband and I) was a celebration of his special BIG ROUNDY birthday which didn't go unnoticed by the hotel staff who "Royally" treated us on the day, which was a wonderful surprise and made our day. Thank you Fiona and all, at the Royal Garden Villas Hotel for your warmth and care. It has been an unforgettable experience and is a highly recommended 5* venue.

Never in my life have I stayed anywhere as luxurious, decadent and superbly decorated in my life! Royal Garden Villas really do feel royal! I went here about three or four years ago and it was just one of the best holiday experiences I've had! I have enjoyed every holiday I've been on but the accommodation isn't always as nice as you'd like. There is Wi-Fi, a spa, gym, restaurant and several different apartments to rent out. It's completely serene and relaxing here. For a week long stay with flights prices can start from £137 a person which is just insanely good! One of the best stays of my life! Adeje is a nice part of Tenerife too! Located within Santa Cruz which is the Capital.. so you have everything you could want and more!
