From the moment we walked in, Kat made us feel welcome with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. Service: The service provided by Kat was impeccable. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they were more than happy to offer recommendations based on our preferences. What stood out the most was their genuine enthusiasm and passion for their craft, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Drinks: The drinks crafted by Kat were nothing short of spectacular. Each cocktail was a work of art, both visually stunning and perfectly balanced in flavor. Whether it was a classic Old Fashioned or a creative, signature concoction, every drink was made with precision and care. The use of fresh ingredients and the attention to detail in the presentation truly set these drinks apart from anything I've had before. Atmosphere: The ambiance of Lobby Bar was enhanced by the excellent service and outstanding drinks. The bar had a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a night out. Kat played a significant role in creating this inviting environment, engaging with patrons and fostering a sense of community. Overall: I cannot recommend Kat and Lobby Bar highly enough. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service, incredible drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot for you Kat has set the bar high for what a great bartender should be, and I look forward to returning for another unforgettable experience.

Unfair Cancellation Policy – Double Standards! I booked a non-refundable rate at this hotel for April 4-5, but my trip was canceled due to a visa denial. What shocked me: - My friend, who booked the *exact same non-refundable rate* for the same dates, received a full refund after calling the hotel on April 2. - When I requested the same exception, I was refused, with the hotel falsely claiming he had a "flexible rate." - Both the hotel and Booking.com kept shifting responsibility, never providing honest answers. Result: - No refund, despite identical circumstances. - They manipulate policies based on mood, not rules. Conclusion: I will “never” book this hotel again due to their dishonest practices. If you value fair treatment, avoid this place.

Great hotel, staff is great, the food was amazing and rooms were very cozy with awesome views.

Various rooms for different taste (some have no air conditioner which may be a problem in hot summer days). Kind and helpful personnel. Tasty breakfast with fresh orange juice possible. Calm location. Nice view. Close to town centre

We booked the Cook Room at Hotel Schönbuch all day on a Saturday for 2 culinary and nutrition education sessions. Kat was our organizer, and we can't say enough what a fantastic and fun person she is to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed all day, helped us with the clean up and turn-around for the second session, and completed all clean up at the end of the day. The hotel provided top quality ingredients and equipment, and a lovely setting for the event. The atmosphere was good and the participants enjoyed the location, with views of the countryside and rolling hills. We appreciate Hotel Schönbuch's hard work to make our events a success. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Just like last year, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is set in a tranquil environment with lovely views, yet close to the major city Stuttgart. The spacious contemporary room has a modern bathroom, flat screen TV, mini-safe and a little refrigerator which contains free (!) drinks. The bed assures a good night sleep. From the balcony you have lovely views to the rolling hills of the “Neckartal”. There is lots to choose from at breakfast with cold and warm options. The restaurant has been refurbished in a modern style and the tasteful food is beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The Hotel is very great place to be, I alwasy stays in this Hotel(2-3 times per month), the staff is very friendly and helpfull, they have a great bar and the resturant is absolutly great. ||Yes the do only a clean up on request, I personal like it. I also don't clean my flat everyday and I don't like to know that other persons handle my stuff. the Minibar is free and you can get always a waterbottle for free if you need. ||They do have old rooms and very modern stylish rooms, if you want a modern room, just let them know and they will try their best!

We booked this hotel with no expectation. When we entered the lobby, it looked average to us. but once we entered our room, it was so modern and clean. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furnitures. Nice wooden terrace with a great mountains and town views. Indoor swimming pool has a nice size. ||||During hot summer days, the rooms facing mountains are quite warm. I read some reviews here and took a fan along.. It was a very good tip. Just draw your curtain and turn on your fan.
