Swissôtel Tallinn

The hotel was very clean, neat and overall amazing. The breakfast in particular was one of the best I have ever had. The service person who welcomed us every day to breakfast and showed us to the table was very kind and friendly. He made us feel appreciated. The service in the breakfast was also very fast and professional. However, the service in the front desk felt a bit cold at times and the hotel room temperature switch wasn't always working as expected. Pretty hard mattresses also, but they offer to change it for a softer one if you ask, which is nice. Overall very pleased 9/10. A bit more friendliness to the service and it would be 10/10.

We were very happy with our stay. The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. Everything you might need was provided in the room — shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, cotton pads, even a nail file. The towels and bathrobes were of very good quality, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and you can order an omelet with ingredients of your choice. The spa is small but cozy, designed in a beautiful style. The view from the room was 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean room and very spacious. Very nice people and great service. The spa was okay, however, we got it as a complimentary for our first visit here so it was much appreciated of course. A shout-out to Konstantin at the reception for that! Overall, we had a really good time here!

This was truly a unique experience! If you can book on of the top floor rooms, the views are amazing! I had a suite on the 28th and its a beauty. I have only positive remarks from this stay. The top floor bar/restaurant serves great food and there was a dj playing in the bar side. Location, parking, breakfast, everything worked out superb during this stay.

Firstly, Can I just say that we had a fabulous time in Tallinn and the stay at the Swissotel was fantastic. ||We had a room on the 26th floor which had a fabulous view of the city and the Harbour, amazing!!||The location of the hotel was excellent. A short walk to restaurants and the old town. The room was large & airy and the bathroom was huge, a great shower, beautiful tiles and the bath was large & oval with hot water a plenty.||We enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. We had a number of drinks in the Horizon bar on the 30th floor which had amazing views. ||The breakfast’s were out of this world. We tried to eat healthy with the cereals, fruit etc, however we were always drawn to the cooked breakfast. A great choice of food for everyone. ||Taxi from the airport was 11 euro’s whereas the return via Uber was only 6 euro’s.||Finally, the overall hotel experience was of a warm and cosy feeling and the staff made our stay the more enjoyable.

First of all, the architecture of this building offers the perfect views from almost every room, and dominates the city, giving the impression of being in the control of it. Majestic !Then the rooms are furnished and decorated in the purest minimalist “bon gout”, reflecting the designer intention of a perfect marriage of the inner and outer space. The feeling, once entered the establishment, was to never leave it. Then the check-in process, the natural friendliness of the staff, the restaurant staff , the doorbell, the cleaning staff, really all of them were so helpful without a pregnant presence, as everything was happening so naturally. A separate mention for the indoor pool facility, a real dream for swimming lovers! A place to return, for sure.

I was on a biz trip in Tallinn for 3 days and have chosen the Swisshotel. Very warm welcome; room (24th floor) tidy and absolutely clean; minibar included. Large and fresh breakfast. The gym is well equipped. Recommendation for this hotel? A clear YES!
