Swissôtel Tallinn

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, my room was on the 20th floor with an awesome view of the ferry terminal. It is in a convenient location just a short 16 min walk to old town and 20min to the coach station. ||Check in was easy and front desk staff was friendly and smiled. | |I specifically request a quiet room away from stairs and elevators and they delivered. To some it may not matter but to me it does, I found the mattress not to be very comfortable, both sides were sagging and lacked the softness of nice mattress, this made it uncomfortable for a side sleeper like myself. Water was provided the first night but not afterwards, I ended up going across the street to the market and purchased some to have in the room.||The breakfast buffet was extensive with excellent food choices, the best I have experienced so far at any European hotel in my many years of traveling. Food was fresh and delicious and fresh orange juice. ||I visited the spa once, very nice pool a sauna and a steam room. The sauna has a nice view of the street from the 11th floor. When I went it was not busy at all and had a chance to use all saunas and pool while it was time to get a massage. Massage was good, not great, specially for a deep tissue but I enjoyed it. ||I didn't find this hotel to be a true 5 star hotel but I would recommend it to anyone who is planning on visiting Tallinn. I gave it a 4/5 stars just because my bed mattress was not comfortable and the sheets were on the rough side.

A very nice hotel. ||Went for a business conference and was impressed by the cleanliness and the facilities. Well equipped gym, lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff.||The location is very central and several busses stop just outside to take you to the airport, city center and more.||The "choose your own pillow type" was a nice touch even if I went with the standard one.||I also really liked that the key cards were made out of wood. Felt a bit luxurious somehow.||Will stay here again if I happen to be in Tallinn in the future.

We were very happy that our wishes were listened to and, for example, we got the room we wanted. The spa was again so nice and we enjoy the stay. Breakfast was also good. I want to thank a black or brunette hair boy in the breakfast 23.-25.6. for making us feel welcome. He was so kind and smailing :)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, and have incredible views of the city and of the sea. The breakfast is tasty. The entire hotel is very clean. The gym, the saunas and the pool are nice and clean. The location is great, near shopping centers and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the old city.

The hotel was clean, quiet and in a good location. The rooms had great views. The service was good and the staff were polite and attentive. The only downsides were that the hotel didn't serve food after 11pm on Sunday night, the TV wasn't working in our room and the toilet didn't have a hand shower.

We loved our stay! View from our room was amazing and the hotel gym had all we needed. The breakfast was wonderful with great service! The trip was to celebrate my partners 30th birthday, and the hotel staff even arranged a birthday cake for him! Thank you!

All Accor benefits were honored, the hotel is well located - within a very short walk from the old town, the selection of the food and beverage choices at breakfast is excellent; the spa at the hotel is very nice and well maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious and there are amazing views at the bay from the hotel’s bar.

The Hotel was really nice and could not find a fault anywhere. The rooms were very nice and we got a free upgrade too. The Sauna and indoor swimming pool was amazing, I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tallinn. It’s a 30 minute walk from the airport to the hotel and only another 10-15 minutes to the center from the hotel.
