Hotel Tequila

Came back 1st of August pleasant 2 weeks at rui tequila in playacar cancun weather superb few storms beach short walk from hotel say 10 mins food was quite good as all inclusive goes hotel was immaculate but bit old but being refurbished next year staff polite and pleasant one draw back was prices of excursions and lack of proper kids club but apart from that decent family hotel but beware very hot and humid 24 hours day and night

The hotel was amazing only a short walk to the amazing beach or if you feel lazy there is a noddy train every couple of minutes the food in any one of the four restaurants is first class the staff are very friendly and work hard the one thing I will say before you book any trips with TUI check out the guys on the beach we payed over £300 less doing it through them and they were great and they are safe we can’t wait to go back next year

just got back from mexsico staying at rui tequila stayed with my husband son and is wife we were not disappointed it is tridiagonal hotel the but we liked it like that .the staff were brilliant nothing was to much to ask for them to do the food was plenty with lots of choice the intertament at night was brilliant the outfits were all very professional the beach witch is not far but there is a little buggy you can use ..the beach is lovely with plenty of beds for all to use at the moment there is sea weed being washed up but it can not be halped staff try and clean this when it comes in

We have just returned from our wedding in Mexico, We stayed at the Hotel Tequila, fantastic , helpful and very cheerful staff . The hotel was spotless as was the resort and the beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Some of the other hotels had been revamped and it appeared that these were too in your face , garish and service was nowhere near as good. The manager went to every length possible for us. The food was fantastic, plentiful and something for everyone. The wedding was planned meticulously from start to finish. We booked with Thompson Holidays, the only thing that let the holiday down was the cabin staff on both outward flight and return. They were miserable , unhelpful and two of the staff were downright rude. I would commend the Thompson staff back in England nothing was too much trouble. However the holiday itself couldn't have been better and the wedding was more than we had hoped for.||||The weather was fantastic just one day of rain which was our last day so it didn't matter too much.

fantastic stay at tequila staff were outstanding, great shows every night entertainment staff work very hard practising all day to put a great show on, restaurant staff and bar staff very helpful and always smiling, especially Veronica who we had many good laughs with, room was lovely especially the fantastic maids who made animals out of the towels, fridge well stocked with soft drinks and loved the optics in the room, the coati animals were great they only bother you round pool but being a beach person was on beach every day, sister hotels were great as well but very modern, the tequila makes you feel your defiantly in Mexico very traditional hope it stays the same can't wait to go back

Hotel is a bit tired looking but very clean & has great staff that can't do enough for you! Had a brilliant time with my husband & 4 year old, can't fault it! Food was plentiful & the variety was amazing.

A standard hotel in the old building.The staffs can’t speak English but helpful.It costs 450 pesos for one queen room.The room next to street is noisy. Should ask for inner room.The secured parking next to the hotel is belong to other owner. Have to pay 50 pesos extra for that and you should take the car out early morning.Otherwise another 50 pesos will be charge.

The location was great and close to Centro. We stayed in a room right off of the street so it was quite loud. Perhaps it would be quieter upstairs. Hotel had enclosed parking for 50 pesos/day and 50 pesos/night. Right next to Casa Sauza and a block from la Rojena location awesome.
