Hotel dinner was a little bad and bland but everything else was great! If you want good fod just go to the next block, it’s cheaper and better! Staff very friendly and hotel is very clean with pool and gym, pool could be cleaned a bit better though, would stay again!

I stayed 2 nights at the Trianon Paulista hotel. Pleasant check-in and person made a real effort to talk english with me and I appreciated that. I had a large room on a high floor with good views of the skyline. Comfy bed, modern tv with netflix and refrigerator. Bathroom room was ok, few broken tiles here and there but was nice hot shower and bidet. Breakfast was ok, plenty of breads, fresh fruit and cold meat cuts and juices. Coffee wasn’t too bad from machine. Rooftop swimming pool with nice views. Location was close to the Avenue Paulista, around 10 mins walk from memory.

This hotel is in a great location - really close to everything and we felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at all times of day. Breakfast was fantastic - an all you can eat buffet with plenty of options! Don't come for the facilities though - the swimming pool and gym are both tiny and a bit shabby. The sauna also looked a bit dirty.

Only positive thing about this hotel is its location and the big beds. While checking out the employee starts calling and we just have to wait not knowing what he's doing. We ask him if we can store our luggage to what he responds "mini bar". After another few minutes of waiting he gives us the bill for the mini bar and a some kind of daily tax? After paying we ask him again if we could store our luggage somewhere, he starts writing something down and asks "credit or debit?" Apparently we have to pay to store. After I pay for I tell him it would be nicer to tell the people in front of you whatever you're doing instead of just charge them without them even knowing what is going on. To what he replies "Aaaah yes!" and just laughs a bit. For almost a week the same employee came to us during breakfast and started telling us something in Portuguese, every day we told him we didn't speak Portuguese and everytime he would just continue talking in Portuguese. They advertise you can enjoy a drink by the pool on the roof but there wasn't even a chair around. When we asked at the counter if we could get a sunbed (like on the pictures) or a chair to sit by the pool they told us it wasn't possible. After asking it again because they advertise with it, they called someone to bring two chairs. After waiting some more someone showed up with two of the most uncomfortable chairs ever, puts them next to the stairs, turns around and leaves. The pool isn't usable since they don't clean it and is filled with bugs.

Very nice and attentive staff. I was given him a room in the tower that hasn’t been renovated. The room is good, but the furniture is very old style. However, it’s comfortable.

The hotel location is great, close to Paulista Ave and Metro stations. Rooms are big but elevators are very small. Breakfast included was good, it has a wide variety to choose from. There are always taxis outside hotel and you can schedule them ahead of time if you like.
