My husband and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary with a Viking cruise and our first stop was an overnight stay at Hotel Twenty Seven in Amsterdam. We were absolutely thrilled and they made our very short visit about 30 hour visit the absolute best it could be! Our room was ready at arrival after an all night flight at 1030 am. Our concierge Sam and our lead bell captain Sami were top notch! Every detail went smoothly and we were treated like absolute royalty! The room was a junior king suite over looking Dam square and was amazing. We could have stayed in and been blissful. We hit the ground running and they directed us to all the things we wanted to do and see including a canal semi private boat tour the next am. After a wonderful turn down service and restful night we had the most incredible breakfast to start our half day! Our breakfast hostess/server in this most gorgeous space was Eve! She made the best suggestions and the food that was prepared for us beat ALL the food we received throughout 5 countries! We received a late check out if needed to complete our stay and received curbside assistance by Sami and his fellow bells man to ensure we got our transport to the ship. A local pastry sent with us for remembrance! Do not go to Amsterdam and not stay at Hotel TwentySeven.

An exceptional hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Location is perfect and especially for a first time visitor to Amsterdam. Hotel is pure luxury. The suites have everything you could ask for and all with impressive mini bars. The cocktail bar well worth a visit also for excellent cocktails. Staff were so friendly and helpful from front desk to the bar staff. We will definitely stay here again when back in Amsterdam.

We have traveled extensively in our lives and have stayed in beautiful hotels around the world. Hotel Twentyseven is in a class by itself. It’s an exquisite boutique hotel which exceeds expectations at every opportunity. Location, perfect. Lobby, restaurant, all common areas, truly beautiful. Plus…a luxurious deco bar that will just make you smile. And we haven’t even commented on the rooms. Exquisite! I’m not sure we stopped smiling our entire stay. We recommend them unconditionally.

We had a great stay. The entire staff went above and beyond to please us. The room was very complete, nicely decorated and we enjoyed all of the available amenities. The breakfast was a culinary experience by itself. We highly recommend Hotel TwentySeven to anyone who plans on visiting Amsterdam.

I booked a two-night stay in a Junior Suite using Hilton Honors points, equivalent to approximately $1,800 per night. I also requested that my child be accommodated in the room if she ended up travelling with us (this was uncertain at the time of booking, but I asked in advance). The hotel responded “sure,” but advised that to accommodate my child they would require an upgrade to the next room category at €133 per night, plus an extra bed at €125 per night. In total, they wanted €516 just to allow my child to stay with us. I understand hotels charge for extras, but there is a limit. This pricing is excessive and completely unreasonable. Charging hundreds of euros for a child to stay in a room is unacceptable by any standard. I booked through Hilton.com. While I understand this property may not be directly operated by Hilton, it is disappointing that Hilton allows such questionable hotels on its platform. If this is the experience, it seriously undermines trust in the brand. If you want to be overcharged in true Dutch style, this is your hotel.

This is such an elevated Boutique Hotel that exudes design, style and service. The location on Dam Square is perfect for walking and viewing the sights. The suites will stun you with the fabrics, art and customized interior decor. The breakfast is awesome and the tasting flights are fun to experience. Think that once you are leisurely done… you won’t need lunch. The bar is a fun mixology experience and all staff are great. Wonderful Experience!!!

Beautiful hotel, attention to every little detail which make the difference between very good and luxury. The staff is the best i saw during my travels. If there was a rating of 6 stars, i would give it eithout hesitation

Stayed at this hotel in August during Sail 2025 and it was the most incredible stay we have ever had. The hotel was totally luxurious, had an amazing location in Dam square. Super central location to everything. The staff was also incredible shout out to Sammy the doorman who gifted me two fresh bags of Stroop waffles after sharing my love for them. On my way out the door our last day he handed me a bag as a gift. So sweet! So thoughtful. I truly believe everyone needs to try the extensive breakfast in the hotel restaurant. They aren’t kidding. It really is extensive! Best breakfast I’ve ever had. Loved this hotel. It was so comfortable and so beautiful. Definitely make a plan to stay here you won’t regret it.

Amazing five star boutique hotel in the heart of the city just off of Dam Square. Location was easy walking to most downtown shopping, museums, and sightseeing. The concierge arranged several day trips for us, all were with quality services. The staff was amazing, everyone friendly and going out of their way to be helpful. We were most impressed by the housekeeping staff, heading out the door you would push a button to alert them the room was ready to be cleaned and without fail, it was done perfectly after a short period of time. We had room service twice, once an amazing breakfast spread, the other was dinner after a long day of walking . Both came quickly and were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would not hesitate to visit again.

I stayed in the Tower Dream suite and it was beautiful. I was really happy with all the little details and the heated toilet seats! I'm taking a star off because I think the service could've been a bit more personal. There was also a weird leak in one of the bathrooms the two mornings I stayed. The hotel is located in a historic building therefore, the elevator was extremely slow. Even though I stayed on the 6th floor, I walked down the steps to get out most of the time. The room itself is beautiful and very glamorous. I felt like a rockstar staying there. When entering the room, there were fancy chocolates awaiting me and my friend. The hotel definitely tries to be as accommodating as possible and I appreciate the effort. Make sure to enjoy the bar that is adjacent to the lobby. The drinks are very fun and snacks are also tasty.

What a pleasant stay we had here. This hotel was decorated so uniquely which such detail. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend to others. Close to all...try the restaurant on the 3rd floor.

Absolutely the best city hotel I've stayed in, implacable service, awesome food, and amazing cocktails at the bar, very Uber crowd. A truly 6 star luxury experience. And so very patient with kids. Thank you guys. Will always stay whenever in Amsterdam.
