An exceptional hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Location is perfect and especially for a first time visitor to Amsterdam. Hotel is pure luxury. The suites have everything you could ask for and all with impressive mini bars. The cocktail bar well worth a visit also for excellent cocktails. Staff were so friendly and helpful from front desk to the bar staff. We will definitely stay here again when back in Amsterdam.

This is such an elevated Boutique Hotel that exudes design, style and service. The location on Dam Square is perfect for walking and viewing the sights. The suites will stun you with the fabrics, art and customized interior decor. The breakfast is awesome and the tasting flights are fun to experience. Think that once you are leisurely done… you won’t need lunch. The bar is a fun mixology experience and all staff are great. Wonderful Experience!!!

Beautiful hotel, attention to every little detail which make the difference between very good and luxury. The staff is the best i saw during my travels. If there was a rating of 6 stars, i would give it eithout hesitation

Hotel TwentySeven is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are large, well styled and have an excellent view of the historic Dam Square. The service I received was truly extraordinary and I have fond memories of my pleasant interactions with staff members. The bar featured a wide variety of unique cocktails that I thoroughly enjoyed and the restaurant is world class. There’s not much more I could possibly want from a hotel. I look forward to returning.

Stayed at this hotel in August during Sail 2025 and it was the most incredible stay we have ever had. The hotel was totally luxurious, had an amazing location in Dam square. Super central location to everything. The staff was also incredible shout out to Sammy the doorman who gifted me two fresh bags of Stroop waffles after sharing my love for them. On my way out the door our last day he handed me a bag as a gift. So sweet! So thoughtful. I truly believe everyone needs to try the extensive breakfast in the hotel restaurant. They aren’t kidding. It really is extensive! Best breakfast I’ve ever had. Loved this hotel. It was so comfortable and so beautiful. Definitely make a plan to stay here you won’t regret it.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. Rooms are superb with every imaginable amenity at your disposal. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and is available 24/7.

We stayed here for five nights. Everything from the check-in experience to the restaurant to the breakfast to the bar to the staff, even to the cleaning crew, well, especially to the cleaning crew, was absolutely exceptional. We have stayed in probably more than 300 hotels around the world, and this is our new favorite. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing five star boutique hotel in the heart of the city just off of Dam Square. Location was easy walking to most downtown shopping, museums, and sightseeing. The concierge arranged several day trips for us, all were with quality services. The staff was amazing, everyone friendly and going out of their way to be helpful. We were most impressed by the housekeeping staff, heading out the door you would push a button to alert them the room was ready to be cleaned and without fail, it was done perfectly after a short period of time. We had room service twice, once an amazing breakfast spread, the other was dinner after a long day of walking . Both came quickly and were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would not hesitate to visit again.

I stayed in the Tower Dream suite and it was beautiful. I was really happy with all the little details and the heated toilet seats! I'm taking a star off because I think the service could've been a bit more personal. There was also a weird leak in one of the bathrooms the two mornings I stayed. The hotel is located in a historic building therefore, the elevator was extremely slow. Even though I stayed on the 6th floor, I walked down the steps to get out most of the time. The room itself is beautiful and very glamorous. I felt like a rockstar staying there. When entering the room, there were fancy chocolates awaiting me and my friend. The hotel definitely tries to be as accommodating as possible and I appreciate the effort. Make sure to enjoy the bar that is adjacent to the lobby. The drinks are very fun and snacks are also tasty.

What a pleasant stay we had here. This hotel was decorated so uniquely which such detail. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend to others. Close to all...try the restaurant on the 3rd floor.

Absolutely the best city hotel I've stayed in, implacable service, awesome food, and amazing cocktails at the bar, very Uber crowd. A truly 6 star luxury experience. And so very patient with kids. Thank you guys. Will always stay whenever in Amsterdam.
