Wow wow wow. What a beautiful place. We stayed here mid November and had the most beautiful experience. The room was just divine with the best view - we enjoyed the sunset from our balcony looking out into the Alps. The room was spacious and luxurious with excellent attention to detail. The hotel staff celebrated hospitality at its finest. We came here for wellness and hiking - we were not disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Amazing Alpine hotel. Fab room - 109. Lots of space. So much seating. Double sink. Lovely touches like a chocolate left at your bedside. Good shower. Reasonably priced bar in room. As of the wellness area - indoor pool, outdoor pool with jets. indoor jacuzzi, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor 60 degree sauna. Outdoor Finnish sauna at (I think) 100 degrees. Tea room, hot steam room, cool steam room. Sunbathing on the lawn. Blah . Blah I would return in a heartbeat One small negative was that it took forever to check in, oodles of bureaucracy. Hence 4 stars for service.

I promised the lady at the counter to give a positive review. This was a great hotel to end our summer holidays. A great modern yet traditional room with very nice view, all very clean and convenient, impressive breakfast and superb diner. All people where kind and professsional and made us feel valued guests all the time. We enjoyed the great spa and of course the nice surroundings.

Superb hotel. Very comfortable room. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful - especially as we had forgotten most of our German, and they apparently don’t get many English guests. A great base for some wonderful walks.

Liked · Location is good (a bit complicated parking as they haven't explained upfront), nice rooms in general - some are more modern, but we had German classics - yet all is very clean and excellent quality, no signs of wearing out. Breakfast was Ok, food on dinner was simple but qualitative. Wellness areas is truly nice for the price, enjoyed! We had special meeting purpose and they arranged ultra beautiful breakfast table for all of us at no request! That was super lovely surprise.||||Disliked · Check in was painfully slow. German language is dominated, so English speaking only may have some challenges. We have a private meeting with several friends and families and hence asked to arrange a large table for us for the dinner. They did, yet upon coming to dinner, we were waiting and hanging around for 15min as all the waiters were ignoring us.. we found our table at the end, and since then the service was excellent and attentive. The breakfast choice was some that average for 4*S hotel..

We stayed in the hotel for few days during our summer Europe trip. The hotel itself was a nice mountain hotel. The first room they provided to us was quite small and didn’t have a great view. However when I asked for smth better, they shifted us to a bigger nicer room, but we were required to pay 18 euro more per night. |Breakfast was modest, but acceptable. The Restaurant itself is nice and cozy. I guess it’s the best it one of the best restaurants of the are. In the evening it was always packed. The dishes we tried here a la carte were delicious.|What is the most remarkable about this hotel is it’s SPA. In the beginning we spent some time trying to find it (inside the building it’s like a maze with everything in German), but it was really good: Inside pool and jacuzzi, outside pool with warm water facing the mountains, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, Egypt style relaxation area etc. it was really lovely. Unfortunately they close at 8 pm. ||There are lovely sites for walking in the surroundings. Lovely place for elder people and relaxation.

I really enjoyed the stay. This is a 4 star hotel how it should be. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice and case something is missing the staff is there to help. We did not try dinner as we been keen to check other restaurants but menu looks excellent and half board price is very reasonable. The spa area is devised over 2 levels. This might annoy me if I would have gone there for a spa holiday. Room was clean with modern bathroom and shower.

Great hotel, and we have been coming here for many years. The staff is absolutely lovely and makes you feel right at home. The spa is great, the rooms are cosy, the breakfast is a good European breakfast. There is only one thing that stops this hotel from being exceptionally grand, and that is the lady in charge of breakfast (the one with the big boobs proudly on display). She’s unkind, only pays attention to the males, shares her political views (which from my point of view is unprofessional), and is all by all just an unpleasant person. ||Besides that I absolutely would recommend this hotel, if you want to have a relaxing vacation, at a beautiful location.
