Hotel Veracruz Centro Histórico

Lovely clean room with air conditioning and a super comfy (subjective, I know) bed.|The hotel is right next to the Plaza de Armas Zocalo in the heart of the most beautiful part of the city. ||From the moment I arrived, the staff were superbly welcoming and helpful. They gave me some great recommendations for exploring the city's attractions, and also arranged the necessary taxis. A few good suggestions for dining out were thrown in for good measure.||The room rate included complimentary use of the pool, and the hotel has its own restaurant should you want to 'dine in'.||If I could change one thing, it would be to swap out the room's coffee maker for a kettle. I don't drink coffee and don't want my tea tasting of it either. A kettle would be most welcome for making my standard issue brew of Yorkshire Tea in the morning.|I never travel without it.

This was my 5th time staying at this Hotel. The staff is always friendly, professional and attentive. Location is also good, close to everything that's important to me.

On our visit to Veracruz with Moosie, we stayed at this beautiful Hotel Veracruz. Nice rooms, great service and great location.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Centro Historico for 3 nights just before Christmas. Thogh a bit dated, the hotel is in pretty good condition. Our penthouse suite was hotel was large with separate bedroom and living areas and a second half bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom had a huge jacuzzi tub that sadly went unused, but other amenities (shower gel, wash cloths, etc.) were meager at best. While the room itself was quite comfortable though sparse, the constant blaring music and other noise emanating from the Zocalo all night (ending at 4am on our first night) made it exceedingly difficult to get a decent night's sleep during our stay. The hotel seriously needs to invest in soundproofing their windows. Aside from the noise and lack of sleep, it was a pleasant stay. But we'd probably try a hotel that's not right on the main plaza next time.

My experience here with my Family was really bad i do not reccomend This hotel.

Stayed here for a night before my ✈️🛫 forthe mexico city . Hotel 🏨 is excellent with its ancient view and location is very much at the heart of city where the neighborhood is so happening place that couldn't sleep early due to sound coming in my room also 😊😊. Do visit it's a nice place

Excellent service at the reception, very good location of the hotel, comfortable rooms.|I would really come back to stay with you, especially because of the location and good treatment. I recommend it if you want to spend a night in the center of Veracruz.

My experience in this hotel was awesome, the crew was friendly and hopeful. The lady in front desk was professional and hopeful, I was there Friday the 5th at night time. They told how to get around the city and where to go for the historic places. The Hotel is old but the accommodation are excellent, the location is perfect, and most importantly I felt safe with my family .
