Villa Dagmar

An utterly wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect and despite being central our room was quiet and very comfortable. The hotel was immaculate and the breakfasts were splendid. To top it off the staff were first class, friendly and incredibly accommodating. Our stay in Stockholm was amazing and this was largely down to this wonderful hotel.

The best beds I’ve ever come across! The breakfast is top notch. The atmosphere is amazing in the indoor outdoor area. Rooms are a bit small, and the gym is also on the small side. But this hotel is with a visit in itself!

We ate at the restaurant and were very disappointed. We ordered the entrecôte (495), which according to the menu includes pommes, but only one small bowl of fries was served for the whole table. My pregnant partner ordered her steak well done, but it arrived red and undercooked. When we told the server, he insisted it was well done and refused to send it back to cook it longer, and saying it would burn. She did not eat instead. This was very unprofessional and showed no concern for customer safety.

Yes it’s a beautiful hotel in a great location and the food is simple but pretty good. ||But do not make my mistake if holding any kind of important event here. The service is extremely poor compared to any where else in Europe I’ve held events. | |Not sure they even care about a functioning customer service function. We booked a business event at villa Dagmar, were charged TEN TIMES THE COST by mistake and still no refund ten days later. Everybody in events is either sick or doesn’t reply and consistently asks if we actually want the refund. ||I hold events all over and this is standout poor service (even not great during the event I must say). The two ladies we dealt with were both unbelievably unprofessional. ||Still waiting for my refund …

Villa Dagmar was such a great stay! The breakfast was absolutely amazing with the freshest ingredients. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and has great amenities, I especially loved the gym and sauna. Only small note is the front desk could be a little friendlier, but overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back

A truly relaxing and faultless stay - attentive and knowledgable staff, fantastic restaurant food, lovely wines, beautifully stylish and up-to-date decor with extremely comfortable bedding. All details are of the highest quality. Surely this must be the loveliest hotel in Stockholm. Be sure to explore the wonderful food hall behind the hotel. Also, this is j ust round the corner from Soho House.

Centrally located hotel with pleasant staff. Concierge services slightly less than expected for luxury hotel. Great breakfast. Centrally located and easy walking distance to tourist sites. Despite upgrade room was small. No docking stations for electronics. Would recommend this hotel.

Villa Dagmar is in a perfect location next to the food markets and all the major stores, yet the rooms are quiet and peaceful to retreat to following a busy day sightseeing.Breakfast exceeded all expectations with the chefs preparing anything you desire. A warm welcoming hotel with friendly staff convienient. Modern inside yet original charm. I will return. The best location
