Hotel Vincci Selección Posada del Patio

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed! Location is right by the old town and still very quiet. Rooms are beautiful and super clean. Service is absolutely incredible! When I said we were celebrating our anniversary they gave us an upgrade and asked for a photo of us. When we got to the room, there was a frame with our photo, a bottle of champagne and a cake. The most thoughtful gesture. Nahuan was the one who organised everything, incredible service, but all staff made sure our experience was the best possible! Breakfast is delicious and bed is super comfy. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s worth the price!

Great location 10 minute walk from the main station. Perfectly situated to walk around the city. A lovely atmosphere in the hotel, very friendly & helpful staff. The room was fabulous & we were lucky empty get upgraded for free in check in. Excellent quality bathroom products, comfortable bed, very clean. No noise at night of hotel doors banging, couldn’t hear any other guests. A very restful relaxing hotel. Will be sure to return. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

The hotel staff are excellent. Friendly, attentive and very professional. I raised an issue with them in the middle of the night and they could not have been more accommodating in addressing it. The restaurant food is excellent and the beds are fantastically comfortable. Situated close to the old town and station. I would definately recommend this luxury hotel.

This was a long stay of three weeks over the Xmas and New Year. The hotel is in a very good location in the very central area but not in one of the noisy busy streets. We much enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable and quiet and the cleaning service was good and very flexible time wise. The breakfast was plenty good enough with a large buffet service plus additional hot foods on request. The communal areas were a little chaotic in the layout but actually reasonably spacious and with choices of different areas to use. The restaurant was good and the bar also, although they were quite busy in the evening and reservations were a must. We went to the New Year Event and that was very well done indeed, held in one of their large function rooms, beautifully decorated and with good food and service, all there seemed to much enjoy! The best thing about this hotel was undoubtedly the excellent staff, this was a high point even among 5 star hotels, they stood out as warm, friendly and always pleased to help with every need and request. Thank you to all the staff and we look forward to returning!

I had an excellent experience at Vincci Selección Málaga, largely thanks to their outstanding customer service. After accidentally booking our reservation for the wrong day, the staff went above and beyond to help us—even while the hotel was very busy. They handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine care, making us feel completely at home while seamlessly arranging a new room. I would especially like to thank Valentina and Marta at the front desk, Noel from guest relations, and José, our concierge, who patiently waited and assisted us while we sorted everything out. Their attention to detail and calm, welcoming approach truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for its exceptional staff and customer service. Five stars without hesitation.

Booked into this hotel for 2 nights and we were upgraded to another room. It was very clean spacious and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was also very good. A wide selection of choices both a la carte and a good buffet selection too. Hotel was in a great location and walking distance to most of the sights.

A truly excellent hotel, very close to the old town and main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Marta at the reception was outstanding – professional, warm, and always attentive to details. She welcomed us with a genuine smile at check-in and throughout our stay provided helpful information and support, making us feel truly welcome. A true ambassador of hospitality! Highly recommended!

If this is one of the very best then goodness knows what some are like.|Off to a bad start with no TWIN beds as promised but put right immediately; fortunately not that late in the evening.|With a couple of exceptions, the staff were most pleasant.|The breakfast had a multi selection buffet, which changed slightly from day to day, as well as 10+ hot dishes cooked to order at no extra charge.|Our room, with no external noise a all, had an excellent wet area and very comfortable beds but the bedroom was cluttered with too much furniture, five pillows per bed and an overflowing minibar.|Housekeeping let the side down; it was done differently each day, the balcony door was always left open, the beds were not fully made, the five pillows kept being put back and on two occasions the hanging towelling robes had their belts tied! Even when we said after 1300 was too late and agreed 1100, the timing was not kept.|The private balcony for c10/12 essence guests only, but there are 10 qualifying rooms, was very well patronised by just us except only for 5 minutes by a smoker.|The pool was not well used either and has a 22 person capacity.|The essence stations of drinks and food were serviced haphazardly but sufficient for our light lunch after such a good breakfast and liquid sustenance throughout.|The attending staff were noisy and also when refreshing the minibars in other rooms.|Unfortunately, extremely loud hammering snd drilling on our last two afternoons was not advertised in reception or our rooms; on the second occasion having been told the drilling, which drowned the TV, would go on to 1815, we left the room early - no apology.,

A really nice hotel in the city center of Malaga. It is built in Arabic and Roman ruins and they have done a great job preserving the history. You can go down and walk along the walls. Rooms here are good and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and I had two good nights of sleep here. It is well insulated from the noise outside and you have a small balcony. Staff here are good and the breakfast is also ok. The bar is lovely and they make nice cocktails here. All in all a great experience and I would happily come here again.
