Superb location in the old city’s Jewish Quarter. Best breakfast ever- made to order and both artful and delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable. The bathroom was our only critique- glass wall separating bathroom from bedroom so no real privacy and extremely uncomfortable toilet.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, friendly efficient staff, very nice rooms and perfect location! Breakfast also excellent, cooked to order, the eggs Benedict and Shatshuka were amazing.|The hotel is located just off Plac Nowy, which is full of bars and restaurants in the Jewish quarter.|Compared to other hotels this one is very reasonably priced.|This is our second time in Krakow, first in this hotel but will definitely be back to stay again.

Hotel Warszauer nails every detail: The rooms, decor, and food are A+++. New, modern exceptionally clean rooms, perfect bathrooms with soft towels, large living room area. And, the breakfast — included in the room rate — was next level. Michelin chef quality, so I ordered three dishes. |I am soooo glad I stayed here.

The best ever breakfast I tried in Krakow. Rooms are nicely furnished, service is great. At this price point, you can’t find it better here.

I was lucky enough to stay here a couple months ago, and I can safely say it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The interior is immaculate, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring Kazimierz. When I come back to Krakow I will 100% be staying here again, I loved it!

New modern place. We rented two rooms which are pretty different. One somewhat smaller and without possibility to open a window, the other bigger with more comfort and terrace. Both well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast, included in price, is based on ordering from a menu. The breakfast was amazing as well as the freely available cakes and coffee. Location is perfect in centre of Kazimierz which is very lively and vibrant but nevertheless we had no noise problems from the street. Only downside or what I do not consider correct is that the hotel claims to have ‘parking available’ while in reality one has to park 250 m away and pay extra; the hotel makes a reservation for this parking upon specific request though.

There are many positives here, but also negatives that really influenced my enjoyment. Positives: • Very quiet in the rooms. We thought we were the only guests there for days! • A nice terrace (not a nice view, but it's a European city so I never expect that anyway.) • Comfortable and large bed. • The BEST free breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel! Some choices are much, much better than others, but none were bad except the croissant (tiny and stale). • Loved the ability to go to the common area and get cake, dishes, or hot tea at any time day or night. • Room service did a great job. • Coffee maker and tea kettle are provided, as are some toiletries. Bathrobes provided too! (But no slippers???) • Staff was all super nice and helpful. • Location is great, and the building is new and very clean. Negatives: • Odd furniture. It is obviously expensive and nice looking, but it's uncomfortable and not very cosy. Two weird shaped chairs and a teeny tiny table are not the same as a nice sofa. It is aesthetics over function. No desk either. No TV in the sitting room, only bedroom. • Room shape was really narrow. Although it was very long, it was 80% corridor and there is really not a lot of room to relax. The bedroom is basically all bed, barely any room to walk. The "sitting room" is tiny too. Bathroom is an okay size. • Glass-walled bathroom! Who's terrible idea was this? I do not want my partner to watch me go number 2. • TV streaming did not work. Ever. • Wifi was quite slow and weak for days. It eventually got way better, but it took days. Upload speeds were almost nonexistent, so doing any sort of work where you need to share files or do HQ video calls is out of the question. In the common room it was fine. • No 24-hour reception. It made us a bit paranoid about losing our key card at night. Also, what's the point of the bar? There is no staff to work it. Is it free? I meant to ask. • Curtains do not fit, neither does duvet. It's like someone measured it all wrong. The "blackout" curtains to block sun in the morning do not stretch all the way to the wall/other curtain no matter how you arrange them. There is always about 20cm of nothing so bright morning sun really gets in. Same thing for the curtain for the glass bathroom: it is too small and there is a gap. Same goes for the duvet, which is too small for the bed. Both people can't use it unless they sleep closely in the middle of the bed. • Fridge was not working properly. It was cooler to keep food outside on the terrace! • AC/heat controls are confusing and have zero instructions. • No amenities (restaurant, bar, cafe, pool, spa, gym, garden, shop, snackbar, valet, laundry service) • While breakfasts are good, sharing the space can be a headache when it's full of guests WITH CHILDREN screaming and crying and everyone talking really loudly like it's a cheap cruiseship cafeteria. Not very relaxing at all for a nice breakfast. For such a luxury hotel, this should not be allowed to happen at all. It just wasn't that chill. At least not as much as it should have been for what the hotel seems to think is luxury. I want relaxation, peace of mind, and high service when I am staying at a boutique or luxury hotel. I don't feel I got any of those all the time. It is impossible when there is no reception at night, when breakfasts can be chaotic, and when the rooms are weirdly designed almost as if to prevent fully relaxing. It is a beautiful minimalist hotel, and the people working are knowledgeable, efficient, and lovely.
