Hotel ZERMAMA

Absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel Zermama. With its boutique vibes you really feel like a valued guest. Fondue on the balcony is great, views of the Matterhorn are incredible, the faux fur robes are 10/10 warm. It’s literally across from the mountain cable car for skiing. Roberto went above and beyond with his hospitality and helpfulness. Highly recommend!

Hotel Zermama is simply wow. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much love, style, and personality went into every corner of this place. The design is so thoughtful and full of character that you keep discovering new little details everywhere. One of the absolute highlights? You can actually enjoy a fondue right on your balcony. Matterhorn view, fresh air, cozy vibes — it’s an experience you don’t forget. The restaurant and bar are just as beautiful. Stunning interior, a great atmosphere, and truly amazing drinks. We took drinks to the room and enjoyed it on the amazing balcony! A huge thank you to the reception team as well. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You really feel taken care of from the first second. In short: Zermama completely impressed us. A hotel with soul, charm, and unbelievable style. Absolutely recommended!

Our stay at the Zermama Hotel in Zermatt was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, which immediately set the tone for a perfect getaway. The room was gorgeous, modern, beautifully designed, and wonderfully coz, creating the ideal atmosphere for relaxation after exploring the town. The fur cuts replacing the average bathrobes were also a nice, unique touch. So was the TV which was equipped with all relevant information, not only of the hotel but of Zermatt as well. Everything about the hotel made our trip truly memorable, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Zermatt. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean room, warm atmosphere with wood texture deco. Best position in Zermatt and a great viewpoint right in front of the hotel. You can easily take photos for the nice dawn light on the Matterhorn just with a few step walking. The hotel provides nice breakfast and also a warm restaurant within. Staff are super friendly, You can ask for some viewpoint recommendations that is really helpful for photographers. Big thanks for bring me the luck to see the nice view, this would be my best memory of my First impression in Europe.

We had the best, and I mean THE ABSOLUTE BEST TIME at Zermama. The ladies at the reception were super welcoming, helpful and sweet. The rooms were clean, spacious and we had a lovely view of the matternhorn right from our balcony. This was our first time ever in Zermatt and we're forever grateful to Zermama for making this experience that much more special. Zermama was a great little spot for our short stay in Zermatt. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the train station (including Gornergrat scenic train) and with an awesome view of the Matterhorn. The room was really cosy and clean, and service was prompt and friendly when we asked for additional pillows and for room service. Breakfast was okay, but dinner in the restaurant downstairs was great. Upon arrival early afternoon, no one was at reception to check us in - we spoke to a guy in the restaurant. Although he was very friendly and helped us out. Would stay there again!

Hotel Zermama was perfect for our short stay in Zermatt. The location is unbeatable. Steps from the Sunnegga train and bus stop for Glacier Express. 5 minute walk from train station and every restaurant and bar you could want. Excellent service with a special note to Alberto and Roni who always had a smile and wagging tail!

We only stayed at Zermama one night, and I definitely regret not staying longer! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is soooo cute! This was hands down, my favorite room we stayed in our trip throughout Switzerland! Love the fuzzy robes! Anytime we find ourselves back in Zermat, we'll be staying at Zermama!
