Hotel ZERMAMA

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Zermama! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We shared one of the larger suite style rooms, which was very comfortable for four people. The staff prepared the sofa bed ahead of time for our stay, and it was comfortable. The views from the hotel were also great, and its location was central. I would stay here again should we visit Zermatt in the future.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, nice selection with made to order eggs and bacon. Bathroom was huge with a lovely waterfall shower. Furry coats in room was a fun touch. Great location, near train station and they offer transport to and from.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was cozy and modern; perfect for a relaxing stay. The best part was the location was right next to a popular photo spot where I could easily catch the breathtaking sunrise over the Matterhorn. Highly recommended for both comfort and unforgettable view!

Horrible experience and extremely poor service. Not worth the price. Would never stay here again. So many other options with great views in the area. Food was terrible. Charged for a chair we did not break. It was broken prior to our arrival. Tried to explain to them and they refused to engage in ANY conversation and demanded payment. This was after we had paid for two suites, ate meals there and paid for several drinks. This is a nickel and dime you hotel. Not a luxury experience. Never again.

Location was good, close to train station and pick up option which was great with the luggage. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed and was comfortable although in my opinion a little dark. Could have been more lighting but minor point. Room was expensive but thats Zermatt. Overall a lovely time spent in a nice hotel

As always a fabulous experience staying at this hotel because the team are so warm and hospitable. The rooms are great as is all aspects of the property, we will be going back as soon as we can. |Nick Hoggett

This is the best hotel ever in my 12 days in switzerland. A hotel with a matterhorn view. This hotel prepares all your needs in this cold weather in Zermatt. If the weather its good. You can see matterhorn clearly from the balcony. We did not manage to get the 2nd night as it is all booked. Try this hotel, you wont regret..

Had just arrived in Zermatt from St Moritz via Austria. Had a typical planes, trains and automobile journey through Europe - full of travel challenges. We arrived in Hotel Zermama and from reception to leaving 2-days later, I could not be more complimentary of both the hotel and the staff. Rooms lovely, clean and big. Staff helpful and easy going (including Ronnie the Spanish Hound who I think is on hand to greet all guests and adds a nice touch at the beginning). View stunning, easy to get around town. I would rate Hotel Zermama 95% (and I can't really think what they might might have lost 5% on but felt it would be a bit odd giving them 100% ....). Couldn't recommend staying there enough - if you chose Zermama, well done, you won't regret it. |David & Nicola, Ireland
