Hotel ZERMAMA

My stay at Zermama was absolutely incredible! Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was exceptionally delicious. The views are truly magnificent, and the rooms are beautiful with stunning vistas. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Zermatt was the highlight of our two-week panoramic railway holiday in Switzerland. And we're so glad we chose Hotel Zermama for our stay!||||It's located within a short walk from the railway station, as well as the Gornergrat station, and convenient to other transportation services as well. The staff of the hotel are SUPER friendly and helpful, and the rooms provided everything we could want: comfortable beds, in-room espresso makers, spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers, plus their amazing bathrobes and slippers (best appreciated in the winter months). There were even power outlets next to the beds, so we could charge our phones at night (few hotels in Europe seem to have figured this out yet).||||And then there was our huge balcony, with a KILLER view of the Matterhorn!||||Anyone who has traveled to Zermatt knows that the Matterhorn is often hidden in the clouds, but at the end of our second day, the clouds broke, the skies cleared, and there it was in all of it's splendor! So we had to get good bottle of Champagne to celebrate that stunning view.||||We had breakfast every morning at the hotel, and it was delicious! The croissants alone were worth the visit, but everything we ordered was spot-on. They serve lunch and dinner throughout the day, and heard everything on offer was excellent.||||We spent our days exploring the mountains and trails of Zermatt and the Matterhorn Glacier. The only regret we have is that we didn't stay longer, as there is so much to see and do! We look forward to returning in the winter, to ski and enjoy the mountains in a completely different way.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Zermama! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We shared one of the larger suite style rooms, which was very comfortable for four people. The staff prepared the sofa bed ahead of time for our stay, and it was comfortable. The views from the hotel were also great, and its location was central. I would stay here again should we visit Zermatt in the future.

We had such a wonderful experience at Hotel Zermama! The staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded us for free to the top room category with amazing views. What touched us most was when my girlfriend needed her dress ironed for a photo shoot – the staff kindly provided space and tools to help us fix it, which made our day! The location is super convenient, and breakfast was delicious. Truly a memorable stay – we’ll definitely come back to Zermama next time in Zermatt!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was cozy and modern; perfect for a relaxing stay. The best part was the location was right next to a popular photo spot where I could easily catch the breathtaking sunrise over the Matterhorn. Highly recommended for both comfort and unforgettable view!

Location was good, close to train station and pick up option which was great with the luggage. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed and was comfortable although in my opinion a little dark. Could have been more lighting but minor point. Room was expensive but thats Zermatt. Overall a lovely time spent in a nice hotel

As always a fabulous experience staying at this hotel because the team are so warm and hospitable. The rooms are great as is all aspects of the property, we will be going back as soon as we can. |Nick Hoggett

This is the best hotel ever in my 12 days in switzerland. A hotel with a matterhorn view. This hotel prepares all your needs in this cold weather in Zermatt. If the weather its good. You can see matterhorn clearly from the balcony. We did not manage to get the 2nd night as it is all booked. Try this hotel, you wont regret..
