We had the absolute best time staying at Casa Fantini in May 2025. Everything was perfect: from the check-in (with wallet parking), the room (delicate design, lake view, very comfortable bed, built into the shower hamman/sauna), the lush garden with peaceful swimming pool to the restaurant. Our highlights were the breakfast (amazing both in terms of quality and quantity!) and the service (the entire staff is incredibly professional and helpful. Kudos to the lady who brought me a hot water bottle and tea for my periods cramps!). The hotel is pet friendly: our dog had a bed, bowls and welcome snacks. We loved this place and will definitely come back! 🩵

A hidden gem on Lake Orta! This boutique hotel offers breathtaking views, exceptional service, and outstanding food. We stayed for three nights and were truly impressed by the warm, attentive staff who made us feel at home. Nestled in a lush garden, the hotel is a peaceful oasis—serene, beautiful, and the perfect place to unwind.

Excellent 5 star personalised service. All staff are exceptionally professional and friendly. Staff speak many languages and helped to organised personalised experiences and dinner reservations. The breakfast was a dining experience in itself. Freshly squeezed juices, daily healthy juice shot, selection of hot food choices- avocado toast and poached eggs were my favourite, selection of pastries and breads and jam, muesli, yoghurt and espresso and cappuccino all served to you at your impeccably set breakfast table each morning. Each room was decorated with high end finishes and our view of Lake Orta and the gardens was exceptional.

We discovered this hidden gem in 2023 while visiting Lake Orta. The hotel is set back from the lake front on a pedestrian only roadway. It is hard to discern with its luscious greenery and architecture that blends naturally with the setting. It is quiet, private and secure with a locked gate. There are two boat docks within steps of the hotel that can ferry you to the numerous places on the lake including the famous Basilica de San Giulio and bustling and charming Orta village ( a must visit, but full of tourists).||All of the other 5 star reviews of this Boutique hotel are 'spot on': outstanding and friendly staff, chef of the hotel preparing meals only for hotel guests, "Happy Hour" every evening with wine and hor-d'ourves' in the wonderful and comfortable lounging area. The breakfast spread for us (no buffet here) was setup and served like for royalty (see photo) and was possibly the best of our 6 weeks in Europe at 5 star hotels. We were also given a private tour of the adjacent Fantini faucet factory product display area which is quite a treat.||We reserved well in advance the single top floor large suite for three nights and were glad to pay the small premium. It is extremely spacious, with a huge closet for our luggage and seems more like a small apartment rather than a hotel room. I am a lap swimmer and discovered the beautiful pool setting with the natural stone wall had a 'swim against' feature which I had never used before. Water was heated (during our stay outside temps were only in the upper 60's) and it worked perfectly for my dozen of typical laps!||The hotel offers a private and locked car park just 2 blocks away, but should probably be reserved in advance. When in the area, we would definitely return to have this wonderful experience again.

Pella is a small and quiet village on the western shore of Lago d‘Orta across from Isola San Giulio. Casa Fantini has 9 rooms and 2 suites, all with beautiful lake view. The building’s centrepiece is a large living room equipped with classic modern furniture designed by Lissoni and others. Adjacent is the dining room, terrace and garden with pool. All in impeccable condition. Our Superior Room was quite small, but also tastefully equipped. Luxury amenities, and the shower featured a steam room function - very cool (Fantini is a manufacturer of luxury bathroom fittings; the business is nearby). Staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Aperitif is served every late afternoon. Breakfast was among the best we have had in hotels like this. All in all, a perfect place to relax and to get to know Lago d’Orta that is much less known, yet at least as nice as, neighbouring Lago Maggiore. For those who care (I do), private parking is available at no extra cost.

Cannot say enough! Perfect getaway 45 minutes from Milan (MXP) airport. Family owners by the high end Fantini bathroom fixtures company, this small boutique is so elegant and the service is highly proactive and responsive. Very contemporary with great bathrooms and views of lake orta. A great retreat for couples. We had wonderful, best ever breakfasts, and also a great dinner at restaurant and room service. This place is the perfect 2-3 night getaway from Milan. We will be back!

We had the most magical time at Casa Fantini. The staff are so welcoming, kind and accommodating. The photos do not do the hotel justice. The rooms are the perfect size with huge balconies overlooking the gardens and the lake beyond. The hammams in the shower of each bathroom is a great touch. The food at the hotel is the best we had in the whole area.
