I tried the patacón with all the meats, and it was solid. The special sauce really made the dish – it had great flavor and tied everything together nicely. Their passion fruit juice was refreshing and a nice complement to the heavy meal. Good spot for authentic DR flavors.

5☆☆☆☆☆ If you're looking for fresh healthy food with a lot to choose from, look no further. I have been here in Orlando for 54 years & I thought I knew all the great spots. I was with a friend near the Florida Mall driving for a place to eat. We drove all the way to Orange Ave. & there was nothing good or open. I GOOGLED Restaurants near me & to our surprise it brought us right back in the area where we were. I was shocked that I always go to Aldi's on Sandlake Road & pass by this small plaza all the time & never stopped. My friend & I fell in love with the food from day one. Great happy atmosphere. I have been there 3 times so far in the past month. That alone should speak volumes. Family-oriented as well. The decor gives me a feeling of the 1950s & nice artifacts from the Dominican Republic with a touch of high-tech type of services such as scanning the menu, receiving your receipt by email or phone, etc... Music videos on the television on one side. Extremely clean restroom with a special code for customers only. 2 electronic boards are showing you the menu & staff are very patient in explaining the process of how it's made & answering all of our questions without rushing us. The place is extremely clean. The staff is super friendly. I dined in, but I noticed a lot of takeouts & Uber Eats. The price is very reasonable for the quality & the amount of food that you get. I cannot wait to go again & try something new on the menu. Whether it's lunch or dinner this is the place I recommend to everyone. 5☆☆☆☆☆

This place deserves a 10/5 stars. First, the cleanliness is on another level. Then the customer service is top notch. They were friendly , welcoming and took some time to chat with us as well. Now, the food. Everything…and I mean everything…we had was a excellent. Presentation, flavors, temp…all on another level. We had the fritura, mofonguitos, some empanadas and jugo de chinola and tamarindo and it was all amazing. If you’re looking for Dominican food con sazón authentico, HOA is the spot!

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at the House of Antojitos recently, and I was impressed with their delectable menu offerings. My favorite meal, the 'Yo-Yo Full' with beef, chicken, fried cheese, salami and a glass of their refreshing passionfruit juice, was an absolute sensory delight. The flavors were well-balanced, and every bite seemed to awaken my taste buds in the most enjoyable way possible. The ambiance and service at the restaurant were top-notch, making my dining experience both delightful and memorable. I can't forget to mention how warm and inviting the atmosphere was. Eric, the friendly owner, went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our entire dining experience. First time here, Gotta say one on the best eatery I've been to in a while , I was First greeted by Eric who's personality was super inviting and humble like your eating at family's. I order the patacon "pork " mad delicious! Highly recommend this establishment I'll be back to try the other item on the menu...

Yummy food- great latin dishes - all 4 of the dishes my group ate were awesome - tasty Maduro 'sandwich' and a lot of other items - owner was from the Bronz and knows his stuff

PÉSIMA experiencia. Si ordenan por DoorDash desde este lugar, prepárense para que su pedido llegue incompleto. Cuando llamé al restaurante para reportarlo, simplemente me dijeron que hiciera el reclamo con DoorDash, cuando es SU responsabilidad verificar que el pedido esté completo antes de enviarlo. Para colmo, la comida estaba en muy mal estado. El pollo parecía recalentado, con un color oscuro casi negro, como si hubiera sido frito en aceite viejo. Todo estaba extremadamente grasoso y con muy mal aspecto. Sinceramente, no parecía comida fresca ni segura. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Well, the chef was a friendly guy, and he did his best. And whatever I ate there, wasn't my taste, but I think it's my fault not his.

This was an unexpected pleasant treat. As we left The Florida Mall we looked for places to eat nearby and found House of Antojitos. The place is a small store front with bar stool seating. It is not a restaurant layout which surprised us. The menu has like six pages with a variety of options. We order a guava and cheese empanada and chicken mofonguitos with jugo de maracuya. Absolutely everything was tasty, fresh and very enjoyable. We highly recommend this place.

The food was amazing. We had the chicken patacon. It tasted so good with the mayo-ketchup and garlic sauce. The service was great as well. I loved the location. The ambiance was great with awesome music. I would come here again when I come to Orlando next time I am on vacation. ​​

Great tasting food. We ordered the chicken pacatones (name maybe slightly off). They are sandwiches made of fried plantains with the protein of your choice. The service was spectacular. I wish we had a location in Los Angeles. The place was SUPER clean. It's more of a take out place. But we ate in their narrow long bar tables.

I tried on a Monday for lunch, Eric help me chose what to get. I had a chicken empanada - the inside was juicy could use a little more season/salt out side crunchy I had these little plantain bowls filled with chesses and beef and chicken and veggies. Eric was friendly , service was quick They have 8 stools if you'd like to eat inside. Its very CLEAN VERY clean which is great. They had some music playing. It was a good lunch break. Quick, slight costly.

The food is amazing, the restaurant is super clean, the service is fast and friendly! We go here during lunch break pretty often and love everything we've tried so far! Try the Passionfruit (chinola) Morir Soñando! It's so good

This place is amazinggg! The food is super flavorful and the owner was super nice, helpful and informant on the portions and talked to us about the menu(amazing portions btw, super surprising for the area). The dining is about 6 people max so i would note that but that wasnt a problem for me! 10/10 i definitely recommend checking this place out if youre looking for a good unique meal.

Always brag about this spot. The food is delicious and the service even better. Makes you feel a part of the family. Their empanadas are on point!! And don't get me started on their hot sauce! Absolutely perfect combo at any given moment. My favorite are the beef & chicken. And they always keep it clean inside! Spotless every visit! Cherry on top for the bakery next door if you have a sweet tooth as well. Check this place out!

This place was an awesome discovery after a week of good/not-great Disney resort food. Authentic, flavorful, made by folks (Mom in the kitchen + son working the counter) who genuinely want to make delicious meals for their customers. Everything made to-order and fresh. We sat at one of two small counters in the (very clean) front while a steady flow of customers who called ahead picked up their meals. A bit of a wait for us because it's all made to-order (and why folks in the know called ahead). Easy to find, park, right on the way to/from the airport. Will do this again next time in Orlando. Highly recommend.

The best Yaroa in the US! Definitely a must try if you are in the Orlando area. Their morir sonando is on point.

If this spot were close to my home, my waist would be in trouble. I've stopped here twice, and everything I have tried is so yummy. They also have the best hospitality, like going to mom's or grandma's house to eat.

WARNING BE CAREFUL! Shady Shady Shady! After inserting my debit card into the machine to pay, the man at the register turned the machine around to him and quickly added a 20% tip to my order without my knowledge, then hit print receipt and handed me the receipt. Not thinking to look at the receipt and trusting this was a honest establishment, I left. When I got in the car and started driving away, my sister decided to look at the receipt and notice that I was charged way more than what I expected to pay. That's when I read the tip was added. I did think it was kind of odd on how quickly he turned the machine towards him after I inserted my card but really did not think he'd do such a thing. It was a call in and pick up order. I called the order in and waited in my car, in the parking lot for 20 mins. I went in to pick up my order. I had no intentions on tipping that much, especially since It was my first time ordering from there. I was hoping this was going to be a future go to spot when I wanted something good to eat near the mall. Just make sure you double check your receipt. Very dishonest man working there at the front counter. I added an extra star because the food wasn't bad.

Super friendly staff, a great hole in the wall place, empanadas were fresh and hot, food was good and affordable, they make their sauces in house, would definitely go again.
