Vegan-oriented student coop housing in a quaint former 3 story residential home. The back of the lot is entirely for parking and best suited for vehicles no larger than a cross over SUV/SAV.

Always gots some rocking bands playing there, and living there is probably most rewarding considering they have there own agriculture with herbs and veges.

House of Commons - how I love thee. HoC was my refuge several times that I returned to after losing a lover or, once, a friend to an inexplicable death. It was the source of many good times, many good friends and probably much damage to my liver. I learned how to fix toilets, cook vegetarian food and play well with others. Now years later, I recently visited Austin with my daughter and visited. I would maybe think twice before letting her live there at age 18, but at age 22 or so, I'd be all for it.

I went in there to check it out with someone that saw the video online and that wanted to move in. Between the movie and the actually house is a huge difference. Please if you want to move into this place, make sure you go and see it before you actually pay your deposit on it. It is very dirty in the common areas and the bathrooms are a nightmare. It might work out for others but I would sleep under my car before I would sleep there.
