I have a go-to Florist in Austin, but decided to try something new and give Margot Blair a try. Pictures of their arrangements on their website are beautiful.
I ordered flowers here for my mom, and chose a pretty sizable arrangement (around $200). The arrangement was beautiful, but unfortunately didn't last longer than 2 days, which is unacceptable. I called to let them know expecting them to provide some sort of recourse, and after nicely explaining the situation to them, they ultimately would only offer 10% off my next order.
They claimed their flowers are premium and extremely delicate, which is why they don't last as long. I don't necessarily think that's true, since my mom took a picture of the arrangement right after it was delivered (she texted me to tell me thank you), and you could already tell one of the flowers was on its last legs. Either way though, you can't be in the business of selling expensive flower arrangements that don't last beyond a couple days.
I never write reviews but want others to be forewarned. They may do a wonderful job with weddings, but I wouldn't order an arrangement from them again.
