Exactly as the name suggest, very small inside so come early and be prepared to wait. However once inside, the greenery and furniture works nice to accentuate the food. It feels like you’re walking into an abandoned wood shed in a Japanese garden. However I do think the small space made my clothes smell a bit “salmony”.
On to the food, I ordered the Japanese Hamburg steak(burger) over rice. The beef was cooked perfect and the sauce over the rice was fantastic. My wife ordered the tsukune don, chicken meatballs with a runny egg over rice. I liked the egg, seaweed rice combo in this over my rice and boiled egg combo. Great place for brunch!
