We have a company social lunch every month and I have used houston catering concepts for most of our lunches. They will now be my go-to catering company as they never disappoint in either taste, variety of foods, delivery, setup and cleanup. Rosie delivered yesterday and she was superb! Her attention to expedient delivery according to my time request, as well as her perfect detail to setup and presentation along with her professionalism and kindness was superb. I applaud Rosie's work while she was in our space and hope she serves us again at another monthly event. BRAVO Rosie, Jesnne, and Houston Catering concepts!

Used Houston Catering Concepts for two events in one day and couldn't say enough positive things. The food was delicious and their staff were so attentive and helpful. I'd use them again without a doubt!

The food was high quality and delicious. The customer service was top-notch. Our event was a seated dinner for about 80 people, and Houston Catering Services went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including special dietary concerns that were beyond the common allergies. Houston Catering Concepts does an awesome job for us every time! I always receive many compliments on the food from the event attendees. The logistics of parking and unloading/delivering the food to our various locations is usually awkward on our end but the Houston Catering team always makes it work! They do a great set up and the food is always cold or hot as needed :). They help with planning the menu and various other details all along the way. I highly recommend their services! Houston Catering Concepts has catered many breakfasts and lunches for our elementary school. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Riana and Michael are easy to work with and execute any idea I throw their way. Our teachers and staff are always blown away that they keep coming up with unique tasty meals for them. I HIGHLY recommend using Houston Catering Concept for your next event they will not disappoint!!

We used Houston Catering Concepts for our unit's holiday food delivery and, from the very beginning, it was pure professionalism. It's not easy delivering to the Med Ctr but the process with them was SO easy and friendly and our food got here HOT. We will DEFINITELY be using them for ALL our food orders going forward. EXCELLENT service. The food was delicious and it helped that they carefully packed each meal individually. Not all our clinical staff can break at the same time so being able to grab their lunch and go made it super easy for everyone.

This place is amazing. The food here is delicious and the people are super friendly and helpful. We had no idea how much food to order for our party and the chef sat down with us and planned out the whole meal. Definitely a great place.

Poor quality food served at lukewarm temperatures. The delivery person was obnoxious and unhelpful and set out the food too far in advance so it all got cold. Quality of food was less than average, out chicken was dry and the beef was really tough and difficult to cut never mind eat. Pasta 'Alfred' was a glutinous mass and overcooked so it was just not appetising. Store bought garlic bread rather than home made so that just completed the sorry story.

the catfish was questionable it tasted very salty and bad. the veggies tasted like they were from a can and had bad aftertaste. the macaroni and cheese was also sad.

My sister recently used Houston Catering Concepts to cater her event. They did an amazing job! The food was delicious and everyone at the party seemed to enjoy it! I loved the cheese blintzes! Highly recommend their team!

Houston Catering Concepts did an amazing job catering a lovely birthday dinner party in our home. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared, sliced and presented with care. HCC catered my wedding in Oct. 2019 and I literally can't rave about this catering company enough. From the moment my husband and I had our taste test to the night of the event HCC had went above and beyond. Their menu is amazing and their prices are super fair. But most importantly the food was PERFECT. It was so delicious and one of the best decisions we made to pick them as our caterer for our wedding. Thanks HCC!

Today Riana and Michael went above and beyond helping me get a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner to my daughter. They are both professional, friendly and so caring in everything they do. The food is fabulous and I can't wait to order again soon.

Not only is the food delicious, the service is also incomparable from start to finish. Everyone is so professional and enjoyable to work with; they truly care about making your catering experience and event as excellent as possible. We have used HCC on several occasions and could not recommend them more. They do a beautiful and perfect job and exceed expectations every time!

HCC is undoubtedly my "go to" caterer of choice. I have worked with HCC in the past on a large scale community catered event as well as events at home and have always been impressed with their quality (food and staff), variety, presentation, and quite simply, they are a joy to work with. They rose to a new level of excellence this week by offering Seder boxes to go. While all have had to adjust to new ways to celebrate Passover in the days of Covid19, HCC proactively addressed this need and "delivered" (literally!). Thank you, Michael, Riana, and Shaun, for adding joy and a delicious meal (including the ritual items for a Seder plate) to our reinvented Zoom holiday. Wishing you much continued success!

This team created and delivered over 1,000 meals. We ordered 6. I was impressed how they pulled it off. Food was tasty and plentiful. They did a Mitzvah and we appreciate them. Many thanks HCC.

My wife and I received an e-mail offering Passover Seder boxes. We ordered two boxes. We received an e-mail from them about delivery times and payment information on April 6, 2020. We were counting on them especially under the circumstances to deliver as promised. Now it is the night before Pesach, and we never heard from them. Now we have to find someone more reliable to bring us our Seder dinner. Now with time of the essence, we may not have a Seder meal. With this being said, I would never order anything from them again or never let them do any catering for me as I could not count on them. We have been telling all of our friends about them but I am not sure what to say now?!!!! I would like to add an addendum to the previous paragraph: We never did hear from them but today around lunch time our doorbell rang and when we opened the door, our Seder boxes were left on the front porch. I would like to take this time to thank them for taking responsibility and also their generosity. Looking forward to tasting their delicious food which people rave about

First time using this caterer. Requested both breakfast and lunch for our Board of Directors Meeting. Needed individually packaged and individually selected variety of meals, for a 30 person head count. HCC hit an absolute out of the park grand slam! Couldn't be happier. Will definitely be using them again. HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I attended two minyans in Houston that I just found out we're catered by Houston Catering Concepts. The food was fantastic! Their salmon and their chicken was out of this world. The presentation and their staff was also great. I would definitely recommend them.

Shaun has been nothing but attentive to us since the first day we met him a couple months ago around March when we began our wedding planning. He has been very honest attentive to our needs and on time with all of our appointments. He offers a great product and service for an unbeatable price. The food sampling he offered for our wedding reception was exceptional. He is warm and authentic and we can't wait to write another review on how exceptional our wedding day will be because of Shaun and his staff!

Today marks the first and only time that my wife and I will be ordering from Voss Catering. Not because the food wasn't good - we wouldn't know, since we never received it - but rather because the poor "customer service" offered by Shaun, the manager of the service. My wife had ordered two meals for us online and received a confirmation email for her order at 5:51. Since we live in the Park at Voss apartment complex, we naturally assumed that we'd get our orders relatively soon. But this wasn't the case at all. After waiting nearly an hour, she called both of the numbers she had for Voss Catering and left voicemails when no one picked up the phone. Shaun finally called back an hour after our initial order and before saying anything informed us that people usually called their orders in instead of ordering them online. If that's the case, we asked, then why offer an online ordering option? No response other than "that's fine" (which, of course, it wasn't). When we asked about the status of our order, Shaun said that he wouldn't be able to fulfill it because he didn't have a chef on hand to make the food. Of course, my wife had no way of knowing that information when she initially placed the order...had she known, she obviously would've gotten food elsewhere. But the most galling thing about the entire call is that Shaun never once offered his apologies for the inconvenience - all we got from him were alibis and excuses. More galling, he was blase about the fact that had given us terrible customer service and showed no interest whatsoever in addressing our justifiable dissatisfaction. The experience we had ordering from Voss Catering, and in particular dealing with Shaun, was so negative that I would recommend that no one in the Park at Voss complex order food from them...unless, of course, they enjoy rude and frustrating customer service experiences. Maybe next time Shaun will take the time to run his business properly and treat his customers with the respect they deserve
