I've been regularly coming to the Funplex since the 2000s when I was a child. This place has resonated with me deeply. It has a unique and weird architecture (weird in the best way), with an unmatched ambience and fun activities in each corner. Quite frankly, just walking around is a nice time in itself. I look forward to the Funplex reopening - thank you for so many memories, big liminal playground! I took these pictures with an old camera, but they're from 2024.

I took my daughters to this place this past Sunday and it really wasn’t worth it. The outside is super dirty and building can’t possibly be up to code. You can tell it was a nice place when it first opened but the current owners don’t care. In the arcade only a few games worked, the skating ring was the best part. They have rides that you can get on but they were outdated and there were no attendants. The place feels like a big ball of germs, touching anything makes you feel dirty. The bowling alley was nice but not it’s in a corner and is easily missed. I didn’t trust the food because the ordering counter was dirty, machines haven’t been cleaned or whipped down. It was a no for me. The staff want friendly, very nonchalant, poor hygiene/super musty and had attitudes. I will say except for the ticket lady at the front and the young men that ran the skating ring. I drive from Katy thinking to try a new place but that drive wasn’t worth it. Save your money because it is expensive and you can’t comfortably enjoy anything!!

Paid for my sons birthday party, booked in the crystal room. Party area was not ready for a half hour after the time we booked. Several of the fun attractions are not working as well which was a bummer. The manager, not sure his name, was more than helpful in getting us accommodated and expediting our wristbands and game cards. It looks a bit run down but we had a great time. Communication seems like it could be better, along with some aesthetic touch ups. There’s an obvious abundance of maintenance work that could be implemented to brighten the place up. Pizza for the party was good, our hostess was pleasant and helpful as well. We had a great time all in all.

Okay let me start by saying I’ve been coming here for years but I haven’t been since 2020. The first RED flag was they don’t open until 5pm but the website has an early bird special that’s Friday - Sunday 11-3pm done at make any sense. Next issue was the fumes of dirty cleaning supplies was wild. It gave me a migraine. Once we waited two hrs for them to open I was already into deep to seeing as how I drove from brookshire for a family day with my kiddos. Once there I quickly was upset because they told us only 2rides worked. So we got the 2hr game card. More then half the games where broken so after 35mins my kids didn’t want to stay anymore. I told them to cash in there point so we could leave and we were told that we had to wait the whole 2hrs before we could cash in our points. I tried to endure the smell and stay but as we kept playing we ran into some gross sticky stuff all over most of the rides. I finally had enough and decided to was time to leave but before leaving for my 45min drive back home I wanted a drink from the vending machine…… it was broke as well. At this point I made it clear to everyone we would never comeback to this place. The employees had bad attitudes and seemed sleepy. The amount of big roaches was bazaar!! There’s no point in this place being open. I’m confused as to how they are still up and running.

Google
Fun little spot to go to when you have free time with the kids. The roller rink was extremely chill and relaxing, as well as the bowling alley. Since it was a weekday, there weren't very many people there, so it was the perfect time to go.

When I first moved to Houston I couldn't believe that such an establishment existed! Indoor amusement park, what??! And for a reasonable price considering everything was unlimited. Just like an outdoor park my baby could ride over and over, as much as his little heart was content. Today I came in, now paying more for less. 60+ bucks, just him, and he can only get on anything 10 times. Very disappointing. Likely a new management issue, someone more than ambitious and blatantly money hungry. Imho, unless the real amusement parks are closed or there are weather emergencies/rain, families would do better to just go to a real amusement park. That way, you pay your fee and you can ride and ride and ride until the park closes or until you get tired and go home, but one fee for all. You would spend less at a full blown amusement park, with alot more options for rides. Save your money, this place isn't priced for families. Last time I got on the rides and my baby and we paid less. This time I just paid for him and it was over 66 bucks. 3 hr time slot but these rides literally last 40 seconds. He ran through the 10 ride limit in less than 5 mins and was mad at me because he couldn't ride any more. Bothered me so much to see him so upset. An hour drive to be allowed to be on rides for less than 5 minutes 🤣. And get this, if I'd paid $100, literally, it won't only allow him 5 more mins . No option whatsoever for unlimited rides. Man eff this place and the owner.

Google
The idea that fun plex has of kids having fun is there but the amount you pay is not worth it for what you get. The roller skating is fun but the people that attend their makes it seem like a very low category place.

Google
We had a blast going to this place. The kids loved it, very affordable, we got the 20$ wristbands that allow all but 3 attractions. Everything is indoors, which was perfect considering that it was 100 plus degrees outside. There was a lot to do there, bowling , skating, arcade games, play areas, Farris wheel, trampoline jump, bumper cars, and more. The lines were very small while we were there. What a great place for all ages. Has a bar in it for adults, they have food there. We will definitely be visiting again.

Yelp
It's pretty obvious this place had been around since the beginning of time. While there are a lot of updated games, the bathrooms, decor, and overall maintenance of the place looks old. I came here on a weekday evening to go skating. My boyfriend and I were basically the only guests in the whole place with the exception of 1 kid and his parent. The music was great. It was a mix of pop/rnb/hip hop. Perfect songs to skate to. I actually enjoyed that the rink was empty. The price for skating was a little over $30 for the two of us and included rental. That was a little steep to me. Refreshments are also expensive. A bottled water is $5. It it is 2023 so was to be expected but still a little disappointing. The skates are definitely old and several pairs are missing stoppers. I did see the attendant cleaning the skates so that was impressive. We decided on Funplex because it was the only place that was available for open skate. Other rinks have limited hours or lessons during the week.

Yelp
My daughter wanted to go bowling for her birthday. So I found Funplex through Yelp and thought it would be a cool place to take her for a day of bowling and arcades. We arrived on a Monday night when they were just opening at 5pm. Parking lot was pretty empty. Went inside and it's pretty much run by teens/young adults. They don't take care of the place, cleanliness-wise. You can see the grease and finger prints everywhere you go. First, we went to the restroom and the janitor that was inside cleaning looked upset that we went to the bathroom. There was no sign up that said it was closed for cleaning. Bathroom looked unpleasant and there were no toilet seat covers in any stalls. I was standing outside the stall where my daughter just to stay close. The janitor kept mopping and just stood and stopped (I could feel her energy that I was in her way)-- so I said sorry and moved out of her way and went out near the door so she can finish her mopping. Faucets were janky and not working properly. My daughter washed her hands and we just got out of there ASAP. We went straight to the bowling alley to play for an hour. We got our lane. Once again, fingerprints, greasy tables, greasy chairs, and food dropped all over the floor. The bowling electronic control pad was also dirty and greasy. I carry isopropyl alcohol with me for cases like this. So I sprayed and wiped everything down before sitting or pressing anything. The employee asked if we wanted anything to drink-- but because of everything just being so unclean and unkept-- I declined. I told my family we're not ordering any drinks or food because I just don't trust it. After the bowling, we went over to the arcades. Some of the stuff weren't on and weren't working (like the basketball games and bean bag toss). The games that did work were just shooting games and motorcycle games mostly. Definitely would not go back to this place again. I'll stick to the other kids arcade/play places. Ooooh and the amount they charge to have parties in there. Nope-- not worth it to me. We're also new here so we didn't know if it was a good place to go or not and wanted to see for ourselves.

Yelp
Upon entering the parking lot, you can tell this place has been around forever with little to none upkeep. This remains sound upon entering as well. My family and I arrived just as it opened, which was nice as barely anyone was here. Upon requesting tickets/cards, the cashier got our order wrong once and gave us a wristband that had no way of securing. We ended up playing the arcade games for awhile as no staff were at the activities. Several of the activity machines were down, but still partially open. My kiddos tried the bumper cars and one of the cars didn't even work. The worker had to get in another car to bump into theirs to get it going for a short 10 seconds. This was a cycle until we gave up and decided to leave this activity. Why even open them if they aren't fully functional? Sure, there are things to do here, but this place isn't the cleanest nor safest in my opinion.

Yelp
This place is a disaster! We are a family of five that visited today. Initial impression gave off a "rundown" but worth a look vibe, kind of like a shopping mall on the verge of being overrun by zombies. The staff couldn't be bothered to even pretend to like working there. I think they wanted to shout out a warning to run for it, but they needed the job. I think there were three restaurants on the website, one was open for business. We left for a local restaurant (a very good choice) and came back to see if we could make this Funplex fun. We couldn't. We each got a $29.95 card that promised three hours of unlimited arcade. There were a lot of broken games (see the pictures). We played a few that worked. There were kiddie rides working that we didn't opt for. The go cart looked operational but no one was using it. It was like the place had potential, but they gave up. Kind of sad. We were so bored that we could only force ourselves to play for about 45 minutes and we were done. My three sons were also done. Shock. I usually have to drag them out of an arcade. Too many other places to have fun in Houston. We will it see the inside of the Funplex ever again. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Yelp
All bad. If u don't have to come here then don't. I can only speak for the roller rink but it was $20 entrance fee which is already a lot. To make matters worse I asked for a size 8 skate and they came back and said they didn't have 2 of a kind so they gave me an 8 and a 9... (first mistake was not getting my money back right then and there lol). Also the rink itself was super small and the flooring was that of an air hockey machine (if that makes sense). There was also trash on the rink and it was wet in some spots. Also just not on the best part of town. My sister and I walked out within like 10 mins. Waste of $45 bucks (cs we got a locker too). They played good music, and it was nice and loud, I will say that (that's the only reason they get 2 stars). Needless to say, I've been to just about all the rinks in htx and this one was the worst and most expensive by far! Don't waste your time or money - there are much better places to go.

Yelp
Came here to meet some friends that were visiting from out town with their kids (they chose this place) and it served its purpose. It's a bit priced, I paid $120 for four unlimited wristbands, go kart riding, skating and the fun-zone play area was a separate fee. This place is ideal for small kids as my 6 year old and 8 year old had a good time playing all of the games. When we went, all games were working and operating normally. They have a food court and we got pizza, fries and drinks. This place is kind of outdated and the bathrooms were dirty; however, it served its purpose and one could spend hours in here with small kids playing and having fun.

Yelp
Well if i could give this place negative stars I would. Decided to begin my birthday weekend with a little skating - got there before 9- was told it would 20.00 before 10, and then i would have to pay another 20.00 for the adult night skating. That was HELL NO for me - food was over priced and easily accessible at your grocery store freezer section. Lots of games not working - last visit. Maybe they should tear it down, and start over cause this ain't it. However they should keep the bull.

Yelp
DO NOT COME HERE!!! MONEY SCAM $30 for "all rides" UNLIMITED none of them work! The little kid rides are only 3 of them that are basic! And yes. The little kids are $30 too. Bowling Skating Go carts are also seperate & are so expensive. Theres a play fort playground that is $15 per kid and arcade games with no working games...PLEASE work on these packages! This place has so much potential! For little kid packages you should include the fort and the 3 rides that you have, for $30. The older kids should have access to everything for $40. Also, the building is old & ran by young teens, and i know if the managers invest in it,this could be a great staple to the community. SUCH A SHAME,Please dont come here. Theres also a "rollar coaster" coming soon. So the passes will probably go up to $50...ew. Dont get me started on how dirty & crusty the place is also...their nasty ass food & bathrooms.

Yelp
date night! I had a great time because we made it a great time. Got their unlimited pass for the evening and rode the rides we were allowed to ride (bumper cars were our favorite). It was a Tuesday night so didn't have to wait for anything to open up. There were a lot of machines that were out of order when we tried to play them; definitely sucked because I was in a competitive spirit and ready to beat him in everything. I wonder how this place is on the weekends.

Yelp
It was a good time but it definitely could have been better. The pins kept messing up so we had to waste our paying time getting employees to go over and fix it. They over charged us for drinks that we never received. They couldn't even bring me simple lemon with my water because "that's not something that they can do". Like what?!

Yelp
I'm at Funplex right now it wasn't my first choice because I was going to the southside sports bar and Grill off of 59 in West Airport but it was ridiculously so many cars trying to get in there even though I had a reservation, I couldn't get in. So, of course, my second go to place which will now be my first go to place was flex on Highway six and Beechnut. There were no crawls. The food was really delicious and the drinks were good and the people in the bar made the ambience in this restaurant, just great no no yelling just watching the game and having a great time. The bartender is spectacular. He's the only one in here and he's able to fix drinks for the clientele inside the bar and for the people that are in the next next building bowling so if you want to have a good time even when it's not football season, I recommend FunPlex it's family oriented. The kids can go on the ride they have for them, they have skating or they can come up in the pub and have a great time with your parents. So check it out. You really have a great time.

Yelp
I took my niece here and WE had a great time. To think I came here when I was a preteen and teen and this place is still up and running and is crazy. They have indoor skating, which is kind pricey in my opinion ($20 per person for skate rentals). They have the little indoor rides such as the Ferris wheel, the drop ride, a trampoline section, bumper carts etc. There is a package deal for $50 for two people to ride select rides and play games. I think it's a tad expensive since the games are limited to a 100 points so it goes by fast. I wish the package would have included the go karts. Nonetheless the kid and the adult had a grand time

Yelp
It was pretty cool , but need a lot of renovations. Most games didn't work or was broken.

Yelp
At about 9:20pm on Thursday I decided to stop by to catch the game.... Walked into the bar/lounge and it was completely empty. No patrons..... no bartender. As I walked around to the bowling alley to find someone I saw that there were 2 lanes going. There was a young lady speaking with one of the lanes and when she was finished she walked towards the back while looking at her phone. Never once did she look up and scan the area to check if there were any new customers. I watched her stand there for a few minutes on her phone then she walked further back and out of sight. Assuming she was going to the bar area, I walked to the other side.... But no one was there. The music was so loud that no one could hear me calling for assistance. I stood at the bar for about an another minute or so and still no one came. I walked to the end of the bar where the door to the kitchen is and seen 2 girls dancing.... Looked like they were doing TikTok videos . I gave a loud "EXCUSE ME IS SOMEONE WORKING HERE" So they could hear me over the music blasting. They separated quickly and one came out to the bar. I asked if I could get a beer and can she change the TV to the game. There was not a single TV on sports... they were on various random channels. The girl tells me that she has to ask her manager if about changing the TV. Which was shocking because this was never an issue when the other bartender was here (Sheltric). The girl then asked me if I wanted my beer now or when she got back from talking to her manager. Surprised that that would even be a question I told her to go ask him and I'll run to the restroom. When I got back she said that she texted him and was waiting for a response. She finally serves me the drink I ordered and I asked is there an issue with having the TV on a sports channel. She stumbled over her words because she clearly didn't know what to do or how to do it. By this time it's almost 10pm and I know that's when they close.... So I basically waited over 30 minutes for nothing. As I sat there finishing my drink she tells me that the manager said that the TV will not be changed because it's 7 minutes till closing. What does the TV have to do with closing? Paid for my drink and left. I have about 15 years of experience in restaurants and bars (hospitality) and never once have I EVER seen or heard of not being able to change the channel because it's almost time to close. I'm not sure why they changed bartenders but this move is not a good luck. The bar has gnats, spots on the bar top that were smeared with whatever someone ate and instead of taking a wet rag to clean it they probably used dirty napkins. When the other bartender , Sheltric, was there it was ALWAYS clean and inviting. I had been in several times when it was busy and he made sure to at least speak or gesture to me that he'd be with me shortly. This place has gone to pure crap. I know it'll never be Fame City but damn.... Y'all need to do better... at least try!

Angela B.

Yelp
I remember bringing my kids here and now have the opportunity to bring my grandkids. To pay the unlimited price and not have all the games working is not good. It was only one tech in the arcade room trying to repair at least 4 games that was not working. That was just the arcade side. It was a few games not working near the rides. When purchasing the unlimited pass please explain what all that incurs (explain what pass is needed for go karts, etc.).

Yelp
Need new management. New team members. Need renovations with a much needed update and a water park. Then this place would thrive.

BL H.

Yelp
Dulce, our coordinator, was amazing! She put up with all my requests and made our daughter's party happen! All her staff was super helpful and welcoming. Our bartender Cali made the best strongest drinks! She definitely calmed my nerves with those drinks! Our hall was Silver Palace and it was the perfect venue for our daughter. Thank you infinity.

Yelp
BEWARE - Let's start off by saying I would give this place NO stars if I could. Took my kids here Saturday (4/22/23) after having reserved and purchased a birthday party package and was beyond disappointed. The one star is only because I couldn't give anything less. Considering the amount of money that's being spent on these packages, you would think they could afford to make sure the games and activities are in working order. The arcade is garbage, even bigger kids wouldn't really enjoy if they are into arcade games as 98.5% of the games were "out of order" and the ones they did work didn't work properly. Even having a toddler arcade ride in the hallway with wires sticking out where the control is supposed to be, like WTF!!! And let's not talk about service. They charged me a 57 dollar service fee, but where was the service? We had to go look for our host several times, even sending 2 employees, 2 separate times to look for her to find out what was going on with our food. She said the pizza would be ready at 5 and she didn't come back with it till 5:30. So we had a bunch of hungry 4-6yo and she didn't even know how to hand out the pizza, instead of taking the box around, she stood in one place handed it out slice by slice-which we had to help her do that. When I went to speak to someone in Guest services, they sent me to the event coordinator, she was no help at all. Outside of constantly saying no refunds, no exchanges I was told they could only give me more points to use towards games (which again didn't work) or for activities. When I said I should have just brought the kids and paid separately for activities I was told they charge you $60 to bring in your own cake....that's some b.s. if I ever heard it. Bottom line, go get your money's worth from somewhere else, this place isn't worth the gas spent driving to get there. They just made it look good online. Clearly a tactic to get you in the door. They could have a least given the service fee back as there was no real service being provided. They don't take any accountability for misleading the public. They honestly should be charged with theft of funds!!! This place was a total waste of my $600 and that was the cheapest birthday party package. Please do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake, STAY AWAY!!!!! Set your expectations low for FunPlex if you so choose to go.

Yelp
It is amazing a great place to make memories and honestly the rides there are pretty fun and most of the staff are nice and everything. Let me tell you the food was so good and I enjoyed skating EVERYTIME I go there

Danielle N.

Yelp
This place is so trash !! You might want to walk around first to see how many games work before you buy a game card ! We spent $50 and wasn't able to play anything because everything is out of order !! Than they have signs everywhere saying no refund because they over here ripping ppl off

Navid A.

Yelp
We scheduled my sister's birthday party here and were pretty disappointed. The two stars is because the skating rink was super fun. We purchased a package for the day - arcades and rides. We went to the bumper cars, only half of the six cars worked. We went to the go-carts, only five of the large cars worked. We went to the arcades, a bunch of the games would take your credits but not work, each pair of in-line skates at the skating rink have on skate missing the top straps. Our pizza was late and we had to ask for it. Why did we pay full price for half service? I went to talk to someone out it in the office. They sent me to Guest Services. Guest Services sent me to an event coordinator. The event coordinator sent me to the manager of games and rides. The manager of games and rides sent me to the event coordinator again. Clearly a tactic to not have any accountability - and they are all probably too underpaid to really care, so I don't blame them. Set your expectations low for FunPlex.

Yelp
Funplex = outdated and, trashy. A business ran by people who claim to be Christian but, are actually just another set of fake believers. Because, anybody who is Christian and, ran a business would make sure it's up to par with the Lords standards and, the peoples. The place looks amazing when you walk In despite all the trash, balloons on the ceiling and, the kids they hire that have no respect for anybody whatsoever. You'll soon realize that half of the rides don't work and, the go-karts are slower than Gods special children. The next time you see a kid that knows cursive and, seems like a great choice to hire. Maybe you should :) If you made me manager and, shut that piece of garbage down for 3 months and, gave me 88,000 to renovate the place I'd do it in a heartbeat. If you want customers sell all those slow go Karts and get some Soda 2 strokes. With that track... even Track 21 would have some serious competition. Fix the games, I wish I ran a business. I'm 21 and, I could run anything with fluid ease. Apparently the last generation just gave up. Fun-pled is a testament to that. God bless.

Yelp
Don't waste your time. Cost $15 per person for the indoor slide, broken rides and dirty. Unlimited play is $80 per person with no activities. $20 per person for the go kart which is a 7 minute ride. A hotdog is $7. Don't believe the online photos. Overpriced.

Yelp

Yelp
If I could give this place a zero I would the place is old nasty and outdated. The staff are very very unprofessional and rude. The restrooms are disgusting and nasty. The food is overpriced. The party host we had never came in not one time to ask if we needed help his name was Edward the short Hispanic kid with short black hair his customer service suck so so bad. He was cussing out loud stating that funflex does pay him enough to wait on customers needs and request he slapped over chairs the decorations that was set up in the area where the party was being done. The manager staff had to come up and help him clean his area because he pouted like a baby the whole entire time. Again, Funplex will never get my services or my hard-working coins.

Karina R.

Yelp
The place has potential but seems like management and staff do not care. For $50 per person for unlimited half the games were down and half the rides were down. Employees give such an i don't care attitude . I don't think the AC works in there. It has the potential but needs more effort. And a good cleaning for sure. Packages need an upgrade, because $50 and half the place doesn't work isn't worth it.
google avatar

Dave S.

Yelp
You would think that they used the pandemic shutdown last year to clean the place up, paint the dings in the walls, and fix all the broken rides and games. But no! The place is still run-down, dirty, dusty, filthy, a real germ city. And probably 1/3 of the rides and games are STILL broken! What a rip off. Do not waste your time or your money or your health. Do not come here.

The place is not well kept. Almost 1/2 the games were out of order. The price would be good if everything worked, but you're better off not wasting your money. The staff was not very helpful. They were there for themselves and not for the customers. They had headphones in while operating rides or they would talk to their coworkers instead of pay attention. The place has a lot of potential unfortunately the owners and workers don't seem to care.

Yelp
Horrible experience for my Girl Scouts. Girls picked the package for $55.00 which included skating, unlimited rides and arcade games. Well it was so hot that the girls stopped skating 20 minutes in and the rides were all out of order as well as most of the arcade games. We left within an hour. the no refund signs and no one there on a Saturday should have been red flags.

Yelp
This place is terrible. It's too expensive for no reason at all. $21 per person to skate is ridiculous. Highway robbery. Go carts are sooooooooo slow. I paid so much and was forced to leave early because the workers wanted to go home. I was told that I could come back and get a discount on skating because they made us leave early. Cashier at the food court also closed early. We ended up catching her smoking weed in her car. I understand inflation but this is a complete scam.

Yelp
The prices to actually have fun with your family here are insane! Even the workers looked bored

Yelp
A lot of the attractions were closed and the food places. I can tell this was once a fun and exciting place to visit. I probably won't recommend it. There are so many other places to go. The bowling alley has really good drinks through.

Yelp
This place is on its way back up! The venues and rooms they rent for private parties are being renovated and they look better. MY private party went great and left a smile on my face!

Yelp
STAY AWAY-I was here Saturday (4/22/23) for my 4yo niece and 6yo nephew, 98.5% of the arcade games DID NOT WORK, the other's didn't work properly. When my sister and brother in law went to speak to someone, they stated they couldn't provide a refund on give more points to use towards games (which didn't work) or for activities. They could have a least given the service fee back; our host we had to go and look for several times she said the pizza would be ready at 5 and she didn't come back with it till 5:30. So we had a bunch of hungry 4-6yo and she didn't know how to hand out the pizza, instead of taking the box around, she handed it out slice by slice-which we had to help her do that. Bottom line, go get your money's worth from somewhere else, this place isn't worth it. They just made it look good online.

Yelp
This place looks exciting online. But, then you get there. We arrived at 12. They open at 11. We approached the ladies at the desk to purchase whatever we needed to get. No one greeted us. Then finally someone from the back I came up. She explained the pricing. We bought $99.99 family of 4 pack. She didn't explain any of the rides. We start walking around. No one was at the ride stations. We make our way to the fireball and no one was there. Then I go to the front where I purchased the tickets or response and I let the lady know that no one was there and if it was open she said to ask someone around I said I did and the go cart people just looked at me. So then she annoyingly walks away and walks out going towards the fire ball and finally somebody was there. We started walking around more and noticed that a lot of things were still not open. The office area had a lot of people sitting around on their phones. We went there to let our one year old clay on the toddler area and it was closed. We purchased $40 each in game coins or tickets whatever you wanna call them, and all of the games were 12 points each so with $40 you only get to play about eight games. We did not know that, or we would have bought the unlimited. The bar area on Sunday I'm assuming does not open until after 5 PM. The environment was very quiet and a lot of people started rolling in but yet no workers around. It was a horrible experience so we left and went to another fun place. I do not recommend at all and we will never be back.

Yelp
0/5 stars. Would NOT recommend. Visiting Houston and tried to find indoor fun for the fam. Website gave this place too much credit. Most everything is run down. Arcade games are 12pts each and only 50% are operational. The kids did enjoy the bumper cars and other little rides, but there was inly 1 operator for 3 rides. Wish we would have taken other yelpers' advice and skipped. Bummed we didn't check out the children's museum instead.

Yelp
Majority of arcade games didn't work or took double points in order for it to start! They did reimburse points back but it was pointless because the games kept taking double points. Building looks rundown in my opinion. Go at your own risk.

Yelp
$35 + tax for unlimited arcade! The arcade is indeed limited because none of the games work/function properly. The "new" bowling game does not work. The pin wheel bowling game does not work. The transformers game does not work. The water race game does not work. I also paid $8 for bumper cars. $50 for my child to not have a good time. There are signs posted everywhere no refund or exchange. Red flag much! It's like they know this place is over priced and malfunctioning! Asked to speak to a manger who said he would check with arcade to see why so many games aren't working, instead of giving me my money back. Definitely my last time coming here.

Yelp
I came here with my cousin last week ( to the bowling alley) and i was debating if to do a review or not but i decided i should. we spend $50 on a hr for me and him. When we first got there it seemed like the girl had a attitude for no reason we had just gotten there i get it some people have bad days okay that was fine i let it slide like wtv i came to have fun so i wont let it affect me, until our lane started acting up the thing that picked up the cones would pick them up and drop them all so it would just pick them up for like a second and just let go had to complain that it would close on its own and wont bring the pins back. I went to complain like 5 times and they got tired of me i even apologize and i should not apologize but they were tired of me complaining but if im paying them at lease help me out . The last time i went to complain was that the balls got stuck they wouldn't come back i asked the people next to me ( we were sharing the bowling balls) i was like "hey can yall please go tell them they are tired of me complaining" and they said " we have complained like 3 times already" I was like wow so its not just me complaining so i went. Also the reason i went again was because the thing started to smell like it was burning . Once i was getting close to the girl or lady she got mad cuz i went AGAIN. I was like "hey im sorry but the balls got stuck and it's starting to smell like something is burning" Once i said burning she ran to take a look and called her co workers. She ended up moving us from that lane. when we had like 10 minutes left . The only reason that im giving it a 2 stars was because she gaves us a extra 10 minutes and she apologized when i went to take the shoes back. Honestly dont know if i will continue to go here like its sad that i had to complain 5 to 6 times

Yelp
Do not waste your money! Each ride is $9 or you can do the unlimited bracelet but mostly everything was closed! One ICEE is $9! We purchased a $30 game card and my son literally played 4 games. This place was dirty, ran down and just expensive for what you get. From the outside the place looks like it could be some fun.. but as soon as you walk in you will be disappointed. This place has so much potential but the lack of up keeping and cost will keep us from ever coming back.

Yelp
The workers are just sitting down on there phones. I won points and went to redeem them and there was no one there. One worker walked in and saw us and then left. Nothing but lazy people

Camie R.

Yelp
my family and me came once it opened and from the start it was bad vibes no one greeted us. every worker was in a bad mood or looked like they didn't wanna be there no smile or anything from not one out of the 10-20 employees we saw.

Yelp
Parents I recommend doing a walk around before purchasing an access card for games . They don't refund your money even if the games don't work . The facility had about 80% of games down for maintenance and no signs anywhere indicating of such activity.

Yelp
It's super nice and impressive a artist could do a music video there is a grand venue for parties. I was invited to family night during the actual day of thanksgiving and we won. I felt so blessed. My so played the arcade games and we rode rides. I think I want to try and go skating next time we go there. Parking free there's indoor rides arcade skating bowling the cars and the sports bar it's so nice one of the nicest spots in Houston. It doesn't all the time be packed packed though.... I enjoyed a lot

Yelp
Do not go here it is the biggest scam I've seen first of all had to pay $50 for two people to skate, second I paid $15 dollars for 60 points 60% of the games were broken and I could only play like two games, and it was very nasty, and dirty plus the staff were not friendly

Yelp
Rude and unprofessional management, won't come back again. The place is rundown and needs renovation.

Yelp
i went here as a kid when it was known as fame city. I recently took my wife and son here for bowling and they had a blast. what a deal! for $10 we got shoe rental and unlimited bowling. they have ramps for the smaller kids. the rest of the place is a bit old and outdated, but I can see how this would be a nice place to hang in the summer heat. there's rides, roller skating, go karts and they're even building an indoor roller coaster too.

Yelp
Prices are ridiculous. The pictures online is nowhere near what's inside. The prices are out the window. They had one young gentleman by the name of Daniel working 3 rides (he did an amazing job) by working all three. My daughter had to potty and the men were in the restroom fixing a problem and it was really smelly. I would never step a feet in this place ever again.
