First time trying this place, it was awesome! The staff was super courteous and polite. We got the sandwich and tender combo, plus Fusion Fries. Chicken was really tender and we felt Spicy was definitely a good balance between spicy and still being able to taste the flavor of the food. Fries were super hot and crispy, and seasoned well too. We also got the House and Cilantro sauces which were delicious for dipping. We went around lunch time and still got our food pretty fast, highly recommend this place!

Good variety of chicken meals with great variety of spice levels. Go see Jackson and staff at the at La Centera in Katy. So helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was good, would recommend and definitely return.

If you love chicken, you have to try this place! They have chicken strips, nuggets, sandwiches and loaded fries. Chicken is the star of the show here and you can pick your spice level. We usually get the chicken sandwich and the kids meal. The staff are very welcoming and service is great. The only thing I wouldn’t get again is the tortilla soup. It was too runny. The fries can get pretty salty as well, so I like to sub with coleslaw. Every time we come to La Centerra, this is where we come for a quick meal. They also have kids eat free on Sundays if you buy a main entree. Great deal!

La Centerra, across from Torchy’s tacos. Park on the side and run in to try this place! I haven’t been disappointed with their chicken any of the times I’ve visited. They have the flavor and heat you’re looking for. So far the only menu item I’ve tried and haven’t been impressed with is the slaw. The lemonades are another story, def add one to your order!

The best frozen strawberry lemonade! Try the “Spicy” sauce on the Original Hot Chicken Sando, it’s worth a trip by itself. If Dustin’s in sit at the bar you’ll have a great time. It can get busy at dinner time so come in early!

Our whole family loves fried chicken, we couldn't wait to try it. The chicken was super juicy and flavorful, not dry at all. According to their description, they use fresh chicken, which makes it tender. The outside was crispy, and I personally think it's better than other fried chicken places. The kids devoured the fries as soon as they arrived--they love fries! I especially enjoyed their waffles. They were flavorful without even needing syrup, crispy on the outside and soft inside. If I weren't worried about gaining weight, I would have ordered more! For those watching their diet, they have the Southwest salad with protein, veggies, and even mango! The restaurant is neat and clean, and the food comes out quickly. Their service is great, friendly staffs. The location is great too, right next to the plaza in LaCenterra, where you can catch performances on the weekends. Five-star rating!

Came to have lunch here on a Monday, was grateful to get a free kids meal with my entree. Chicken and fries were perfectly seasoned. The cucumber watermelon lemonade was everything I needed on this hot summer day! Will be back!
