Walking into this place you can feel the love & the clean eclectic atmosphere the owners of this store really put into this location. The food is A1 & always full of flavor & deceptively filling. 3 chicken strips here are the equivalent to 5 somewhere else so choose wisely. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait if you order in store but it's definitely worth the wait. The app is really nice & rewarding. Definitely a recommend in my book

Nice environment. The restaurant was clean, the decorations were creative. I loved the pop music they played in the store! The employees were very friendly. The chicken was spicy 🔥. I liked their homemade sauce! It was rich in flavor with the perfect amount of spicy and sweetness. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. I didn't really need ketchup for them.

I was really impressed with how good the cheesy chicken sandwich was and how well seasoned the fries were. The coleslaw added a nice bite to the overall sandwich, while the chicken was noticeably good quality (and thick and juicy!)-- better than 99% of the chicken sandwiches l've had too! The berry lemonade was also quite phenomenal in taste. Customer service was hospitable and attentive the entire time! What a great introduction to a new (for me) fast food restaurant!

Onyx and Francisco were so helpful with the temperature levels. My family and I had a wonderful experience and the chicken/fries are the best in the town! 5 stars! Give this place a try, even if it’s a drive for you, well worth it!

OMG, this was our 1st time ordering from Houston Texas Hot Chicken (HHC), and they “did not” disappointment. The food was delicious, full of rich flavors (spicy and not-spicy hit the spot), and simply put — their food was way better than advertised. First, the service from Jackson was excellent. The wait was long, but worth it. Being from Nashville, TN, which sets the standard for "hot chicken", I have to say this was really good. It still falls just below the top Nashville Hot chicken, but not far below. I am happy that there is a quality hot chicken place like this in Vegas. I got the tenders (medium) and fries. Chicken was excellent, juicy, with a nice crisp on the outside, great flavor without being painfully hot. The fries are standard fare. I will be back to try their salad that looks excellent.

I always order delivery of this place and no matter what it always tastes amazing! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. My low key favorites are the tortilla soup and the salads. The chicken is of course juicy and perfect every time. The milkshakes are insane , and are still cold after delivery ?! Love , love , love !

My first visit to HHC in Henderson. I tried something different. I got a cheesy hot chicken sandwich, medium spice and fries. I like the cheese on the sandwich. Next time I'm going to get buffalo spice. Medium wasn't hot enough for me. Service was great, I forgot the ladies name that suggested the cheesy hot chicken sandwich. Restaurant was clean and tidy. I haven't been to Houston's since they first opened last year, for a Yelp event. Back then I thought it was fair but not enough to return. The last few months though my brother has been raving about it so I decided to stop in for lunch. I got something different from the first time, loaded fries with medium sauce, hold the pickles, and a side of ranch. I was very impressed that they bring you your food in an actual bowl, though actual silverware would have been nice. I felt like my fork was on the verge of breaking multiple times. My bowl came out and I was honestly surprised by how much food there was, which is always a plus. I was able to finish it all but I was definitely full for awhile afterwards and I heard a few tables around me asking for to go boxes. Like my last visit, my food was just fair. There was nothing wrong with it but I don't think it holds a candle to some other spots around town, notably Chicken Shack. The medium sauce didn't really have any spice to it, their house sauce was too sweet, and their ranch just wasn't it. The fries were crispy and the chicken was juicy but other than that, it was just something to fill my stomach which is not something I like to say when going out for food. I will say though the dine-in experience was very pleasant. Good music played the entire time and the staff were very kind and friendly and were striking up conversations with people all throughout the restaurant which is something which really made me feel welcome.

I've been to the location downtown LV. Now this location tonight and both are very consistent. Service and food are both great. Came in, placed my order and got it about 5mins later. As this was my first time at this location, definitely ordered their chicken sandwich to see if it's like the other one. Definitely consistent and it was good. Chicken was thick and juicy. House sauce with pickle and slaw was a perfect add to the sandwich. Topper was their fries. Best fries around right now to me. So crispy and nicely seasoned. Place was full by 6pm. Place was clean and so was the bathroom. Service was great. The guys working were attentive and overall nice.

I lovveeeeeeeee Houston TX Hot Chicken!! I've been to their other locations up on Sahara and north Las Vegas. The must: Chicken sandwich with honey butter. I'm not too big on very spicy. This was perfect. Not too spicy but has a kick. The sauce is one of a kind. I dip my fries in it too. Chicken is crunchy and still moist. The bread is soft and buttery. Alternative: The somewhat healthy option is the southwest salad! They were very generous with the chicken! Delicious with their secret sauce! Service is always great. I order online and it's ready pretty quickly. Great place for big groups. Very spacious. You order and they come bring your food.

Service was amazing. Food is really nice. The scorpion chicken tenders definitely freaking hot and for once something's actually got me yelping because of the heat definitely would give it like a 12 out of 10 on heat scale and as far as flavor of the heat, it's hot, but not a lot of flavor, but it is fucking hot. The blueberry lemonade amazing the ambience of the place the artwork the way of structured everything like that is beautifully put together Atmosphere is great with music altogether great experience and the fucking tenders are hot on the scorpion sauce

Hermes was awesome his service was great! He made me feel very welcome. I got the Cookie Monster puck cookie which was so good ! While doing deliveries. It was gooey and soft with white and milk chocolate flavors, Wish I had ice cream! And warmed up would be amazing!! But will be back to try everything else! The place is clean and workers are al attentive !

My first time at this location and had a nice late lunch here. Came with a party of 6 and it was everyone else's first time at a Houston TX Hot Chicken. We ordered all together from the Touch Screen Kiosk. It took awhile to get our food. It was around 1:30pm on a Sunday and we were lucky to get a table for the 6 of us. I had the Three Tenders and Fries Meal. Chicken is delicious, you choose your spice level and can have all 3 different if you want or no spice at all. It comes with crinkle cut type fries (which are my favorite) and pickles. It was a lot of food and I could only finish two tenders. Their House Sauce is yummy and they have several other sauces for dipping as well.The Blueberry Lavender Lemonade is refreshing. The male employee that brought out our food had no sense of urgency and was not friendly. When we mentioned we were waiting on some drinks, he didn't respond but turned around and he eventually brought them out. Not a smile or any interaction from him. It's a nice clean place with vibrant decor on the walls. Everyone in our group enjoyed their order- chicken sandwiches, chicken and waffles, milkshakes. The location isn't really close to me but worth the drive.

Always great service when I come here and their cookies are always fresh! Everything is always fresh and you can tell the chicken is good quality; great portion sizes. I frequent this location and I can say that you won't be disappointed if you love chicken :)

They said I was the 1st to order the hottest sauce on the menu... "Houston, we have a problem". It was a blend of scorpion, Carolina reaper, and ghost chilies. Place was simply decorated. David was so kind enough to offer a milkshake in case it was too hot for me but I didn't need it.

Jenna was very helpful and explained to me the difference of the sauce and the hot of the chicken. I'm very happy that I had a sample of it, because I was able to order and purchase the perfect chicken sandwich meal thanks to her customer service. The ambiance was nice!

We came through again as we were in the area and were craving some hot chicken. This time around my chicken was thicker and juicier with a better level of spice than the first time through. The order also came out super quick. Downsides were that the fries were a little bit too salty and the other sandwich we ordered was similar to what I had gotten last time which was thinner and a bit dry. Overall, not consistently stellar but one of the sandwiches this time came out fantastic

I love getting Houston's hot chicken. It's one of my favorite hot chicken places in Las Vegas. There's spices are delicious and not too overpowering, even if you get a really spicy blend. Their prices are decent, I would say they might be a little pricey for just a chicken sandwich, but I also understand that, all food prices have gone up everywhere. I have yet to have a complaint with their food and will continue to visit their locations across the valley.

Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures since I did a to go order and by the time I got home, I was starving! The food smelled up my whole car and I was too hungry by the time I got home. The food was absolutely delicious as always! There's plenty of room to sit and enjoy your food as well. The workers are always super nice and helpful. I asked them to back my order separately and they did! Will definitely be back, hope to get one on the Southwest side of town soon!

So, I came here with my husband and son who are constantly raving about this restaurant, in order to try the chicken that I haven't been able to try due to my allergies. So I have finally been able to dine here and I have to say it was delicious! The chicken was both crispy and juicy! The fries were perfect and I also got some Pucks cookies that were amazing! Dined in for my visit, it was clean and the service was great. I will definitely be back.

This is normally a weekly staple. The salad just didn't hit as good today though - the container changed and it seems like way less lettuce than it normally has. They also changed from sliced tenders to nuggets some time ago. The slices were way better I thought. Hopefully just a fluke - normally the salad fills me up and it no longer does. Tenders are great though when I decide to not be healthy and go in for tendies and fries.

Chicken was so moist, it was my first time there but will definitely be going back My only issue was the ordering process. You walk in and order and you don't know if you're standing in the right place. There's no division. Everyone was asking if they already ordered and everyone was just standing in front of the small counter waiting to get their food that could've been a little more organized but other than that, everything was great.

This was my second time at HHC. I had it a couple of years ago and was randomly craving it so decided to try it out again. It was just as delicious as I remember! I got the lift-off last time and it was great, but I wanted to try the spicy to see if I could taste more of the chicken. I am a huge spicy food fanatic, but I have to say the spicy tastes better than the life-off in my opinion! I love burning my mouth off, but not if it's at the expense of flavor. I haven't tried Dave's, but I don't think I'll ever need to since HHC meets my hot chicken needs.

I'm very disappointed with the quality of their food today. I order from them all the time and this has got to be the worst ever. I can't even eat this stuff!

First, let me say the customer service was wonderful. The food looked and smelled good and we were very excited to try it out! The tables were dirty, but they were busy behind the counter so I can understand that. It was also expensive. $83 for three sandwiches and a salad and four drinks. The food came pretty quickly and looked yummy! Everyone agreed the salad was actually the best. The French fries were pretty on as well, although a little salty. But I loved them anyway. The sandwiches were good except for mine. It was very tough; I mean tough! As a matter of fact my boyfriend took a bite to try my flavor and was surprised at how tough it was because his was tender and juicy. So maybe I just got a bad sandwich; but I couldn't even finish it. ‍ Regardless, I probably won't go back again only because in my opinion it's expensive for fast food that is too hard to eat.

This is the first time I tried this place. I ordered out . It was nice and warm when I received it. The fries are so good and fluffy not to dry . The tenders were good I order medium and and honey butter ones. I like them both. The chicken sandwich was so good too. && Their house sauce has a sugary spice hit to it. The waffle was so different and sugary ! I loved it. We didn't get syrup but honestly i really thought you didn't need any. I will be ordering again and trying more of there items.

I've been to a Yelp elite event at the Summerlin location, and I did a review there and it was really really good! So I came back but at a different location. Phenomenal food, service, and ambiance. Congratulations to the organization and the employees. The food it worth the price, very well seasoned and delicious. Can't wait to come back! P.S. the music is rocking in here as well haha XD I ordered through the tablet (bc I'm an introvert lol and they brought the food to my table! You just have to confirm that that's your food and they ask you if you need anything else and pronto! The food was made super quick, with about 6-8 people here) I can't wait to try the salads and the exotic and famous lemonade flavors they have to offer! My mouth is watering to writing this review!! GIVE IT A TRY!!!

Kris and Carter were amazing and helped me with my order. It was my first time here and they helped me with picking what spice level was best! Amazing food and great clean vibe. The ambiance is great with lots of art work.

12/17/23 Update: Placed an order online ahead of time, food was ready shortly upon arrival and checking in with the cashier. Food was hot, crispy, delicious, guys at the counter were super friendly and helpful. The 3 tenders combo I got was so tasty (as always). 12/18/23 Update: Food was so good the night before, had to go back for a second time this trip. Placed the order at 8:22 PM and was quoted ready time of 8:38 PM. Arrived and checked in with cashier at 8:33 PM, and finally received order at 8:43 PM, which is fine. However, I have no idea how it was possible, but the food was ... lukewarm, both the fries and the tenders were not crispy and tasted a bit stale, the batter/coating of the tenders almost seemed a bit wet and flaked off too easily. The texture of the chicken was almost ... gummy? Not sure how to describe it, but it was just so, so disappointing, especially as compared to the quality of the food I got just the night before, from the exact same location. Unfortunately, I only had limited time to eat the food and to head off to meet up with friends, and so I did just that. Really hoping this was an one-time fluke, as this is my favorite spot that I must hit up every time I'm in town, and this is the only time this has happened thus far. It has always been a 5/5 experience otherwise.

I've ordered delivery from here and have always had a great meal. Today I decided to dine in. I was not thrilled with the touch screen pad on the wall upon entrance. I decide to try it, but found it non-intutive, confusing and annoying. I prefer humans anyway. Thinking back, it may be for customers to enter their rewards number, not sure. I can say that not one person who entered used it, they all ordered at the counter, with the nice human. I ordered tenders spicy. I was advised that house sauce comes with it and I can order another sauce. She suggested the cilantro cream. I also got a frozen lemonade. The drink tasted off. Literally like frozen Minute Maid, and the juice to ice ratio was terrible. Waaay too much ice. The chicken was t very spicy to me, until I dipped it in the sweet house sauce, then the heat kicked in at the end. I do t really get the "art work" woman with sunglasses and chickens in the lenses. Perhaps too advany garde for me. I love crinkle fries, so they were great. What I don't get is the dipping sauce s. Ones in a pre packaged packet. But there is no vessel to pour it into. Since I found the cilantro cream tasteless, I emptied it and rinsed it and used that to pour the house sauce into. They use those ever so popular farmhouse metal chairs which I find to be oh so uncomfortable. And the music was all over the place, or shall I say world. Mexican, then French, then I don't know what. Hey, as long as the staff likes it, that's all good. Staff did a good job clearing and cleaning tables and floors. Today's dine in experience was a 3/5, but since delivery has always been great, I give them a 4 star overall.one last comment- it bothers me very much that they do not provide their ingredients or nutritional information. Seems suspicious to me.

Overall: 2.3/5 (Postmates delivery) I was craving hot chicken and was super excited to try this place due to the raving reviews. However, we were sorely disappointed after eating it for dinner. I rarely give anything less than 3 stars but the chicken was actually that bad. The crinkle cut fries were actually a lot better than the chicken and they gave a good amount too. The fries, pickles, and sauces are what really saved this review but we were still very unsatisfied after our meal. 3 Tenders & Fries Meal ($15.35): You can choose the spice level and flavor for each tender which is nice. We got no spice, mild, and honey butter. The spice level isn't bad so I think we could have gone higher. The honey butter was surprisingly the least tastiest of the three we got. The tenders were very rubbery and did not taste fresh at all. Cilantro Sauce ($1.00): This was a pretty good sauce so I would recommend it. It's refreshing and reminds me of tzatziki. House Sauce: I really like it. There's a lot of flavor profiles in this once sauce so you know we were dunking out chicken in this. Original Hot Chicken Sandwich Meal ($14.25): This meal comes with fries as well. The chicken sandwich was pretty basic. Chick-fil-a is honestly better. I'm not sure if we got unlucky and received leftover chicken from the day but we will never order from this place again.

We got the loaded fries with the buffalo nuggets. The chicken wasn't that good. The slaw tasted like a normals salad. Also had the pumpkin spice milkshake. It was good.

I loved the fries, chicken sandwiches, and strips at Houston TX Hot Chicken. The flavor was amazing and their chicken n' waffles is amazing!!! The staff was very nice and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The restaurant itself is decorated super cool with big paintings on the walls. I will definitely be back again and again!!!!

My first time here. The menu has a pretty wide variety of options for how you want your chicken from a scale of heat levels to the list of sauces you want for dipping but basically it all comes down to chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders. They also have chicken loaded fries too. I did feel a little rushed ordering at the counter, and didn't really fully understand what I was getting. I don't enjoy feeling rushed or pressured when ordering food and there wasn't a line of people behind me. I went with the Tenders & Fries combo. It came with 3 of the juiciest chicken tenders I've ever had. The chicken itself was delicious. The breading with the medium hot seasoning wasn't very well connected to the chicken and so it just became kind of soggy and flaked off in my fingers. It came with 3 pickles on a toothpick that were just ok, and a good helping of crinkle cut fries that were seasoned and pretty tasty. The meal included 2 house sauces which tasted like they had too much vinegar in them, and I had to pay $1 extra for a tiny cup of ranch. No drink and a 20% tip ran me $18. Kinda steep for what I got and I wasn't completely satisfied with the meal or my experience. Overall it wasn't bad, but with so many other chicken places I can't see myself going out of my way to have it again.

I always order ahead and just pick up. I do see quite a few people dine in. Menu items are very customizable. Tried the chicken tortilla soup and was shocked at how good it was! Tasty tortilla strips with cheddar cheese and herbs with which to top the soup - yum! My kid loves the heat adjustment capability on their chicken. Just an all around main stay for us! Their crinkle fries are crispy. I would rate them slightly better than Canes. Now their French fry sauce and tortilla strips have just a hint of sweet to them so if you're more savory in liking, you may not love them as much. Lemonades are a nice break from soda too. For semi fast food, they make a great waffle with the chicken and waffles option! Subtle crisp on the outside while a soft chewy inside! Easy to order menu items that are a nice departure from your typical fast food fare coupled with consistently on time readiness means Houston will always be in our rotation!

This review was gonna be 1 star but the manager saved the review: great customer service on his end, very well done I ordered a cheesy hot chicken and they didn't put the slaw on it. Hella sad because this place is good. So disappointed when I got home and checked and nothing. So 20 minute car ride back to this place. The manager was hella professional and put it and remade my order, fresh!!! This was a very pleasant interaction. I definitely recommend this place but I would check your order before you leave just in case.

Not a bad spot for some chicken. I have heard good things about this place, so it was finally time to give it a try. I got the chicken tenders with a waffle. I am not a huge fan of overly spicy, so I just did honey butter to be safe. The chicken was juicy but lacked flavor and it was NOT crispy. If you're looking for crispy chicken, this won't do it for you. The waffle was actually really good. It was sweet and crispy. Now the real star here is there fries. Those babies were 10/10. Crispy and seasoned to perfection. My husband got the spicy cheesey sandwhich. He got level "spicy" and he said it actually had good heat to it. The cheese sauce was superb. I was able to try some of that and it was super tasty. Their house sauce is also DELICIOUS. It is not spicy and it has a really great flavor. I wish they did a housemade ranch but they have Kens ranch cups, which is pretty dang good in my opinion, so that was a plus. Overall cool spot. Wish the chicken was crispy but the flavors were good for most things.

Huston TX hot chicken is one of our favorite chicken places.. they have a great value food and service.. great quality and hard working workers. The service was out of this world.. it is really worth it, every dollar i spent here was worth it.. I would definitely return again as soon as we could.

I love this place. That sauce is everything!!!! There used to be a HHC in LA near my home by it was replaced by another hot chicken place to my extreme disappointment. Now there are zero HHC locations in the Los Angeles area. Brings tears to my eyes. Now when I found out about this location during my last Vegas trip, I had to snatch me up those tenders, waffle and fries!There is just something about that candied waffle and seasoned fries that is so addicting. I asked for extra sauce and used it as salad dressing. That's how much I love their sauce! I will be back in every time I go to Vegas!

Tried waffle & tenders medium spice today. The tenders were bomb! The tenders were juicy, flavorful & crunchy! The sauce also pairs really well with the tenders. Fries were well seasoned and cooked well. The waffle was missing a little flavor and too sweet for me (I made the mistake of pouring the syrup before trying the waffle so heads up). My boyfriend had the original chicken sandwich SPICY. It really is pretty spicy! It was good but too spicy for me to enjoy. He enjoyed it though lol can't imagine the other two spice levels above that! Medium was perfect for me. Very affordable. Both meals ranged about $13 & well served portions as you can see from pictures. Service was good! All the stuff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. I like that they're open until midnight on weekends. Will definitely keep that in mind when I'm wanting a late night bite!

This was my third time at HHC and I'm still not overly excited about it. Obviously lots of people really like this place, but it just doesn't do it for me. First, I don't think it's a good value. The food is good, but not amazing. This time I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo, added a tender, and tried the strawberry milkshake. The chicken is quite good. The sandwich is good. The fries are OK, but not great. And I LOVE crinkle cut fries! That's the best type of fry! But HHC's fries have a seasoning I don't love. The turd in the group was definitely the terrible milkshake. I threw half of it out because it sucked so bad. Probably my last time at HHC.
