Google
A solid nightclub for Atlantic City. Honestly, it’s more about the crowd needing to step it up than the club or the staff. Both the nightclub and dayclub are great spaces—large, with strong sound systems and friendly bar staff. At times, the clientele can be a bit much, but that’s more of an AC issue overall. Once the city polishes up, this venue will really shine. One highlight is their strong roster of DJs who keep both the day and night parties going.

This was my first time going to a club in a few years and I can without a doubt say that I will NEVER be coming back to this place. What was going to be a nice night out for my friend's birthday turned into a horrible experience at this club. Our friend had to do a coat check which was completely understandable up until we could no longer wait near the entrance for her. The manager (or just some old guy that thinks walking around with his chest stuck out makes him important) forced us to go into the club without our friend, leaving a young woman unattended in a sketchy environment. This would've been even slightly understandable until we saw security letting multiple women with jackets walk into the club. That not only made us mad that the rules aren't the same for everyone, but also made us question the actual security of this place. Secondly the actual club environment was just dingy and unwelcoming. Again this "manager" kept staring at our group and making his presence known to us. I don't know is this was racial profiling as not all of us were white, but I felt unwelcome and uneasy. The overall vibe of the club sucked as well. The DJ and "show" that was playing was terrible. Who plays a song, puts a slow ass 2 minute intermission, then continues the same song as normal for every song. The DJ stuck to this exact formula all night and ruined any chance of enjoying dancing. Overall I will never be returning to this club, and will be telling everyone I know to not go here. If you're looking to have a good night out and enjoy yourself, look elsewhere.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at HQ2 and had the best time. Just about everything went better than expected. My daughter has a medical condition and HQ2 had no problem making an accommodation. We had 2 tables on the dance floor and had more than enough room for our group. From the moment we contacted HQ2 Kate was responsive, informative, and very helpful. I know that we would not have had as good of a time if it was not for Kate. I also have to thank the security guard Collins. He did a great job and everyone really appreciated having him there. The only thing I would suggest is to have a way to contact the staff when you need something from the bar. We had to wait until they came to us and it was a busy night. If you are looking for a great club experience get a table at HQ2 and make sure you ask for Kate.

I came to this venue specifically for the BUNT. concert. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The space was extremely cramped, with no proper area to dance. For an electronic dance music event, being packed shoulder-to-shoulder completely killed the vibe. People were constantly bumping into each other, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the music. Additionally, the security staff were unnecessarily rude and aggressive, which only added to the negative experience. Despite leaving a 20% tip, the bartender refused to serve me a drink on my second order. I’ll leave that to the bartender’s professionalism. I attended this venue solely for BUNT and based on this experience, I have no intention of returning for a rave event.

Google
They played the same beat for the first hour and we left. The dance floor should have been hopping after one hour but instead nobody was dancing, just standing there waiting for the DJ to play some good dance music that we can all dance too. People started leaving when we did. Also, the dance floor was much smaller than it looks in pictures.

Google
genuinely the worst review I’ve ever left for a nightclub. My boyfriend was taking one picture meanwhile they have men prying on Girls the entire night yet they don’t do anything about it. Security is the worst I’ve ever seen. Never again will I come to this nightclub . Should probably learn what violating towards women and what’s not

I went here as a guest with my mom. It seemed nice at first, the speakers were bumping and nice but that’s where it stops. I don’t know how they treat their workers, I don’t know if it’s a rule to be racist to the clientele but this play surely makes it known. I was talking to the bartender to ask which kind of beers are there and I walked away to go tell my uncle because he is blind. He didn’t want anything but a coors light which was ridiculously overpriced at $10. I went back to get my drink, a vodka cranberry and the bartender started slamming my drink and yelling at me. I watched him as he filled the cup up over the top with ice and used mostly cranberry. He did .02 nanoseconds of vodka which was a literal droplet. He then yelled at me saying I had to take care of him and in my head I was thinking you were rude to me why should I tip you you. But I just wanted a drink. It was$13 bucks and I gave him a $5. Then he cursed me out saying that I had to tip him $20 bucks for him to make my drink correctly. And I’m telling him that was a good tip for what I received. I was a server at a restaurant where I would make a $1000 in a day, you don’t EVER demand someone to give you a tip. That’s like the number 1 rule of a tipped worker like….? My mom came next to me and and tasted and she even gave me a look like “where is the vodka?” He then decided to degrade me and yell at me over nothing at this point. She got her drinks and he decided to believe her a shot of vodka to take in front of me and told her it was ‘on the house’. Remember that okay? Then proceeded to give he another shot but she didn’t want it. So after she said no he took it and chucked it at the wall that I was at to make me scared. And gave me this disgusting look. I told the manager about it and said he will look at it. At the moment my mom didn’t know what happened and I just cried in the club. Thank lord this nice couple came up to me and checked on me. But the manager did nothing. I’ve been all around the country to the bars and clubs. This was if not THEEEE WORST place I’ve been to. I guess I’ve beeen spoiled with bars and gay clubs, where they take care of the patrons. I have never been yelled at a man in my life and it was disgustingly uncalled for. The girls told me that they do that here. I don’t think I will come here again, definitely going to Tropicana, the CubanLibre is amazing

I hung out with my nephew and his friends (for his 'birthday' that has lasted 3 weeks already) last night and this place was INSANELY COOL. We got a VIP table above the dance floor and it was worth it. I've never seen a light show like this before. The way that everything just coordinated was mind blowing. DJ was incredible. Service was top notch. Staff dressed to really impress and waitresses were dressed to impress...the men ☺ All were friendly and professional. We just had a really great time. I definitely recommend going for the table.

Yelp
Went here for knock2's set in the beachclub and was at the very front. I had the best time of my life!! The club isn't too big so you get to interact with the DJ. I also got a rather large pineapple tequila and it was about $34 bucks, which is very good compared to normal club prices. The bathroom is nice and clean with no line. The set starts at 11 but most people didn't get there until 1-2pm. We got there around 1 and I was still able to get a really nice spot at the front. Absolutely recommend!

Yelp
No thanks. Drinks were overpriced, DJ was mediocre, and the reason we went- to see Cascada- she performed for literally 20 minutes. We drove 3.5 hours to see her for 20 minutes? What also sucks is inside the space there's two raised platforms in front of the stage and they allow people to stand on them. Instead of seeing Cascada, I got to view a woman in her far-too-tight pants.

Yelp
Obsessed with this place! I can only handle it once a year lol but it's a GREAT time for sure!!

Yelp
We had the best time here last night to see Breathe Carolina! It's wild because you would never know that there was a remix concert going on a few floors above your head if you're in the casino. The stairs going up to this club build the excitement but if you're a girl, make sure to wear the comfy version of your six inch stilettos. The bars are on either side of the doors when you walk in and we had no problem getting a drink. The venue itself is super cool, the perfect size and it wasn't too overpacked when we were there. The lighting here, just incredible. It's so fun to see how they match it to the music! Big big fan of this. The acoustics were also very good and left you feeling like the bass was inside of you at the end of a song. I would definitely come here again for a concert in the future!

Yelp
This review is for the day club/pool party. We were a bachelorette party and a diverse group of girls. We bought tickets in advance to mitigate any issues and save time. Had we known, the bachelorette may get in for free but that may change or vary in the future. So we arrive and there is a large pool with VIP around the perimeter and a Super VIP/cabanas section in the rafters. Super VIP has its own restroom but reg tables use the same bathroom as the rest of us. My friend and I went to get dranks. We're no longer the spring chickens we once were, so I may have been anticipating sneers. Gotta say - bar service was really excellent. The bartender who helped us (and the other guy) were super patient and friendly. He answered our annoying Qs, told us the prices of the regular sized dranks/the big souvenir cup and let us try a sample of watermelon Red Bull. I had no idea such a beverage existed! Couple things to remember: - Bring your own towels - You cannot bring any outside food, bevs or water. This includes gum. This is standard for every Casino pool party (ie in Vegas) - if you don't have a cabana or table, there is NO shade. So if you're sensitive to the sun, you may want to consider a hat - thank GOD I did not wear heels. Just wear flip flops, you will not regret it - have fun! It's a party for Pete's sake.

Yelp
Great, not too large venue with fabulous sound and plenty of nightclub monitors with lots of lighting to keep you visually aware of so much.

Yelp
Just keep coming back for the nightlife, the pumping music and the beautiful people!!! DJ lineups are sick!! And the day pool parties are insane!

Yelp
PROS: This nightclub was very nice! the best in the area to be exact. The music was great, prices were reasonable on drinks, and the crowd was hot. CONS: The middle aged bartender with the long beard was nasty to me and they let in too many people to the point where it was shoulder to shoulder. They also had a high cover charge and the security took forever to let us in OVERALL: I would highly recommend coming here but stay away from that one bartender and practice dancing in one square foot of space at home first

Rachel W.

Yelp
Conner, our host, and Kalli, our server, were the absolute best. From the moment I inquired about a table at HQ2 to the moment we left the club, we felt so taken care of. I planned a birthday celebration at a bungalow table at the dayclub, and had an unforgettable experience at Two Friends. Conner was so patient, professional, and responsive while answering all my questions via text and email beforehand, and was such a pleasure to work with on the day of. When I tell you the team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, I'm not exaggerating. Conner upgraded us to the bungalow closest to the DJ, and one of my guests needed something so he ran out to get it for her (!!!). Also, we asked Kalli for the most over-the-top display she could think of while bringing bottles to our table and she delivered, arriving on a boat carried by security, with an additional 10+ people all cheering and holding up the letters "GEMINI SZN." It was unreal. Yes, this club charges Vegas prices, but it was a Vegas level, priceless experience. Thanks again Kalli and Conner - we will be coming back!! If you're thinking about it but not entirely sure, just get the bungalow, it's worth it!

Yelp
If you want a good party place during the day this is the place to go !! The vibes were great and the pool was actually very decent ! The bartender David was amazing with our group everytime we went up. The bathrooms are huge and clean which is a plus ! Would definitely return !

Yelp
Love this Place it was my first time trying this outdoor pool. I made a reservation online which was so easy and convenient. Staff is friendly and attentive and your cup never empty. The environment so chill and fun that literally the time just fly's. Rachel worked last Thursday alone she killed it. Managers and the runner were team players helping out. The Dj from Philly was sick danced the whole time in the pool. I had a great time thank you for everything.

Tyler S.

Yelp
Tried buying tickets online but their website is broken. So I called and asked how to get tickets and they told me to come in and talk to someone inside the night of. I pay my $30 Uber to get there just for them to tell me they do not take credit cards, which is all I had on me at the time. Left pretty disappointed. Don't bother showing up with a hat because they'll make you check it in.

Dalya S.

Yelp
We were in town and swung by this place for Cascada. Juan Pablo was the BEST bartender. So friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile to say the least!

Yelp
Great experience. Loved the service My friends had a great time at tiesto. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was some promoter who kept trying to get with a member of my party. Some guy named Luke? Loobie? Something. Anyway he kept telling her he'd like to make out. I love having a good time - but love that time unhindered by randoms when I'm throwing down all that money. I expect it won't happen again.

Yelp
This review is for the Beach club , Labor day weekend we were staying at the hotel & decided to get tickets since it gave us something to do. Being that it was Labor day weekend this was on a Monday , it was a great day to be at the pool as it was a nice sunny day , music wise it was ahh nothing that amazing or over the top. it was irritating that we couldn't sit on the couches unless it was for bottle service, mind you again on a Monday & the place was practically empty in comparison to what I've seem the pool look like with a crowd in a way it was much better on that front since we just set our towels by the rim of the pool as a lot did & just hanged out there for the entire time. I have to agree with previous reviews prices are ridiculous for drinks & you are better off pregaming before arriving. Pool wise , decent size if the place is not crowded not very big & with a crowd It's probably not fun to be around, the water was also not very clean a lot of small garbage & things. As for the club we did try to go the night before , they were charging $30 to get in, our group was a bit hesitant to go because people just kept coming out, we asked some guys about what the deal was inside they basically said don't bother , they had paid to get in & said the place was practically empty inside so we didn't bother, better luck next time.

Amanda B.

Yelp
SAVE YOUR RECIEPTS!! Spent $104 on a round of drinks and left $10. Bartender turned "$10.00" into "1010.00" and added "1," to the front of the total, for a whopping $1010 tip and a $1,114 total. Tried to dispute it with our credit card company but because HQ provided their (fraudulent) check, I'm stuck with the bill. Total theives and scammers, disgusting!

Yelp
HQ2 Beachclub has the best service! Our concierge, Conner, was competent, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He answered all of my questions (which were a lot!) and got back to me quickly and efficiently. Conner met us at the door, got us signed in, escorted us to our table, and checked on us frequently to make sure we were well taken care of, which we were, thanks to our wonderful waitress, Jillian! He made us feel right at home and really welcome, safe, and cared for. Conner really knows how to make someone feel like a VIP! We would come back to just to say hi to Conner and give him a hug.

Yelp
Best club, went to see eazy, best time ever! Good vibes and good alcohol. Employees were very nice
google avatar

Bobbi K.

Yelp
Nicky romero killlllled it But overall place was cool but ppl here were sorta sloppy and all over the place to a point where someone took a dump in the pool and everyone had to leave the pool. I mean not surprising since ppl are drinking and prob doing drugs. There's no place to just chill and sit since everything is bottle service. Guess I'm just poor lol. Ended up getting drinks on the boardwalk and coming back when Nicky came on to play.

Yelp
My experience with HQ2 nightclub was unbelievable. We had bottles on bottles. The waitresses to the security guards treated us like Loyalty. It was an amazing experience and you made my best friends bachelor party one for the books. My Experience with Connor was awesome everytime I was being a pain and on top of him with a million questions he always knew what to say and was constantly helping out the situation. I can't thank Connor and the HQ crew enough!
google avatar

Jared P.

Yelp
We had the best time celebrating my brothers bachelor party. Connor, Jim, Cali, Mario and the whole crew took such good care of us! We felt like royalty for the day. The Beach Club is sick, the music was epic, the vibes were pumpin' and the service was off the charts. Best day I've had in a long time. On par with Ibiza and Vegas, if not better! Will def be back very soon!!!!! -JP

Yelp
Hello y'all I just want to let everyone know the beach club is great. Me and my buddies went to the beach club and had a blast. On the other side the nightclub is filled with very rude staff who made me go to my room several times for simply no reason. I'm wearing professional dress shorts (non basketball shorts) and wearing slides only because my toe nail completely came off playing basketball and wearing shoes hurts badly. To celebrate my 21st birthday me and my friends wanted to have a good time so I still went to my car got my shoes and then I went to my room and changed. I didn't pack pants in the middle of summer, but luckily one of my boys had a pairs I didn't want to have my credit card on me because it's a nightclub, I don't want to drop my belongings. So I leave my credit card in the room. Am hour later I come back to the nightclub and it's a different security guy and he makes me pay for the tickets through the code online when the other guard let my friends pay 20. he makes me pay 30 And claims it gets higher as the night goes on but it was lit 30 min later. Then I go scan the code and realized I didn't have my card and he couldn't take my cash. the fact I had to go to my room again to get my card made me rethink going and I didn't go because of the attitude and experience. The fact that they think I'm going to pay more and walk a mile on a goose hunt around ocean and go to my room this many times is diabolical. And some may say read the code of conduct and follow the guidelines. But humanity and respect should be a thing if a customer says they are injured slides should be an acceptation for medical reasons. Also cash is a form of payment why does one guard accept it and the others don't. .
google avatar

Alexandra L.

Yelp
Came here last year for MDW and the entire group I was with had a great time! Just beware the drinks are super expensive so pregame a lot before you arrive !!
google avatar

Kaila A.

Yelp
Throughly disappointed. I'd suggest going elsewhere for bottle service. General public looked fine, besides the extreme long line getting in to the venue. They have some work to do.
google avatar

Hannah O.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday last weekend and it actually ruined my weekend. I live in Miami so I have a ton of experience going to clubs. This place is a scam with absolute dirtbags working there. We bought a ticket right there at the door, and then after they scanned it, refused all of us entry for not wearing heels. They couldn't have told us that BEFORE selling us tickets??? Literal scumbags just looking to make a buck! Like I said, I'm from miami, a dress code is nothing new to me. I was wearing heels to dinner and then changed into nicer DESIGNER shoes to go here for the night. Shoes that I've gone to Story in. But for a tiny "club" at the trashy jersey shore to require heels? Are they out of their minds? All the staff was on a power trip and just so incredibly rude I spent my birthday night CRYING and out hundreds of dollars on the tickets they refused to refund. Karma is coming their way for running a business like this is all I can say and I truly hope nobody else is ever treated the way that we were. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Yelp
"Toto, we're not in AC anymore..." -- at least that's how I felt when visiting HQ Beach Club this past weekend. Located at Revel, this dayclub is definitely more Vegas style in terms of decor, ambiance, and pricing. It slightly reminds me of Marquee Dayclub at the Cosmo in Vegas, without the chairs. Be forewarned -- if you have a general admission ticket, there is no place for you to sit down or put down your stuff. A lot of people made use of the pool border to set down their towels and belongings. There are tons of daybeds everywhere and the cabanas (with minimums starting from $500 up to $1,000) have TVs inside with mini pools in front of them. There are two bars that are fully stocked with almost any type of liquor you can think of (Three Olives Cake?! I've never seen that at a bar before!) and even slushie machines for strawberry daiquiris, pina coladas, (or my favorite, Miami Vice) strawberry lemonades -- all mixed with alcohol. Drinks range from $13-20+. The pool itself is shallow and does not go more than 3.5 feet deep. The sound system is awesome... but bring earplugs unless you want to hear ringing for the next few hours after you leave. This may be the new "hot spot" in AC for the summer, since they have a great lineup of DJs coming soon and offers different type of partying experience.

Chris R.

Yelp
My friends and I got the biggest table in the night club for 16 of us for my friends bachelor party. I have never had such an exceptional experience at a club. Everything treated us like kings. From the bouncers, to the security in the front, everyone had such a great attitude and made our night. This is the kind of place we need more of in this world. Can't wait to go back!!

Denise M.

Yelp
Our host Zarin Holmes was excellent. I put in a request for a table and he was in touch within minutes and has been accommodating ever since. He gave advice on what should be done for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration. He was kind, attentive and did a fantastic job. I would recommend anyone wanting to book the pool party to use him.
google avatar

Victoria B.

Yelp
HQ2 is the by far the best place to go in AC. The nightclub is definitely the most fun with the best crowd and setup. Contact Danny for guest list or bottle service (631)879-5820!! He is such a gentleman and will take care of you!

Antara B.

Yelp
This is a horrible place. They sold tickets for 80 bucks and did not let me and my husband in because my husband was wearing Bermuda shorts. They also let some people in who were wearing shorts but realized the club was full and started making random excuses and discriminating against people. The people who bought these tickets were also standing in line and those who didnt were also Standing in line. It was so badly managed and the bouncers were arrogant and rude. Really pathetic place.please dont waste your money. Oh and the parking garage smells of urine. The hotel is in such bad shape.
google avatar

Paul J.

Yelp
An amazing fun place to enjoy , great vibe with some of the best people in the north east ! Danny H is not only a gentleman but a great person if you need anything feel free to give him a call (631) 879-5820 By far my favorite place to go in Atlantic City

Kerri H.

Yelp
Too crowded. Could barley breathe let alone dance. Drinks were really expensive which is to be expected for Alantic City but over 15 bucks a bottle of water is insane. Ambiance would have been okay if it wasn't so crowded. Couldn't appreciate any of it.
google avatar

Inga R.

Yelp
This place was fun, music was good, we came on a Saturday night when Chucky was DJing We got 1 rum and coke and it was 17$ (I don't think they had any mixed drinks less than 17$) The coat check was 5$ Open from 10pm to 4am. We came around 1130pm and it got packed by 1am
google avatar

Nick P.

Yelp
*Beach Club Review* I will start off by saying, I most definitely had a good time, but wow was it pricey. Lets start with the good: Great Layout Do not need to buy a cabana to have fun Music was loud but never too loud to not be able to have a conversation Security seemed pretty relaxed, didnt see anyone get kicked out, and there was a bunch of splashing and stuff going on Most of the staff in general seemed pretty cool, except for one or 2 of the bartenders The bad: The place is just wayy to overpriced for what it is Admission was $50 just to walk in (for guys, girls I think was $30) The the large drink was $32-$35 which is just ridiculous, it wouldnt be so bad if the alcohol content matched the price. The sharkbite at harrahs pool is twice as strong for less than half the price. All and all I still had a good time, I think a $30 admission for guys is more than fair, and the larger drinks should be closer to the $20 price range.

Yelp
Came here for G-Eazy on Friday during Halloween weekend and I felt like it was a waste of a night. Honestly had way more fun in the party bus going from the Borgata to Oceans Resort. There was too much going on, but yet nothing going on at the same time (if that makes any sense) I was super annoyed that I paid $45 for a ticket and nobody and I mean NOBODY checked me for a ticket. There was no security check. I literally walked right in the spot (1 person did check my ID before entering). The crowd was extremely wild and chaotic. The music wasn't really that great, and neither was my Ciroc and cranberry. It may be different during the summer "beack club" months, but during the winter don't bother. Trust Me! P.S. there is no coat check neither

Danielle M.

Yelp
We showed up at hq2 nightclub late on the evening of August 18th, to finish dancing the night away for my bachelorette party. We were all dressed appropriately according to their dress code, including our shoes as we made it a point to change into heels after reading reviews. We get to the door and the bouncer says the club is full and that we can't enter. We then watch several men be allowed into the "full" club. These men were not readmitted, they were entering for the first time. One of my bridesmaids looked up if tickets were still available online and they were. The bouncer then had several men come out of the club that he knew personally. These men then proceeded to tell us that we could get into the club if we gave them sexual favors. The bouncer saw and heard everything and pretended like it wasn't happening, even though he knew exactly what was going on. We told these men no, and I told the bouncer this was unacceptable. He told me there was nothing he could do and we were not getting into the club. We then watched him let more people into the club after we told these men no. It seems to me that this is a common experience at this club based on the behavior we all witnessed that night. It seems that we were not the type of women they wanted in their club that night, because we were not willing to degrade ourselves for the men they let inside. On the way into the resort we were not paying close attention because we just wanted to get into the club and have a good time, but when we were coming out we noticed multiple women that seemed to be of the sex worker kind waiting to pick up men. If this is the kind of business you run and allow, you should be ashamed. The next day we had talked to a couple young women working at the place we were staying, and they told us that we were lucky to not go to that club as it was usually a bad time anyway and wasn't worth the price. They also informed us that the bouncer usually sneaks in his friends for free through the staff elevators, and that inappropriate behavior is common at this establishment. I have never been so disgusted. I told every woman we saw that evening about this repulsive behavior and we will never be a patron of your entire establishment because of these events.

Yelp
I would have to agree with some others HQ Beach Club is exactly what AC needed! The place is expensive and can be difficult to get into (even with a reservation), but it sure is FUN! Service was great, the DJ's (4th of July) were outstanding and the crowd was a fun mix of young and old but all having a great time! Highly recommended, but be prepared to spend. Also, to make things easier to get in, I would suggest that you have a female on your arm. Pay for her to get in too. It all works out. Hosts are good. They take care of good customers. Revel should have been this from the beginning (Borgata still rules this town). I hope; however, that this is the beginning of more good things to come.

Yelp
Not bad for a beach club in AC. My friends and I came down to AC from Manhattan for Memorial Day Weekend and the opening of HQ beach club with Armin Van Buuren ::fangirl sigh::. We walked into Revel and headed towards the boardwalk - the entrance to the club is outside of the hotel. We purchased tickets in advance and had to wait in line since the ticket line was longer than the purchase at door line... Of course. Walked in after going through security and was greeted with an expanse of white cabanas and beach chairs. These tables are away from the DJ booth and surround the pool area. The DJ booth is raised above everything else and set a little farther back. We had a great view of Armin the entire time and got super close to him! My only complaint is that it was SO LOUD. Bring earplugs if you ever go to this venue. We actually tried to move back to the bar to escape the sound and found speakers at the top of the bar as well! My ears were ringing four days after and I definitely suffered hearing loss. No bueno. Beach attire is required, no jeans! We saw a bunch of people get turned away at the door for wearing jeans and not shorts (guys). Girls - you kind of can wear whatever you want, as always. Overall I had a great time but the venue could benefit from better organization at the front and a decrease in decibels! Club-goers like their music loud, but permanent damage to the ear drums is a no-no!

Yelp
Bought tickets weeks in advance to go to a show that my friends were interested in. The line to get in didn't matter and we ended up spending 90% of the night in the lobby/hallway. DO NOT buy tickets to events in advance here.

Yelp
In another note, you would think that they will do it right by giving you free accommodation for this but instead we were told to complain to Fat Joe. WTF. Management are new and has no customer service skills. I will never step on this establishment again go to Hard Rock or Borgata.

Yelp
Reserved a table at HQ2 Saturday night. Entrance was easy and the staff escorted us to a table near the DJ and dance floor. Our table hostess was attentive and helpful. Staff made us feel like VIPs. Great looking crowd, dressed to impress! When a tipsy patron stumbled into our table area security quickly, professionally and kindly helped him back out to the dance floor. In fact, security took excellent care of us all night long and even escorted my date to the ladies room AND waited for her to escort her back! DJ was hot and the dance floor was full but not over crowded. A really fun night! We highly recommend HQ2!

Yelp
I mean it's a decent space but drinks are obviously stupid expensive. Staff can be a bit thuggish, but you get that at a lot of night clubs, even higher end ones like this. The thing that really pissed me off was when I tried to come back inside after smoking, 4 super shady guys set up shop and tried to hustle me for $30 as a "re-entry" fee. They got in my face when I tried to go around so I just left and went back in the main entrance but they were definitely not afraid to mess me up. I know it's AC and that stuff happens but Oceans/HQ really need to watch out for that...somebody is going to get shot. I let the front desk know but they could not have cared less.

Yelp
"shadow" was the most unpleasant and rude person i've ever interacted with. all the other workers were very pleasant and thankfully made up for it, and is why i'll be returning. i've never had anything but great experience with the workers. he needs some reevaluation before being aloud to speak to guests if you want them to return.

Yelp
Went to the beach club to see Tiesto and we got a table with bottle service... Everything was amazing from our VIP host Christian, our sever Sierra and the security guard for our section on the upper deck, they all made the experience even better! Worth the money 100%

Yelp
Bottle service wise, what a waste of money. Promoter promised one price bad when we showed up to the club he wanted an extra 500 for no reason. Aside from that, staff and support rate extremely rude. No other club in AC has treated me as poorly as HQ. Spend your money else where!
