HTeaO - Cedar Park (New Hope & Clover)

Let me preface this by noting I really like this business. I've never had a bad experience, but I was taken back a little today when one of the boys apparently was trying to impress one of the girls, keeping in mind that I believe just about everyone that ever works there is a teen. He was restocking cups until the cups were hanging out of the cup dispenser for a couple of feet or more. Then he punched the overflow stack of cups and of course they went flying, all landing on the floor, rolling around. He then proceeded to pick all of them up and place them back into the dispenser. I'm sure nobody will know that the rim of their cup that they have their lips on was rolling around on the floor, but I know, and I will think twice before ordering again.

Excellent teas and snacks here. The staff here are very courteous and friendly and very helpful.

They have a fabulous selection of teas and even lemonade. You can add flavors and fruits too! There's hardly ever any waiting time at all. The staff is friendly and accurate as well.

This HteaO is one of the best locations. The service is quick, energetic, and prompt. Juliet is on top of things, is very professional and is amicable. I come here one or twice every week, and dont see that changing any time soon.

Sorry, no pic. I had never been here b 4. My cousin & her husband brought me over here. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Sweet Ga Peach Tea. It was good. Would I come back again ? Yes

Great products great staff but the store is to cramped. If there was 1 more foot of space in front of tea dispensers this would be a 5 star review. Hopefully they can adjust. Reason 1 extra foot makes the difference is people who want to sample stop the flow and have to walk around the island. I tried 3 teas before I gave up and picked something I didn't prefer due to feeling rushed.

I can’t say enough good things about HTeaO and specifically this location-. All of their drinks are high-quality and absolutely delicious and I love that you can try them before committing to whatever you’re going to buy. The flavor combinations are endless and I have yet to try one of their to use that. I don’t absolutely love. And the employees at this location are always so happy and so kind. We went today for national tea day, and the place was packed. Thanks to be amazing specials. The store was clean. All of the tears were stocked and ready to go and Annabelle who was manning the register was doing a fantastic job at helping every customer and efficient but thorough manner. Keep up the awesome work! We make it in at least 3 to 4 times a week these days, can’t get enough!!

Been going here for years, so excited Liberty Hill is getting one. The unsweet coconut is my favorite and they also have healthy snacks. I like they switch up flavors sometimes. I always get the unsweet root-beer when it is available. Great tasting tea and really nice owners.
