Huacahuasi Lodge

We hike to the lodge, the view is magnificent, there is a hot tub in each room, friendly staff, great food. Highly recommend this place, we wished we stayed an extra night

We stayed at the Lodge September 2024, the lodge, its team and the local people we met at the lodge exceeded all our expectations. The visual aspect with breathtaking views along the Lares valley and the local village, the hospitality from the moment you arrive, quite fabulous meals, Gabriel at the Bar, the shy and delightful local craftswomen we met. Small things like hot water bottles and underfloor heating plus outdoor private jacuzzi steaming for you. Highly recommended.

Having a hot tub after a hike over the 13500 ft pass was amazing. This place is a gem along with our guide Juan of Peru Adventure Lodges. Experience of a lifetime.

Everything about this lodge was amazing - rooms, views, meals, hot tub, everything! I was also able to receive a massage from Jony and it was the most relaxing experience after a day of hiking, she is a real professional!

This was the second stop of 5 lodges as part of Mountain Lodges of Peru's "Sacred Valley and Lares 5 day adventure package" - which includes all lodging, food and guided hikes/ cultural activities. This was the most spectacular lodge out of the 5 we visited. I cannot stress how magical it is to be sitting in a hot tub at one of the highest mountain lodges (3900 meters) in the world, overlooking the Andes as I ponder my place in this universe! 😍 The food and service was excellent as well. I will always remember my stay in this beautifully designed lodge.

Outstanding staff and service. Located in a remote Laras valley town. You are likely to be the only tourists in the area.
