Hubcap Grill

Discovered this jewel near our house in Houston, TX. The place is literally a hole in the wall, but greatness awaits beyond that wall!!! My family enjoyed the original selection of sodas, the burgers are incredibly crafted, and honor their names on the menu! The loaded fries are AMAZING, and the service was kind and fast! Overall, it is a great place to enjoy a good, filling, full of flavor, juicy burger!

We are long time fans of the Hubcap Grill. It has a justified reputation for innovative and delicious burgers. I usually get the Sticky Burger, that has peanut butter, and add extra pickles to balance the sweetness. This time, I opted for the tamale burger because it is seasonal. And: tamales. . The fries were just how I love them. I go for the extra crispy fries as dessert. . Service was prompt and the food came out faster than expected. It was a great day to enjoy the patio too.

I ordered over the phone and it was ready in about 10 minutes. They were friendly and fast. Burgers and fries are great! I added some pictures to show you what it looks like as soon as I got home and opened the box. I ordered the Jalapeno cheeseburger and the Buffalo fries.

This to me is like a hidden treasure. I had been looking to go here for quite some time and finally made it. The burgers are some of the best in town. Full of flavor on a great tasting bun. The fries are awesome and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. But, even if you come hungry you might not be able to finish some of their burgers. I'll most definitely be back for round 3 soon and highly recommend Hubcap Grill.

Amazing burgers and fries! It is a bit pricey, but it is VERY worth spending! Fries were crispy with just the right amount of salt, friendly staff, and pure beef burgers! Can't wait to go back next time!

Great neighborhood spot for a local burger. The menu is extensive in their variety of burger creations and fry add ons. I would put them in the top 5 burgers in Houston. Covid has the inside shut down, but they have covered outdoor seating with plenty of picnic tables to spread out or sit together.

Great big juicy burgers. They have a variety of special burgers on their menu, they should cover any neesh order. I always liked Hubcap, especially when it was fully open. Even now, the burgers have held up. I will continue to go here, as their burgers not only satisfy my appetite, but my tounge as well.

I was told that this is the best burger in Houston and if it isn't, it certainly gives a solid showing. Competes with Burger Joint for my best burger at this price range for certain. Sweet potato fries were delicious, though not as crispy as I like them. $15.50 for fries and burger with tax and tip. Tap water is available if you ask.
