It was a really good dinner tonight alongside the hudson river! And there's no bad scene in the house whether you choose to sit inside or outside! I really like sitting outside with those metal booths with fabric top! I ordered the braised beef which was really good with tons of flavor and seasoning as well as the mashed potatoes which were accompanied with carrot! The menu prices are pretty steep but there is a daily menu that offers discounts! Their drink menu is also pretty good! Ordering was very frustrating however, as there was a cloud error that plagued the entire restaurant affecting everything from payments to orders to the kitchen.... Our order was delayed by at least maybe 40 minutes followed by another 29 mins once the order was re-placed. Not only on that, there's also a service charge for two or more people that clearly replaces tips... Overall, it was a very good experience with the food. However, there needs to be a little bit more compensation and accountability with the technology or compensation surrounding this restaurant....

Context: We went here because we were interested in the vibe and the view - tourists who are not from the area. The food: The appetizers and drinks were very tasty (we got the shrimp bao buns and crunchy rice cakes), but just the appetizers and drinks. We did have a refill of the spritz cocktail come to our table without aperol, but that was fixed quickly. Two of us had ordered the Hudson & Co. Pizza with peach chutney, mozzarella, and pancetta. What arrived at our table was not that, and when we notified the server of the mistake, they stated that the "recipe had changed and they hadn't updated it yet." We very quickly ordered replacements, including the truffle pizza and the Margherita, which were underwhelming. The truffle pizza did not have a high quality (or tasty) truffle oil on top and was very bland, and the Margherita pizza was not made with fresh tomatoes. The NY steak was clearly a lower quality steak, but the frites were good. For dessert we got creme brulee and molten lava cake. The best part of the molten lava cake was the pistachio ice cream, so I'll leave it at that. The creme brulee had barely any sugar crust and was a pudding, not a proper custard, so I should have taken the less-than-good entrees as a hint and skipped the dessert. The service: Not it. At all. We were seated at a table and after our inital orders, we were basically ignored for a half hour with no silverware or water. In addition to having to wait to re-order pizzas and get alcohol in our cocktails, the server we had was almost never at our area to notify of the issues we had with our food. In addition, we were notified at the end of the meal that they do not do separate checks, which is important to note upfront. The atmosphere: Its a NYC waterfront skyline, it's a gorgeous view and the music selection was great. Area was kept clean. Overall, the very few goods did not outweigh the bad here, and we will not be returning. The food definitely needs work for the price point, and servers need to be aware of recipes changing to inform customers and check on their tables more frequently. For charging what they are for some items, quality and technique for dishes like steak and creme brulee should not be questionable.

Not too many options on the menu, and a bit pricey but the appetizers we chose were really good! The crispy shrimp bao buns were very tasty! The tator tots were also really good. Only thing I didn't like was the loud noises of the helicopter traffic outside- not sure if it was just a busy day or if it's like that usually.

Best place to chill and enjoy some wonderful food and amazing service. Definitely will be back. Kimberly was a Rockstar with amazing service and a wonderful smile. Edgar has an amazing staff from the rock star servers,Kimberly and Ashley, down to the awesome runners like Julio that make sure you enjoy the experience without realizing it. Stop in and enjoy the atmosphere. Rather, it be with friends at the bar or a cozy and relaxing time at the tables. This place hits the mark. Definitely will be back. I'm trying not to become a regular but at the same time can't help but want to be.

This place is awesome! Came for happy hour & Jonathan is an amazing bartender and was super attentive and patient. Sliders and pizza are deeeeelicious! The manager Edgar passed by and checked in on us which we really appreciated. Vibes overall are 10/10. Going to recommend my company do our next event here. Love it!

The atmosphere is great, our food was tasty, and the server was attentive. It gets a lil loud with the music and crowded after 8 pm. There is outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating. Overall a good place would do it again

My daughter suggested Hudson & Co Bar and Restaurant for my date night with hubby!! We made reservations! Loved it!! Fantastic views of NY even though the sky was grey! Great vibes! We got there early enjoyed drinks at the bar! It was Happy Hour! Great drink and app selection! Plan to come back for Happy Hour! We were seated in the main dining area with great views! Our Server Corey was attentive, knew menu well and checked in on us! So glad he recommended the special sea bass! It was deliciously amazing! So much flavor! Highest compliments to the Chef! Corey indicated Chef considering put this special on the regular menu!! Yes! Absolutely Yes! Hubby’s pork chop was tender and tasty! Crème brûlée perfect sweet treat! Highly recommend! See you soon! We have been coming to this location routinely for a long time now. The food and atmosphere is always amazing. It just keeps getting better every time we visit. They are very welcoming of kids as well.
