We had an amazing experience at Hudson & Co! We ordered a sushi platter , shrimp bao and a pizza — both were absolutely delicious. The sushi and the shrimp bao was fresh and beautifully presented, and the pizza came out hot, crispy, and full of flavor. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, and the staff made it extra special by bringing out the Ping Pong Wheel — which was on the house! It was such a fun and thoughtful surprise, and it really added to the celebration. The atmosphere was lively, the service was friendly, and everything came together for a perfect evening. Highly recommend Hudson & Co for great food, great vibes, and great hospitality! 🎉🍣🍕

The food and service here were excellent. The menu choices had variety. My favorite was the Charlotte's Ping Pong Waves dessert, served on a mini ferris wheel. They were delicious and fun little donuts filled with vanilla and nutella, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Be careful though because they come out HOT. The view from the dock of Manhattan was just beautiful. Our server had great recommendations for us as far as what to try. We will be back next time we hit Jersey City for sure!

Went on a Monday at 1pm for lunch and had the best outdoor seating. Employees were friendly, tasty food, captivating view. Myself +1 ordered the Black Truffle Pizza made in their brick oven, soup of the day, Golden Apple Kale Salad with chicken (add on), and the tossed Greek salad with shrimp. All food selections were yum.

Hudson & Co. is an absolute gem right on the waterfront. The atmosphere is always lively yet comfortable, with some of the best views of Manhattan you’ll find anywhere in Jersey City. The food is consistently excellent—everything from the apps to the mains is fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Cocktails are top-notch as well, crafted with care and creativity. The service really stands out too. The staff is attentive without being overbearing and always makes you feel welcome. Whether it’s a casual dinner, drinks with friends, or hosting out-of-town guests, Hudson & Co. delivers every time. It’s such a perk having this spot right in the area—I find myself coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Google
Had a wonderful lunch at Hudson & Co. We sat outdoors with beautiful river and city views, which made the atmosphere very relaxing. The lunch dishes were fresh and tasty, and finishing with coffee and dessert was the perfect touch. Friendly service and a great overall experience—highly recommend!

Google
We had a great experience. The service was genuinely impressive and the staff checked up on us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. Ron, Brandon, and Leo all went above and beyond and handled our large party really well. The food was good, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the whole night felt easy because of how attentive the team was.

Google
The reason we chose the place was because it advertised having both public parking and a valet service. We get there, and the valet said there was no parking and that I had to find some place called the Newport Mall. Being from out of town I had no idea what that meant. I had to drop my party off so we didn't lose our reservation, and head off to find a place to park the car. It was a 10 minute walk back to the restaurant and when I got there, I found the valet parking cars in the parking area. I would give this place one star just for that. The food was good, not exceptional. Everyone recommended the truffle pizza and it was really good. The wait staff was attentive and always checked on how we were. The atmosphere was amazing. Seeing the lights come on in the city was a beautiful experience. If you feel like taking an Uber on your night out, I recommend this place. If you plan on parking I would not take my chances.

Google
I recently had the pleasure of dining in downtown JC, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to try something new. My friends and I visited on a Friday, and although our server was busy, one of the assistants went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We asked for recommendations, and he suggested the octopus as an appetizer and the shrimp mao buns, both of which were delicious. For entrees, I highly recommend the porch chop and the ny strip. Overall, I was impressed with the service, particularly the teamwork between our server and the assistant. It's clear that the assistants play a vital role in ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Yelp
Hudson & Co. Bar and Grill 3 2nd. St. Suite 150 Jersey City, NJ 07311 Braised Short Ribs Pressed Young Chicken This is one of many restaurants in the downtown area conveniently located along the Hudson River esplanade. Braised Short Ribs: The thinly shredded was tender and juicy and the au jus was out of this world. The sides were the backbone to this Omar's Pressed Young Chicken: Take the name of this entrée literally; the chicken is smaller inside contributing to its extra tenderness. The meat easily fell of the bone. While both the main course and its sides were tasty, but my main critique is to increase the overall portion size. Otherwise, this is a perfect dining experience especially if you want to view the Manhattan skyline while you dine. #hudsoncobarandgrill #hudsonandcobarandgrill #downtownjerseycity #braisedshortribs #youngpressedchicken

Yelp
Great view from the patio Food not that good and very pricey Service was strange lol I asked where the oysters were from and they had someone other than my waiter come tell me they could provide the geo coordinates - like dont play w your guests I hope that wasnt a joke but it definitely seemed like one

Yelp
Where do I start this was the perfect Reasturant to visit on a Friday night .The views were great , and the food matched the ambiance . Started off with the Hudson & Co sushi $24 and it was very fresh loved the masago sauce . Tried the River view spritz drink $15 ,and it was very refreshing . For dinner we had the Seafood Chitarra $38 the sauce was more like a vodka like sauce ,and Braised short rib $44 the meat was tender and fell right off .For dessert we did the Molten chocolate lava cake $13 which had a nice chocolate filled center . I would 1000% recommend to go here for a night out with friends ,date nite , or a great after work happy hour .Service was good it did start getting busy at 7/8pm .

Yelp
Hudson & co is a great solid restaurant on the jersey city waterfront. It is has great views and a nice decor inside . TVs to watch games at the bar. The food is diverse so something for everyone . From pizza and burgers to oysters on half shell, sushi and salads. They have a brick oven so food comes out piping hot and pizzas nice. Service is good too. Attentive and on point. Highly recommend if in the area

Yelp
Great view and great quality food! Happy hour menu has a good array of options as well but just wish the service was little better and more attentive. Took a while before I was able to place my order.

Yelp
Nothing beats a waterfront view along New Jersey's Gold Coast, a roughly 20-mile stretch from Fort Lee to Bayonne. It's no secret these spectacular sights are best taken in with a magnificent meal. Located on 2nd Street in Jersey City's Harborside, this 12,000-square-foot space is hard to miss with wide-open floor-to-ceiling windows where my company celebrated last night a milestone anniversary overlooking NYC even though the sky began grey but ended the festivity with a spectacular treat of the shimmering skyline. Upon entering Hudson & Co. as first-timers, my colleague and I were greeted by the host and struck by its nautically themed vibe with basket-weave floor tiles, suspended oversized coffers, hammered copper wall insets, wrought iron Revolutionary War beam chandeliers, and steampunk lighting. The establishment offers fantastic views, no matter where one sits--inside or outside. Their menu is simple, eclectic, and heavily skewed towards seafood, with gastropub-centered choices such as from Sushi, Grilled Spanish Octopus, Smoked Brûlée Burrata and Mac & Cheese as appetizers and Mediterranean Sea Bass, Seafood Chitarra, Young Pressed Chicken, Braised Short Ribs, and NY Strip Steak & Frites for the main meal. Dessert was featured with Crème Brûlée, Molten Lava Cake or Gelato Trio. Our meal was absolutely delicious, where the flavors were rich, cooked to perfection, and the portion size was generous. Our server, Evelyn, and the staff were absolutely fantastic, informative, and attentive to our table. Special thanks to the general manager, Roman, as every detail was thought of, and it made for one of the most memorable celebrations we've ever had, which we can recommend.

Yelp
Had a great experience here. Our waiter Cory was amazing, provided phenomenal customer service and very friendly. The drinks were good - their new menu is coming out soon - and the food was delicious. We got: oxtail croquettes, crispy spicy tuna, seafood chitarra, and shrimp bao buns. They were all incredible - this is a spot I would definitely come back to. The incredible skyline view also adds to the overall experience.

Yelp
I have to say 10/10 experience. Not one complaint in my book. Outstanding from start to finish. I had done my research prior to arriving to the east coast for a "last" dinner location with the most beautiful view. This was it. Hudson & Co took the cake on this one! That New York City skyline was breathtaking of its own. Just wanna mention after booking and requesting closest seating to the view, yes I was placed at a table on the inner end of the restaurant but after speaking to the host about moving us as quick as possible due to my request. Didn't take more than 30 minutes to be reseated. We all had patience. The view was worth every bit of wait. Slight unfortunate situation but I'm not gonna cry about it, they made it happen ASAP. So bravo to the team for making it easy for us to ensure our dinner and experience were left memorable. Once we had been seated at our new table, it was game on. Time to order all the yummies we could. Gotta say I'm a bit surprised no burger on the menu for dinner. I wanted to burger with fries but didn't see one on the dinner menu so after negotiation with the wife we decided to get sushi! And my mother in law opted for the braised short rib, Mac n cheese and grilled asparagus. Everything hit the mark. If you can see from my photo, I did not skimp out on ordering the rolls. Everything was good, the sushi seamed fresh and as normal as it gets, no different from ordering from an actual sushi joint. Braised short rib are usually on the flavorless in my book anywhere I go. Not from Hudson & Co. good flavor lots of love put into those short ribs. Cooked PERFECT. In my opinion the grilled asparagus were the star of the show on the table and for anyone who doesn't eat veggies. This will make you crave grilled asparagus! I mean PERFECTION. Till this day we still talk about that grilled asparagus, God tier right there. Last the Mac n cheese. It stated with applewood smoked bacon on the menu. Yeah you got a hint of it but would have been nice if there was a slab or two on top or some more for that enhanced bacon experience. Don't get me wrong it was good but a little bit more bacon don't hurt no body! Over all an amazing dinner experience, worth every dollar spent. Service was outstanding. Truly thankful for having our last dinner before we flew out the next day. Hats off to Hudson & Co for giving us the privilege to have such a memorable dining experience.

Yelp
I came here for dinner and opted to sit at the bar for the city skyline view. I should have walked further inside to see that you can still dine at a table and experience the same views without the bar bottles blocking it. Nonetheless, we sat at the bar and were served by Michael. He recommended the Pepper Plane cocktail. The combination of ingredients sounded interesting and definitely work well together to make a balanced drink that isn't too sweet and not too bitter. I did order a dirty martini and ended up returning it and I don't think Michael appreciated it. I felt really bad but couldn't bring myself to drink it. He seemed to hold onto that throughout the night and made unnecessary sarcastic comments while serving us. It was a little petty. For food, we tried the following: Spicy Tuna - 7.5/10. These were good but nothing special. Rainbow - 8/10. Tasted really fresh. Spanish Grilled Octopus - 8.5/10. Cooked really well! Crunchy Rice Cakes - 9.2/10. GET THEM! So good! Crispy Shrimp Bao Buns - 8.7/10. Shrimp was overly battered, but still juicy and overall yummy! Margherita Classico - 9/10. So juicy/sweet! Loved it! Grilled Shrimp Caesar (replaced the grilled chicken with shrimp) - 8.5/10. Crunchy, fresh, cheesy! I really enjoyed this! Shishito Peppers - 7/10. Ehhh, I've had better. Créme Brulée - 10/10. This was the icing on the cake! So freaking good! I could go back just for this! Besides the service, this was a great dinner where everything tasted good and we had little to no regrets on what was ordered. I'll probably be back once it starts getting warmer out to enjoy the delicious food and amazing views.

Yelp
Good lunch deals otherwise a little procey-But the views from this place are amazinggg! Loved their sushi especially the roll with mango! Their choco lava cake is pretty legit too. Their pan pizzas are reasonable too. For tenants they have really good discounts so if you work in the building this is a good option.

Yelp
I've been here a few times before, though not frequently as the service is always a bit slower. However today's experience really spurred me on to write a review. Given the location and ample outdoor seating, the view and vibe is great. Food is also spectacular, crispy bao buns were delicious as always. However the service here every time is brutally slow. Today was the worst yet. We were sat very quickly outdoors by the hostess which was great. After that nobody ever came over to our table. We eventually got the attention of a busser who brought over water and was able to take our drink and appetizer order. Very kindly he mentioned he'll get our waiter who "should be over soon". Eventually the drinks and apps came out which was great, however we then had to flag down the busser again (still no waiter/ waitress had come near our table or the others around us). He was able to take down our entree order and again mentioned "the waiter should be here soon". Bit of a longer wait for the entrees during which I noticed a table near ours trying to flag down anyone to get their bill and pay. Eventually one of their table members went inside to pay as nobody had come over to them, and suddenly as they went to leave a waitress magically appeared saying they needed to pay, where the gentleman pulled out the receipt confirming he paid inside already. Anyway entrees come out and they were delicious however we asked the food runner if he could bring a condiment for the fries (still no waiter). Condiment ended up never coming so we flagged down the original busser who got us the condiment and refilled our long since empty waters as well mentioning he let the (mystery) waiter know as well and he should be over soon. Well upon finishing our meals, wine, and water, we waited for quite a while before similar to the other tables near us needing to go inside and ask for the check as even the original busser had disappeared. The whole experience because of the waiting was about 2.25 hours (despite the "90 minute" time limit sign on the wall). Also we never met the waiter (whose name was funny enough on the bill and was not the busser name). So what to get out of all this... if you go here definitely go not super hungry and with lots of patience to wait. The food is delicious (when you are able to order) and even if you want another cocktail or drink you'll probably never get the chance to order another one after your first drink. For a such a beautiful venue with great food and friendly bussers, it's a shame that the service is so slow/non-existent. Perhaps it's understaffed or poor optimization of setup, but it seems like something that should be fixable. Only time will tell.

Yelp
Had dinner at Hudson & Co on a very busy Saturday night. Had a variety of dishes - Tuna Tartare, Rainbow Roll, Hudson Wedge, House Greens, Mac & Cheese and Truffle Taters Tots and they were all okay but everything just took a bit of time. It took some time before our server took our order and a while for the food to come (our food came about an hour after we had sat down). The server and other staff were friendly but perhaps just a little overwhelmed with the number of diners.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful view of the waterfront, but unfortunately average food and slow service. It took so long to even bring water, and I ended up getting up to get my own refills. As for the food, everything was good, but nothing special- definitely overpriced.

Yelp
Gorgeous evening, decided to come with friends to enjoy the view of NYC. Staff was excellent, and our appetizers were great. Crispy tuna cakes still delicious and their sushi rolls are pretty good. I love that they didn't skimp on the shishito peppers, nice serving! I had sea base for my main, all yummy except the gonococci, there were a few hard pieces.

Yelp
I had another great meal at Hudson & Co. My family was visiting from out of town so I decided to bring them here for dinner on Sunday. I thought the views, food and service would be sure to wow them and I was right! You can't beat the views and the food is very good. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Ten stars! Always the best time when dining here. Everything is on point. The ambiance with NYC skylight is definitely the absolute highlight but surprisingly the prices are so reasonable given the view. The food is excellent and also the service! Special shoutout to Ron who's so welcoming, super nice and so very accommodating! Highly recommend!

Yelp
This is the place to go to if you want great views of the New York skyline! So pretty! My friend made ressies here since we had a big party of 11 people. Our waiter was nice and said we could have separate checks. So I specifically told him our end of the table with the four of us can be put on our own check just to make it easier. When they brought out our food, it was kinda disorganized how they were putting the rest of our party's food in front of us instead of for the person who ordered it. No biggie nothing to get mad about but it was a lot of plates moving up and down the table and asking if that is their dish down there. Lols * I ordered the Rainbow sushi roll and my three other friends ordered sushi too (I don't remember which one) and unfortunately the rice was not cooked all the way. As there were some hard pieces of rice. Meh. Our waiter never put our orders on a separate check like we requested. So we sat there for awhile wondering where our check was until we told our friends at the other end of the table we didn't get our check yet. They checked their tab and saw our orders were on theirs. So just my two cents here. I don't think it's a horrible place, I feel like it would be great for drinks and maybe HH to enjoy the view. Otherwise I wouldn't come back here and def wouldn't order the sushi!

Yelp
- Stunning seating available along the east river with a beautiful view of the manhattan skyline - Quite pricey but you're really paying for the view - The scenery is better than the food - I enjoyed the creme brulee

Yelp
We visited Hudson & Co over the weekend and had an excellent time. Along with our usual favorites--the Margherita Pizza and Shishito Peppers--we tried the Vegetarian Sushi, Linguini Verde with added mushrooms, and Truffle Tots. Every dish was delicious, and Rebecca took great care of us.

Yelp
If you go, you need to get the pork chop! Enjoy coming here since the menu is pretty diverse - sushi, pizza, steak, etc. the inside is pretty with good views depending on where you sit. Service can be a bit slow sometimes.

We got there early enjoyed drinks at the bar! It was Happy Hour! Great drink and app selection! Plan to come back for Happy Hour! We were seated in the main dining area with great views! Our Server Corey was attentive, knew menu well and checked in on us! So glad he recommended the special sea bass! It was deliciously amazing! So much flavor! Highest compliments to the Chef! Corey indicated Chef considering put this special on the regular menu!! Yes! Absolutely Yes! Hubby's pork chop was tender and tasty! Crème brûlée perfect sweet treat! Highly recommend! See you soon! There is indoor and outdoor dinning!! ... Happy Hour Now Available Monday Through Friday 4:00pm until 7:00pm! Added bonus!!!! Complementary 3 Hour Validated Parking!! Yelp
My husband and I are always eager to try something new. We often use Yelp's "select something" feature to guide our adventures. We were greeted and seated right away. The restaurant boasts a stunning view of the Hudson River, perfectly complimenting it's name. Great choice! We had a wonderful server Ron, who was extremely attentive. Amazing customer service. For appetizers my husband ordered Oysters and I ordered sashimi. What great picks! For lunch my hubby had a burger and I had a chicken caesar salad. There are not many places that I go to that make a caesar salad well, this place has to be in my top two restaurants. Thank you, we will be back!

Yelp
My real rating is a 3.5/5 stars for a large group of ten on a sunday night. It wasn't packed, but it wasn't empty either. Our table waited probably 20-30 minutes for drinks and over an hour for everyone's food. Between the time of being sat and eating, it was pushing an hour forty. They lost stars for wait time & overall value/pricing. With everything being said, I do want to come back during lunch time in a smaller group to see how the wait compares Let's start with the pros - Amazing views of NYC including the walk from Newport Path station to inside the restaurant (heavily carrying this review haha) - lots of choices regarding food and drinks - nice staff - variety of seating options (inside, outside, bar) - all of the food was good and nothing was disliked - really yummy tatter tots and ketchup. We had a big discussion about the ketchup because it was a hit! -The grilled chicken on my salad was not overly grilled / not charred flavor heavy. -not too loud inside and we were all able to enjoy conversations even across the table! The areas of improvement - the wait time. everyone was getting hangry. -pricey. no one felt that their meal was worth the price they paid. $54 for a great, but not amazing prime rib. $15ish for basic sushi rolls (california, tuna, etc) where the normal price is usually $6-8.... we all opted not to get sushi even thought we all love it -one of the cocktails?! It smelled and tasted literally like gasoline and she had to heavily water it down to consume it. It was passed around the table and we all were disgusted lol - inside was dark. maybe we're getting old entering our mid & late 20s, but we all needed additional light to comfortably read the menu... also would be nice to see our food a bit better considering how expensive it is - wait staff never checked on us asking if the food was good - NEVER got water pitcher refills

Yelp
It was my first time at this spot and they blew me away! Phenomenal customer service from the door to the check. We order a bunch of appetizers. My favorite was the Spicy Shrimp bao bun. So yummy! The Lemmon drop shot was super and my black diamonds margarita was everything. I ordered a Greek salad and it was so fresh! A really nice date spot with dim lights but also a cool place to kick it with some coworkers and spend some cash. The price is worth it.

Yelp
Amazing view! With exceptional food. The seafood was fresh and sauce was flavorful. Our server was very nice and gave us a great table with the best view of the harbor.

Yelp
Fun place! Beautiful patio, great views. Drinks were good. Gluten free crust was awesome. But, the chicken on the pizza was very tough, almost hard to eat. There was a huge dollop of pizza sauce right in the middle of the pizza, wish it were spread evenly across!

Yelp
We love Hudson & Co! They let us bring our dogs outside and always treat them very well. Their price point works given the stunning view and ambiance. Roman is their GM- so friendly and welcoming (also knows his wine if you get a chance to be served by him). We also recommend their happy hour. The octopus is probably our favorite dish. We will continue coming back, especially during the great weather :-)

Yelp
Went here on a date night with my husband with a reservation scheduled for 7:45. We showed up early and were seated immediately, which was not expected but very appreciated. We ordered gin dirty martinis and a French martini. The first gin martini was delicious, and so was the French, but the next round of drinks tasted burnt and gin-heavy. What was the most disappointing part was receiving the bill with $2 surcharges added to each drink with a bar note that said "martini". Nowhere on the menu did it suggest an added charge for drinks not on the menu. Felt like a cash grab to us. The food itself was pretty good, but the entrees were lackluster. We ordered the truffle pizza, the short rib, and the pork chop. The pizza was delicious, the short rib was well presented, and the pork chop? A little above a cut of meat left on a plate in a sauce. It was delicious, but with extra sides at $13+ you'd imagine the ones with the meal would suffice. After spending $200+ on dinner and seeing the unnecessary surcharge, we found a dessert drink elsewhere. It really was a lovely view, lovely staff, and a nice meal, but the high cost for what was delivered would have to improve to revisit again.

Yelp
Came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The place was pretty busy in their outside dining area since it was a beautiful day. They are located right on the water and if you sit outside you get a gorgeous view of the city. For appetizer we shared the crispy shrimp baos. The shrimp was freshly fried and crispy while the baos were soft, airy and pillowy. It came dressed with spicy mayo and eel sauce. For mains we ordered the autumn flatbread, seafood chittara and short rib. They ran out of squash for the flatbread so they suggested substituting mushroom instead which was excellent. Everything was well balanced with the prosciutto and balsamic drizzle. The seafood chittara was packed with fresh seafood and the noodles had an amazing chewy texture to them. Lastly, the short rib was extremely tender and flavorful. For dessert we ordered the chocolate chip cookie skillet and the chocolate lava cake with pistachio gelato. The cookie was pretty much what you'd expect...warm, gooey , crisp and paired perfectly with vanilla gelato. The chocolate lava cake stole the show got dessert. It was cooked perfectly, super rich and decadent but not overly sweet. It paired really well with the pistachio gelato which had lots of pistachio pieces in it. We also had drinks which were pricy but generous in size and all delicious and well balanced. Overall this is definitely an impressive spot to go to. Sometimes I find that places like this sacrifice food quality and use their location to draw people in but this place had both great food and location. I would come back and try the other items on the menu.

Yelp
Visiting NJ. Second time here. Food was great. Got multiple shared plates. All the food was nicely prepared and plated and tasted great. The ambiance was also good, and you were able to talk easily without yelling. The service was a bit slow but that is my only downside
google avatar

Sophia N.

Yelp
Hudson & Co is right along the Hudson River and has really pretty views of the city. The food is ok and pretty expensive but the drinks are a more reasonable price. The black truffle pizza tasted the best, and we also got the short rib. The short rib was smaller than expected and was not a shareable size. I would recommend coming here for the view and the drinks, but can skip on the food.

Yelp
Beautiful place for a chill night, loved the dim lighting and music options. I ordered the shrimp bao buns which were very flavorful and filling and the lobster Mac & cheese with chicken but they brought it out with bacon :( The Mac & cheese wasn't too flavorful surprisingly but the portion was very large. I also had a French martini which was delicious, lightly sweet with a kick. I would definitely come back here for a drink and the views, not sure if I would be back for the food. The service was good too, before the French martini I ordered another drink which I did not like at all and the bartender was nice and helpful!

Yelp
This is what we call a total gem that looks like a corporate hang out spot. Yes on weekdays, there are quite a lot of folks wearing suits in the evenings, but trust me, this place is amazing wearing suits, shirts, polos, or vests. So the great that is obvious: a. Views - easy b. The drinks, especially the cocktails - smokey old fashioned - that is something else c. The live airy space d. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION e. Some of the best and kindest staff you could ever meet. The great that is not so obvious: a. The food - wow everything from the burrata to the sea bass was a dream of new American cuisine. b. The prices (all things considered given inflation), its fair and you feel like you got your money's worth. c. The serving sizes, just right. What made this less than the best experience ever? - LIke many things in America - labor shortage. Their staff were busting their but, but it was very obvious they were super short staffed - in the kitchen and in the wait staff. I feel bad for them!

Yelp
Solid. Celebrated my birthday last year here (can't believe I didn't write a review!) we sat at a nice table with the skyline behind us and the service was really nice! We ordered chicken bacon ranch pizza, burrata and the crispy shrimp bao buns. Everything was good. We also ordered lobster gnocchi pasta. We definitely ordered dessert but I can't remember sadly - great location and ambience! Would recommend for a date night or girls dinner! I think they also have a brunch menu as well!

Yelp
I came here a couple of years ago and went back yesterday for happy hour with coworkers. It was a great time with delicious drinks and appetizers! The pizza here is really good especially their margarita and truffle pizza. The fries were delicious as well! Last time I came here I got the Mac and cheese and it was amazing! Highly recommend dining at Hudson & Co!

Yelp
Stopped here for an early dinner cause it was close to the hotel. No wait for my group but it did get pretty crowded by the time we left. The pizzas were great. They had some peculiar topping combinations that worked great, definitely not stereotypical NY pizza. If I was looking for a complaint, the salad was lightly dressed but the hefty serving of cheese on top made up for it.

Yelp
Appetizers were very tasty and pleasing to look at. My pork chop was pretty but mediocre. The service was very slow. Took a while for the waiter to even introduce herself, but she was very kind and bubbly so that made up for it. The appetizers took a while to be brought to us, same with the main courses. The waitress said the pork chop usually takes a while to cook, but I don't think that was really the best excuse considering the appetizers also took a long time. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing and the view over the water was nice.

Yelp
All the food was pretty good, drinks were great, especially the lady of the night, the pork chop, the fries and the skillet cookie. The flaming tartufo added just enough heated drama to the meal. The decor is kind of weird for daytime by the water, but not hideous. Our waiter was great even though he seemed busy. It was a little packed... Walking to our table, the host brought us through an alley that was created between the wall and a lovely lady's chair, which i bumped on the way through. I apologized and it was no big deal, but i know i would've complained if i had been seated there.

Yelp
My wife and I came there for lunch which has a fantastic food options. They have refreshing drinks too. Cool juices and cocktails. They have decent quality of foods. Everything was so appetizing. The pizza was well-made, good amount of toppings, the texture was great too. The sauce was delicious and crust was great. The steak was well-cooked and tender meat, sides were great compliment. The burger was tasty too. Good location with a pleasant view. The establishment was well-built. Good seating inside and has nice ambiance. Great customer service.

Yelp
Amazing view! I prefer restaurants with water view so the view was great. Food was beautifully put together and great quality for the price. Too bad I didn't get the try the Tomahawk. I love how they're very creative with food display. Our server Cory was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
Hudson & Co. Bar & Grill is along the waterfront on the harborside district / along Hudson River in Jersey City, NJ. Our party of 7 was there earlier this year during brunch/lunch service to celebrate a loved one's birthday. We had the Hudson Tiki Cocktais, the Rosemary Me Cocktail, Margaritas, etc. and the drinks were fabulous. I had the Soup Du Jour (it is prepared daily), which was the Tomato Soup - absolutely delicious! The Soup Du Jour was light, creamy, and flavorful. I also had the Mediterranean Seabass - Fillet w/ Miso Browned Butte, Cauliflower, Marble Potatoes & nuts, which was good. Others in my party had braised shortribs, sushi, chicken & waffles, etc. Hudson & Co. has gorgeous outside views that were enjoyable to us to observe while we were dining. Decor is sleek, chic yet casual, and the bathroom facility was clean. Staff are nice, patient and courteous as they answer questions, provide information & give good customer service. Hours of Operation - Sun. - Thurs. - Noon - 9:45pm Fri. & Sat. - Noon - 10:45pm Happy Hour - Mon. - Fri. 4pm- 7pm Website - hudsonandconj.com Instagram - @hudsonandconj General inquiries - info@hudsonandconj.com Kids Menu - ($14). One can purchase gift cards, as well as order delivery via the website. Once can also book the establishment for private events. For those that drive, their complimentary 3 hour - validated parking in the nearby parking lot for Hudson & Co. patrons.

Yelp
This place is a default go to when we need a drink with a lot of friends. My friends and I end up here when we cannot agree on any other place. We have loads of memories of crazy drunk nights at this place. The staff is friendly for the most part, the food options for vegetarians are limited (my personal go to are the fries and margherita pizza). The prices for some non-cocktail drinks seem slightly on the expensive side. The ambience is always top notch. Note: Weekends usually have a wait and they won't seat you till the whole party is there. Also, given they have outdoor seating too - due to folks smoking on the waterfront (outside the restaurant premises), you inadvertently end up getting passive smokes.

Yelp
Like most places in jersey city. It ain't easy to get here. However once you get here it is worth the trip. Sat outside. Really nice evening. Great view of NYC. Waitress was very nice and accommodating. Shared a arugula pizza. Pretty good. Had the tuna toast. Very good. Some sushi and shrimp Boas. Everything was good. Not great. However the atmosphere was 5 star. Prices are as expected. I would come back

Yelp
Visited again with Office Colleagues for Holiday Dinner, but the Service was not up to the mark. It took forever to place our Food Orders, and we had wait more than 30 minutes just to get our Appetizers. I understand that there will be a Holiday Rush, but this was a Weekday and we had made the Reservations well in advance, so they should have been better prepared. Most of the items were pretty good, but the Chicken and Steak were overcooked. I could barely eat my Chicken, and ended up leaving most of it. Same with the Steak order. Also, most of their Special Cocktails were very weak, and all of us ended up switching to other options for the second round.

Yelp
First impression- great location. Unobstructed view of downtown NYC and the Freedom Tower. Parking is across the street and also down the street. We were seated pretty quickly and our servers took our beverage orders soon after. Vibe was very chill and there were lots of families there for brunch. Unfortunately, we waited a long time for our food. Approx 40-45 mins. Some tables had arrived after us but for some reason received their food before us. Not sure if there was a staffing shortage at the time but it was quite a long time to wait to eat. My husbands meal was pretty good but super sweet. Forgot but I think it's a waffle or French toast. My burger was very but flavor was a bit lacking. Fries were tasty. We tried to fill up beverages during the wait so I did not finish my meal. May be a one off wi th the wait time?? Would love to come back to try dinner but we will see when we can get back to the area.

Yelp
They never fail to serve the best cocktails! Hudson & Co have a great team. My favorite is Negroni straight up prepared in Bombay Sapphire. What made it more memorable is the ambiance with the excellent view of Manhattan skyline at the bank of Hudson River. Definitely would recommend every Jersian to visit this place once. This was and will be always my go to Bar. Kudos to the entire team. Happy new year! Love, Amey
