"Hudson Brewing Company is great for your friend who named their cat after their favorite type of hops, and has lots of other food and drink beverages for the people in your group who just want to have some wings and fries on the dog-friendly patio. Always a good vibe here. Friendly staff with a nice selection on tap plus cocktails and bar food. Plenty of parking and seating. Music, games depending on the day/night. Dog friendly is a plus. Check the website for updated info on events.

Google
What a VIBE!! When in Hudson, don’t skip this brewery with ample seating, good music, great make your own flights (4 generous pours for $14), and solid cheese fries 😝

Google
Great beer and a great staff, always friendly and welcoming. Makes it easy to return when ever we are in the Hudson area. Also pup friendly with a yummy food truck out side. Indoor and outdoor seating. The crowd has also been very friendly so the environment the brewery fosters shows in those who come there. Just a fan and has been for the years they have been there. Thank you🧡😁

Google
Terrific brewery, warehouse district style. You may feel lost when you get there. Tucked behind the building, you'll see the cars just follow the sign to back. Good sized interior space that offers events and live music. Parking lot seating, facing backside of historic Hudson along train tracks. Good trick is available. Pet and family friendly. The beer selection was the only challenging part, so flights are a great option.

Google
I love this place it has so many great events every year. The staff is great. The atmosphere is fun. It's just a fun place to hang out, plus you can bring your dog with you.

Google
Dog friendly micro brewery! It was not super packed for a Saturday afternoon. Beer selection was pretty average, nothing super exciting. The majority tasted pretty similar to me but I’m not much of a beer person myself. Their cocktail list was pretty interesting. Bar games like darts and table shuffle board was available. Atmosphere was great. Staff was super friendly and even brought my pup a water bowl. I would definitely check it out if you’re in the area.

Google
We were the only ones not on bicycles today! As we entered, we both noted the garage/warehouse decor. We sat, had a few beers and even though they place was packed this Sunday, our service was prompt. We will return to check out the food menu.

Google
1st time here. Will have to say nice place with nice staff. The beers I sampled were good. Clean place to enjoy a cold beverage. The food from the food truck was very good as well that was here. The music that was playing was at the right level, so you can talk to people you are with at the table. Girlfriend and I got 2 flights and some food. She enjoyed it as well as I did. Will be coming back again for sure.

Yelp
Hudson Brewing Company is located in an actual warehouse. The vibe is cool, there's plenty of seating, tables for small and larger groups, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. There are also a few games like darts and I think shuffleboard. We tried a few beers and some I enjoyed and others not so much, but they let you try small samples or you can even do a flight. Plenty of parking and there is a food truck with small bites. The pretzels were delicious (!!!) and the buffalo wings were way too spicy (my partner who loves spice agreed they were tough to eat). Overall I thought this was a pretty good brewery, and I would certainly go back if I find myself in Hudson again!

Yelp
It's located in the industrial complex that houses the Antique Warehouse and is rustic and interesting, with dual outdoor patios and picnic tables, and a large indoor seating area and bar. The food served from their food truck is solid, with a tasty grilled chicken sandwich. Fries are average. Dark ale is very good. Not on the same level as Union Brewery but a good dog friendly stop

Rocco P.

Yelp
My GF and I thought the beer was pretty good here. We primarily stick with NEIPAs and I could drink a couple of these and be happy. I like the look of the place although we didn't really like the industrial parking lot feeling. We did not like the food. It was really greasy and over sauced. It was BBQ when we were there. It seems like they didn't trim the pork butt or Brisket and just let them swim in all of the rendered fat. It was not appetizing.

Kate K.

Yelp
Ok so it's in a funky spot and at first my friend thought we were taking her to this big looking warehouse to end her but after you turn the corner, you see the brewery! Fabulous beer selection that can appeal to many, vast interior space that has expanded, seats outside and a food truck. We had the sours and they were absolutely amazing!! One tasted like cherry syrup and the other like orange Hi-C. We also had chicken bites and tortellini salad off the food truck which were affordable, hella tasty and a decent portion. Will be returning when I hit the area up again for thrifting

Jim C.

Yelp
This is a great cute place with some delicious beer. The food is pretty mediocre though so don't come looking far anything too good. Otherwise, I recommend checking it out for sure.

Hannah C.

Yelp
Great and tasty selection of beer, awesome outdoor space with plenty of parking. The staff was super friendly and courteous, even staying open late for our large group. It was easy to host a large group and the fire pit was great. They were friendly and easy to work with via email and even saved us a few tables. A great place to post up with a group of friends.

Matthew N.

Yelp
A rustic feel, plenty of seating, above average beer, and truck parts on the ceiling. That pretty much sums up this cool, hard to find brewery on the outskirts of Hudson. It makes a great stop as you are about to head back to your Air BnB. The beer was affordable, $16-$20 for a take home four pack, about $7 a full pour, or $12 for a generous flight. The dark stuff (stout and porter) were both good, the pale ale was clean, but the IPA lacked depth. Still, I would recommend coming here for the atmosphere and dark beers, as the place has a very good vibe. The service was good...and Also, really clean bathroom!

Vaughn F.

Yelp
Tasty local craft beer in a fun space. There was a live band on a recent Saturday night. Patrons packed the inside and spilled out onto the tables in front. A food truck operation saw burgers and dogs grilled before your eyes. The beer is tasty; I've sampled a number of their offerings and found it to all be palatable and enjoyable. Cocktails are also available if beer's not your thing. I even saw some people drinking water. The crowd seems to comprise a good mix of locals and visitors. Service is attentive and the restrooms nice and clean. Whenever I'm in Hudson, it feels good to come by for a couple pints.

Austin S.

Yelp
Solid spot for friends. Enjoyed the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Of all things I didn't love the beers. Had fun playing ring toss and darts.

Matt L.

Yelp
3 out of 5 Craft Beers As my wife and I love craft beers, it was a no brainer to check it out. The brewery is in the back of a warehouse which is chill setting. The place is decorated nice and got the approval of my wife . There beers on draft all had cool names such as "Cucumba" or "Tainted Senorita". The drinks I had were good even the coffee stout but unfortunately the drinks were no cold but just below room temp. On a hot day, nothing kill a vibe then warm beers. Overall, the place is worth a visit but maybe not a second one

Mike P.

Yelp
Don't know about the beer but the service is terrible. On vacation in the area for a few days and was looking for something to do on a rainy day. Sat at the bar area and was ignored by the blond bartender. She waited on people to the left and right of us but just ignored us. We weren't sure why, did we sit somewhere we weren't supposed, do they not like strangers, we just didn't know. We finally got up and left to give our business to someone else. Went to Subversive where they were super friendly and had some good beers and food.

Trot F.

Yelp
Service is good but my god the beer is so bad it hurt my stomach. Got a flight, each beer was hardly drinkable.

Sha M.

Yelp
Horrible service and drinks were terrible! Bartenders served patrons to the left and right of us and ignored us .

Bill Z.

Yelp
Is this place popular? Well, let's see... on Fridays it opens at 2, and when we got there at 2:05, it was already standing room only in the main bar area. We seated ourselves at the bar in the newer area to the left, and that area was full by 2:30. The mix was everything from business men meeting, to early happy hour meet-ups to a bachelorette party. The music was a bit too loud, but they turned it down on request. They've got darts, and I saw cornhole boards lined up against the wall for use at other times. There's definitely something for everyone here with the beer selection. My friend prefers IPAs, and he was quite happy with his. I prefer darker ales and also enjoyed my selections, with my first being my favorite, the Tainted Senorita Mexican Stout. The prices are reasonable, they do flights (4 x 5oz.) and you can also order 5oz pours. I saw the posts about how difficult it was to find the place, but I did see signs up pointing out the route to get there. I don't know how new these are, but they were adequate for us to find it, and we were also grateful for signs reserving parking spaces for the brewery. I've got nothing against Warren St. in Hudson, and I do like visiting the businesses there. But this definitely feels like the place to go when you want to get away from Warren St. for a while.

Yelp
Large brewery off the beaten path in Hudson with both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of available space on a Saturday late afternoon. Had to wait for a little bit while the waitress was free to get us seated as we scanned the table bar code for the menu. Free bagged chips to start (you don't get to pick) as you look through the draft list. All pints are $8 while a flight of four is $12, settling on both the "Widow's Walk" IPA and "NY Justus" IPA. Each offering a strong flavor profile without overdoing the hops. For food, there is a truck parked outside doling tacos, fries, and the like - they even deliver to your table instead of having to wait outside. Ambiance inside is nice, as they allow dogs and people alike, with TVs around in order to catch up on a game. When we first came in, there were only 2 waitresses to service the around 50 people in the establishment. Thankfully another worker showed up to shoulder the workload as even more people arrived. If not too busy of a day, good option for brews in the neighborhood.

Yelp
Awesome beer experience!! Would definitely go back again!! Boyfriend and I love craft beers and the flights were not only perfect for trying new beers but came in tall servings! They even had a sour (his fave, hard to find). Our bartender Erin was so friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely loved how strict she was on people maintaining their space. There's no food menu available but she provided snacks (chips). She kept the bar area clean and wiped down after every table (we were there for a bit). Definitely adhered to COVID-19 protocols. We enjoyed our beer and time so much, we went back the next day.

Guillaume B.

Yelp
I tried a flight of 4 beers: 2 IPAs, 1 lager and 1 wheat beer. Unfortunately none of them were drinkable. Very disappointed.

Natty C.

Yelp
Not a pleasant experience when visiting the Catskills. We were made to sit outside in below 30 degree weather. No thank you! Servers were rude. Not to mention place is so hard to find!

Desiree R.

Yelp
Rude condescending staff. They make you run a tab, even if you're only having a beer and paying cash, and then hold onto your credit card. When you leave they don't mention anything or call you when they realize they haven't returned it. When I realized it the next morning and had to go back for it, after leaving town, they were flip and arrogant about it when I asked why they do that and waved a stack of credit cards other patrons left behind, as if it was a joke!? I immediately contacted my credit card company that assured me that no charges had gone through, especially since I had paid cash. All they had to do was apologize and that would have been the end of that, but that didn't happen. I won't be back. Shoppers beware.

Hal D.

Yelp
Great brewery that really hits the spot for a beer lover. They've got a good selection of IPAs, Belgians, Porters and stouts. Tip - they let you taste the beers! Try it! I tried a few IPAs but settled on the burnt caramel porter. Very dark beer and I'm usually a copper color type of guy, but this was nice. It's only $6 a pint and they take credit card. Plus, they've got darts in the back!

Sara O.

Yelp
After a hike in the Catskills, my daughter and I stopped in and split a flight of beers. We loved the sour ales! We also ordered food from the food truck which was yummy. The waitress was warm and welcoming without being too assertive.

Chris B.

Yelp
Came here one night to grab a drink and watch football. Was very happy with how they were able to have outside seating with heat lamps and I could still see the game perfectly. Their beer selection was very good with a little something for everyone. Aside from the mandatory chips you have to buy with alcohol, there was also a food truck you could order from and I was very pleasantly surprised by how good their wings were. Would highly recommend.

Blake G.

Yelp
Off the main drag and a bit hard to find, Hudson Brewing is tucked into an old industrial building. Ample parking but the inside is a bit small. We went on a Saturday night and the place was buzzing. Good crowd but we found seats and were served quickly. We both opted for a four-beer flight. Beers were diverse and mostly delicious. There was also a few wines and cider on their menu. They don't serve food but there was a food truck outside. It has some outside seating but it was chilly. Not really family friendly but a cool place to enjoy adult beverages.

Chernel H.

Yelp
We stayed at the Wick and they recommended on stop by since it was real close. Came on a Sunday night for a quick drink before dinner. The bartender was really nice. She gave us complimentary chips with our beers. I ordered the cider which I really liked! It had a pineapple taste which I liked a lot. My husband got a IPA which he said was fine.

Priscila G.

Yelp
Great ambiance! Love the decor. Good beer. There's enough space and an area to play darts. Music was very pleasant.

Katie J.

Yelp
After seeing a rhubarb pale ale on their Facebook, I decided it was finally time to make the drive down to Hudson Brewing Company. The brewery can be a little hard to find (or at least it was for us, following Google Map directions). It's located in a huge warehouse - and it wound up being on the far side of the warehouse from where we drove in. There's plenty of free parking. ...and when we got there, they had just kicked the rhubarb pale ale. Womp womp. Dark beer is my favorite, though, and I was able to get a flight of all dark things - not something I can say very often. I had the Jet Fuel Imperial Stout, Ferkin Merkin Brown Ale, Tainted Lady Stout, and Tainted Senorita Coffee Stout (this last one being my favorite). The jet fuel is aptly named! There's a small bar area inside and some outdoor seating for a nicer day. Flight of four is $10 or you can get a pint for $6. The only food for sale are bags of chips, so go eat before stopping by. I'll definitely be back!

Dan B.

Yelp
Great Brews, friendly staff, laid back atmosphere. Every time I come in I see a friendly face open to conversation and laughter. all the beers are delicious. Live music, fun events and the food truck has great low priced burgers. A Hudson gem

Sarah M.

Yelp
Great little spot with plenty of options for both indoor and outdoor dining. We ordered 2 flights (which are huge, btw!) to try a variety of their beer selection and were pleased with most. I was not a fan of their cider, but everything else we tried was delicious! They had a food truck on site while we were there which had yummy shrimp tacos and french fries as well ... I just wish I could remember the name of it! Can't wait to come back.

Kevin L.

Yelp
This is such a cool spot! When you roll in to this warehouse setting, it would be easy to be put off and turn around at first glance. Keep going! Without us asking, the bartender brought us several samples, based on what we typically drink, before we decided on a beer. In addition to great beer and friendly staff, there were some friendly pups chillin with the customers. Great location.

Raphael R.

Yelp
Such a great atmosphere here. Just a few minutes from Hudson downtown. Beers were good, and the service outstanding. P.S: they allow dogs in the taproom, which was even more fun to experience with our dog!

Michael C.

Yelp
Cute, small and intimate on the inside. Nothing special on the outside, not impossible to find but not easy either. It's all the way at the end of a warehouse. The warehouse antique shop is really worth checking out while you're in the area too! Just didn't get that loving feeling when walking in the door. It was late afternoon on a Saturday and we were the only 2 in the place. Ordered a flight with a good mixture of offerings. But nothing was like 'WOW, do you have this in a can to take with me.' And the server was cordial and receptive to conversation but could have been a little more excited about the stuff!

Jeff D.

Yelp
Located in the same building as a big antiques warehouse that is also worth checking out. We stopped in for a pint after doing some shopping. The beer was good, with the Widow's Walk and Brazen Harlot being my favorite. The few of us in the taproom were amusing by a woman coming in to fill growlers for a wedding who was told by the groom to get a beer that they did not have on tap. That kind of stopped her in her tracks until she got the groom on the line. Phone was handed to bartender, bartender explained choices, growlers were filled. Happily ever after, I'm sure. Fun little space in a very hip town.

Trevor M.

Yelp
Nice selection of craft beers...particularly fond of the Wayward Woman myself. Also love the off the beaten track location down by the train tracks when you're looking for a low-key Warren St alternative. The vibe is relaxed, comfortable, and indoor/outdoor. The staff is pleasant. So order a cold one, and #upstateandchill...you'll be glad you did:)!

Edward M.

Yelp
Have tried this place twice, and I have to say it is my least favorite brewery in the catskills. Bartender only talks to her friends and could care less about everyone else. This place has very little going for it !!!!

Sun Young A.

Yelp
Love the atmosphere and their brews. This little brewery/pub is truly a gem and full of characters. Reason for liking: the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable in their products but not in a snobby way. They have tons of cool beer signs to keep you entertained everywhere you look, friendly bar-keeping dog, and most importantly delicious craft beer for a very reasonable price. A must place to visit in Hudson, NY

John G.

Yelp
Delicious specials, as well as their main dishes, was there about a week ago and had their broccoli cheddar dip which was out of this world. Portion sizes were also extremely generous for the price. If I'm back up there I'll definitely go back.

Ongie K.

Yelp
Great selection of beers, comfortable atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Widows Walk IPA and Pineapple Cider are highly recommended.

Matt W.

Yelp
The beer was mediocre considering they all cost 8 bucks a pint. Limited indoor space and the blonde female server is incredibly overbearing with the covid rules. She was so bad that we had to leave. The outdoor space is basically in a rundown warehouse parking lot. There customers all seem to be NYC people.

John K.

Yelp
First and most important, the beer was good. The New England IPA made with all local ingredients is excellent. Nice atmosphere with a friendly crowd, although the music was initially louder than it needed to be. If it weren't an hour away from home I'd visit more often.

Travel L.

Yelp
Very good and diverse choice of beers. From a lighter beer to an 11 % Belgian strong ale. Overall relaxing environment but I see where it could get crowded at peak times. No food per se but they occasionally have food trucks on particular days. A place to return to.

Jami M.

Yelp
Awesome variety of craft beers! The pineapple cider and cocktails offer even more variety. Dog friendly; off the beaten path; laid back vibes & cool people!

Molly W.

Yelp
First of all this place is HARD to find. It apparently moved and Google maps isn't updated. Had to ask a local shop where it was after driving around for 15 minutes. There are also NO signs. It is in the back of a huge parking lot around the side of the building. That is by design I'm sure because they obviously think they're too good to be visited by anyone but locals. When I walked in the bartender gave me a major up down judgmental look, and said "Yes?" like I had no right to be in there. I know I look young but I'm 27 and there isn't a need to instantly alienate customers just because you think they are underage. Giving them a glare is rude. I had just been camping and was dressed down with no make up! Before I could say anything she snapped "we don't have anything right now!" (because of social distancing of tables) and then turned away. That's fine, but so unnecessary to be blunt like that. I am a host and server so I should know! Was my first interaction with this town and I have a bitter taste in my mouth. Snobby people because they got some fancy restaurants. I left immediately and will not be coming back. There is also no outdoor seating.

james c.

Yelp
We were checking out the neighborhood and followed the "beer" signs. There was parking in front. There were people at outdoor tables enjoying beer. We went in and saw an interesting beer selection. I got an IPA. It was sweeter than I am used to but still nicely bitter. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were glad we stopped here.
