Food was good service was excellent. I felt like the place needs a makeover for dining experience. But it was nice went with my wife,my sister and brother inlaw the burger was cooked to perfection the fish tacos were perfect as well the Chipotle sauce is very good. Fries were soggy though.

Google
Hudson House is a perfect 10 out of 10 every single time. I have been multiple times and it is consistently excellent across the board. The space is adorable and polished without feeling stuffy, the service is always great, and the overall crowd is pleasant, which honestly makes a big difference. The stone fruit martini is a must order and the shrimp cocktail is one of the best around. The shrimp are huge, incredibly fresh, and clearly high quality. The spicy popcorn chicken is also outstanding and hard not to order every time. I have tried everything from the steak, popcorn chicken salad, red fish, to the chicken parm, and every dish has been fantastic. Desserts are excellent, the menu is tight and well executed, and nothing feels like an afterthought. Hudson House somehow manages to be fun, reliable, and genuinely great every time, which is harder to pull off than it sounds. An easy repeat and one of my go to spots without hesitation.

Visited for brunch and noted that the brunch menu is fairly small with no substitutions allowed. However, the regular menu offers a large variety of choices to make up for it. The atmosphere is clean and upscale, though the service felt a bit rigid. Overall, a nice spot with plenty of options beyond the brunch menu.

If you’re looking for a good brunch option in the Fort Worth area, you should check out the Hudson House. The ambiance feels slightly elevated in an almost bougie way. The interior feels almost like a country club The menu has plenty of classic brunch and breakfast items as well as other entrees to choose from. Their handcrafted drinks are tasty and pleasing to the eye. Their portions are hearty, and everything was delicious Our server was very professional and welcoming. He offered suggestions, was timely in bringing our orders and with refills, and he went above and beyond for us We went for brunch on a Sunday, and we expected it to be crowded with church goers etc, but it was easy for us to find parking in their side lot, and the interior wasn’t overly busy. The purpose of this brunch was to catch up with friends, and while we ordered multiple drinks and entrees, towards the end (after paying the bill), it felt like we were loitering so we left Some tips: There’s actually quite a few locations, so, check to see if there’s a closer one to you. I was a big fan of the Hudson Sandwich and the Dynamite shrimp. If you’re ordering appetizers, ask how big/how many come with it because some of them are meant more for 2 people vs a whole group Cheers!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Hudson House - Fort Worth for my birthday dinner. We booked the pineapple room to accommodate 10 people and everyone was comfortable. I don't think I'll be booking it again because there was no air circulation and it was pretty warm. Cassidy was our server and she did great handling everything. She was so sweet. There were mixed reviews on everyone's food. I ordered the redfish. The quality of the fish was great. Very soft and flaky and not too fishy. Unfortunately, the flavor was lackluster. My mother also ordered the same plate and had the same opinion. My husband ordered the Chicken Parm and said it was great. I tasted it and it was really, really good. The Mac and cheese was devastatingly delicious. I'll be dreaming about it until the next time I visit. There was another chicken dish that a couple of people in my party ordered. It came with skinny fries. They both said it was good. A friend ordered the lobster roll and she said it was ok. She's partial to east coast lobster rolls and is on the hunt for something just as good and hasn't found it yet. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a special evening.

Google
We stopped in while visiting Fort Worth for a concert and grabbed seats at the bar. Kirby was our server and he was awesome—super friendly and attentive. Without knowing we were from Austin, he mentioned he could make a mean Mexican Martini… we were skeptical, but he delivered. It was delicious! The food hit the spot too—the burger, lobster roll, and oysters were all top notch. Great vibes, great service, and everything tasted fantastic. We’d definitely recommend and will be back next time we’re in town.

Google
First time at this location., loved their menu options and location. We were there during Happy hour but were disappointed there is not one Tequila drink in their Happy Hour Menu - we don’t drink Vodka or any other spirit so that was very disappointing. Also they don’t have draft beer 🍺 Aside from that were did enjoy a delicious hamburger 🍔 and a salad 🥗 the fries are delicious.

Google
Had some family in town and decided to go to Hudson house. Despite being fully booked they were able to squeeze a Party 3 in. Beautiful atmosphere and food was out of this world. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
I went there recently and my server's name was Jacob. The food was absolutely delicious and Jacob did exceptional work making sure we were taken care of.

Yelp
I really wanted to LOVE this place -First Parking is terrible. -Lemon Drop is Great -Hostess Area Needs Help! More Training - Truffle Fries were cold - Lobster Roll lacked lobster (i needed just a little more) -Waitress was great - Silk Pie was great - While seated on the patio I noticed the manager making his way around greeting customers for the majority time we were there. (We sat in the 1st table as you come out of the door) Noticed that he never touched our table. Not even greeted. Things like this make you say hmmm. Be mindful of this if you are of a certain color or race. Never experienced this before.

Yelp
Hudson House is an absolute gem. Beautiful crowd, fantastic food, and service that hits every mark. The ambiance is mint stylish, warm, and just the right vibe for a great night out. The oysters are fresh and delicious, the drinks are perfectly crafted, and every visit feels effortless thanks to the attentive, spot-on service. Can't recommend it enough!!! Those oysters taste like the sea!!!!!

Yelp
Went in for a holiday work lunch. The ambiance was so decorate so cute for the holiday. The bar area was giving boathouse vibes. It was super chilly inside, but this was oddly warm outside for December so maybe just trying to keep it from getting too warm inside - definitely will take a light sweater next time. Made a reservation so when we arrived we were immediately seated and quickly greeted by our server John. John was super friendly and made great recommendations. We started with the avocado dip which was nice and light and the fresh chips with ranch seasoning were great. We were all very pleased with our meals. I had the french chicken which was a generous portion of two smaller breasts. The sauce was light but rich. The arugula salad was simple but so tasty!! I had a bite of a friends chicken parm, and I'll definitely be back to try it as it was fantastic. The Hudson salad was a favorite by our two other friends. There were generous portions of cheese, bacon, chicken, and the green goddess dressing was a nice touch. I had to try the key lime pie as it's one of my favorites and when John told us the crust was graham cracker pecan crust, I was sold. While it was a good desert, I think the crust was my favorite thing about it as something was just a little off with the key lime part; an odd aftertaste. Overall, it was a gorgeous restaurant and a fantastic place for a more upscale lunch or a nice dinner.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of seafood, however, after trying a couple of sushi rolls and even the famous lobster roll here, I would dare say that one of the best things on the menu is the chicken parm - it's really underrated and actually outstanding! Service has always been fine, the atmosphere is great and they offer happy hour (restricted to the bar only)

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick cocktail with a friend. The service was good. I have always liked their martinis. Dynamite shrimp was good. I was happy to get a seat at the bar at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. You never know! Lively ambiance.

Yelp
Great overall experience 2x in a row. One visit was a business lunch, the other was dinner with my wife. great food, stellar service. Music was not obnoxiously loud, carpet in the dining area kept noise down. Lunch, dinner and desserts were 10/10. Will be back to try more. Just wish they did a quality espresso/cappuccino...

Yelp
Sat at the bar with full service. Drinks were solid pours and visually pleasing. The repurposed historic building was inviting and aesthetically taking me back in time. Well dressed parties of 3-7 gathered around tables and booths sharing drinks and food. I had fish tacos which came out as a wrap. The green aioli was delightful. The popcorn chicken bites and shoestring fries had a savory spice profile that needed no dipping sauce. Good cost to quality ratio but portions were on the skinny side. Will be back for another tasting.

Yelp
Do.not.leave. without getting some of their PIE! You can't go wrong with either, but the chocolate is my favorite. The texture is so velvety and smooth, with a perfect crumbly chocolate crust. It's so rich and decadent, this is the main reason I return to this place! The next most delicious dish they offer is their lobster mac. Super rich and flavorful. Salty lobster paired with so much cheese. I make a meal out of it and am so full by the end of it all. One thing I don't love on their menu is the lobster roll. If you have had Maine lobster rolls you will be disappointed. This does not compare in the least bit. If you haven't ever had Maine lobster, you might be able to fully enjoy this! I really do enjoy this place every time I visit. And Just make sure to get some of that pie!!

Yelp
What a wonderful place for brunch! First, it's open and bright, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! It doesn't smell like fish, which could be expected in a fish place, so that was a huge bonus! I had the lobster eggs benedict, and the hollandaise was out of this world! I'm used to often getting something either bland, or some garbage version of a lemon sauce (??), but this was light, fragrant and very aromatic! I would highly suggest getting extra on the side! That is exactly what came with my wife's breakfast sandwich! I will admit... when I saw it, I thought plain ol' hamburger buns aren't going to cut it at this price point! However, this isn't from Mrs. B! This was a light, delicate brioche bun, topped with a delicious soft scramble, crispy bacon, and a side of that incredible hollandaise. We split the sandwich, and shared the benny's... and took some home! We ordered the truffle fries, which were delicous, but they came home too! Finally, what's brunch without a cocktail? Black and bleu martini was the order of the day, and the layer of thin ice chips lets me know the bartender nailed it, just like the sign on the wall said they would! The Wife had the espresso martini, and left just as happy! Easy 4 STARS!

Yelp
The decor here ia very nice and the wait staff were very attentive and helpful. For a drink I ordered their Makers Old Fashion and it was really good and served in a nice glass. We had the decil eggs for appetizers and although good, not worth the nine dollars price. For entrée I had the reddish and my wife had the salmon. Both were cooked perfectly and had a really great flavor. The accompanying broccoli was very bland and we should have substituted. Overall, it was a very good time and reasonable price. Definitely worth another visit.

Yelp
Came for Valentine's Day, but did not have a reservation because we 're visiting from out of town. They were able to sit us at the bar without a wait (a regular table would have been 40mins). Great service at the bar. I ordered the lobster roll which was good, but I'm "plain Jane" and would rather have it with just butter haha. Fries were seasoned and crispy. My daughter and husband ordered the cheeseburger which they enjoyed as well. The place was nice, clean and overall enjoyed the evening.

Yelp
The food and service are always consistent! We love sitting at the bar with Kirby and catching a game or happy hour. Sushi is fresh and drinks are delicious!

Yelp
We were so ecstatic to welcome and watch the buildout of Hudson House. When it finally opened we made sure to grab a reservation... unfortunately it did not match the expectation we had for it. Now I'll share the good and bad, worth coming for happy hour but not for dinner service. I took one star off for the martinis... they weren't even a full pour (see photo). Pretty disappointing-- stick with wine or beer. We were a party of 4 and each of us got something different... I'd say the sushi and oysters were the best items we ordered. The ambiance and decor is really great, definitely pretty place to enjoy a meal-- just wish the food matched the interior. We haven't been back since our first visit but we do intend to come for happy hour to give it a second shot.

Yelp
Visited this place for a quick dinner, the space has a costal feel with an American food menu. Cheeseburger, skinny fries, and chicken parm were all crowd pleasers. Deviled eggs were just ok, comes with 3, extra eggs are $3 each. Overall the staff was polite, but seemed really busy, reservations are recommended but we were able to get a table for 3 as a walk-in at 5:30pm. Some of the menu items seem pricey, like just a burger for $16, and an added charge for fries, I think $7, but it was all really good!

Rhea H.

Yelp
Holy moly. This was the best meal I've ever had. I was honestly pretty disappointed at the lack of gluten free options but HOLY MOLY. The chicken was phenomenal as was the espresso martini. The service was incredible despite the extensive wait on a Thursday evening and the ambiance was just right!!! 25/10

Yelp
We had lunch reservations for a group of 6 ladies. Bri was our waitress. She was so attentive, polite and interacted with us. She was incredibly pleasant and made our time at HH a fun one! She made excellent recommendations for my friends that were on the fence on choosing between 2 dishes. Our food and drinks were delicious! We will be back!

Amanda A.

Yelp
We are blessed to eat lavishly frequently but WE WILL NOT COME BACK. Our server was Tiffany and she was great. Atmosphere great.Food,bad. Here's why...Lobster mac came out cold, steak frites ordered in medium and came out rare, and salmon was so rare it was like sushi. The only safe bet is their truffle fries. Definitely not worth the $200 we spent.
google avatar

Brittany F.

Yelp
Snagged a spot at the downstairs bar during HH earlier this week. Ordered Happy Hour Oysters Happy Hour Burger Sushi Roll Truffle Fries. All were quite delicious. We will be back to work our way around the menu! Really wish I could remember our bartenders name. He was very nice, worked the bar well to be sure everyone was served and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time & joined in on our convos every so often. Really enjoyed talking to him and the couples sitting around the bar! They have two bars, booths as well as an outdoor patio! HH menu consists of discounted drinks as well as a burger & oysters. Menu has chicken, salads, sushi, and more!

Yelp
I'm surprised this place doesn't have great reviews. The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere is great. The famous burger is totally worth it and the Espresso Martini may be the best I've ever had. They gave free refills on the ranch chips that came with the Avocado dip. I have to come back for the Happy Hour soon, can't beat those prices.

Yelp
Hudson house is always a solid option. This location, like the others, has good food and a fun atmosphere. The restaurant is very open concept and has a very social vibe to it. It's nice, modern/classic, and not stuffy at all. The service was good, no complaints and an overall good experience. We ordered Chicken Parm and the Burger (had several times before). Both were good! There is a good variety on the menu so you can really get whatever you're in the mood for. Overall Hudson house is a win, solid option overall for a casual Brunch/Lunch/Dinner.

Samantha B.

Yelp
The WORST experience from the moment we walked in. The hostess didn't greet us - just simply looked at me as if I was supposed to greet her and ask her if she had a reservation. She told us a table was available outside so we said that's fine, we'll take that. She started walking away. No, "right this way" or "follow me." Then she took us to our seat and walked away before even noticing there was a missing chair at the table! Our waiter never introduced himself to us, just said "has anyone been over here yet? No, okay what do you want to drink?" Our bill came out to well over $100 for 2 people, so the experience was absolutely NOT worth our $$$. We were so excited to try, but we will definitely NOT be back.

Yelp
We came here for Happy Hour and had an enjoyable time. We did the $10 cheeseburgers specials with an order of fries to share, 1/2 price martinis and the chocolate silk pie to finish. The cheeseburgers were good, the menu says two thin patties but they were thick! - not like smashburgers - good nonetheless. The burger was tasty, messy - their Hudson sauce dripping out, I think they buttered the tops of the buns so the sesame seeds stuck to your fingers. Came with a thick cut pickle half - with spicy seasoning on top - my husband is weird about his pickles but I liked it. Fries are shoestring fries - thicker cut would be better. Started off with the Lemon Drop martini which is served with a whipped fluff on top and freshly grated lemon zest - I enjoyed this. Next went for the Stone Fruit which I enjoyed better and went down easy. My husband did their dirty martini which was strong. For dessert we did an espresso martini each and their chocolate silk pie. Omg the pie was delicious, made in house - the menu doesn't have a description but it was soo good - the bartender said the crust had espresso in it as well, it was served with cookie and Graham crumbles and a either whipped or mascarpone cream on top - it was delicious - definitely share between you though - rich. The espresso martini was good, enjoyed the stone fruit better though. I didn't noticed them put fresh espresso in it. It didn't have the same colouring/layering as an espresso martini, looked more like a chocolate one or something. Nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves here, Happy Hour menu was great, service was good - our bartender was very busy, running the well as well.

Yelp
Food is great! Service was off the last time we went but definitely will come back! Love the burger and espresso martini!

Yelp
We went one of the opening nights to this location, was super good going to take my husband tomorrow! Excited to try again with the business more established!

Andrew W.

Yelp
So excited to try out this restaurant. Had heard nothing but positives about the food. Showed up at 6:30 on a Sunday night, without a reservation mind you, and was told the wait would be an hour. Okay, I can deal with that. Went to the bar and ordered drinks, and after an hour and twenty minutes was finally offered a table. No biggie. Sat down at the table and was then told many items on the menu were not available as the fryer was down. Could have been told that an hour before and I might have gone elsewhere. Tried to order a steak, but couldn't because the fryer was down? What does ordering a steak have to do with a fryer? Then the bill came out with extra items on my tab. The manager came out to talk to us during the meal, but never offered anything other than a placid apology for the inconvenience. Probably won't be back, and would not recommend.

Yelp
Mikayla was an awesome server. Quick service. Food was so flavorful. Good prtion sizes. Golden roll. Lobster roll with truffle parm fries and French chicken. Chicken and fries had a cajun seasoning on it. Place was packed but we still got a table ar 630pm on a Friday. Great vibe. The drinks were made perfectly. Classic margarita, Lemon drop martini, espresso martini and extra dirty martini. We had the chocolate silk pie for dessert. Very silky.

Yelp
I had a great experience here, i wish i remembered our servers name, she was Hispanic with a gold tooth and she had a trainee and they were the best! She had great recommendations for lunch and the French 75 was amazing and strong!! I had two and felt great lol. I had the deviled eggs and popcorn chicken for appetizers ,which both were sooo good. The redfish was seasoned so welll. My bff had the steak frites and the truffle fries were super good. The star of the show to me was the clam chowder!!! Whew 10/10!!! So seasoned , it wasn't on the menu but I'm so glad our server recommended it!! I can't wait to come back. Everyone was so nice and inviting. It's like an upscale bistro. Everyone was dressed so nice. But it was still relaxed enough that i didn't feel underdressed in my jeans!

Yelp
Hudson house is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location doesn't quite measure up. It's a beautiful clean building and there is a lot of seating. Food quality was close to other locations. The service was friendly but wildly slow. We also finished our drinks and weren't asked if we wanted another round. If they were extra busy it would be understandable but that wasn't it. Another bummer was unlike their Irving location they are unwilling to substitute one side for another at an up charge. .

Yelp
3.5 stars I want to like this place so much, but I have too many critiques to give it 4 stars or more. The main menu is small and kind of confused, offering both sushi rolls, a cheeseburger, and Chicken Parm. The wine list is small. Their "standard cocktails" all have a bizarre twist on what should be classic cocktails. They have zero beers on draft. The happy hour menu is only honored in the bar area. Womp womp. Parking is cramped. The food is so-so. Upon arrival, we were told there would be a 45min. wait. However, there were several empty tables throughout the dining room. Anyways, they're new. Growing pains are to be expected. So we sat at the bar for immediate seating. The ambiance and service are both great. The side of mac and cheese was delicious. The avocado dip ate like guacamole, and the portion was generous. But unfortunately, that's about as good as it got. I don't know if I'd recommend this place just yet. I do see a lot of promise with this restaurant's staying power if they can iron out some of their flaws.
google avatar

Tracy N.

Yelp
Service was great! Food was decent - the salmon was delicious though. Food was definitely overpriced for what it is. If I return it'll be for happy hour but I'd go elsewhere for a better bang for your buck.
google avatar

desiree e.

Yelp
The ambiance here is casual but nice. The drinks were quite yummy! The popcorn chicken was perfectly cooked but not spicy as advertised. The French chicken with truffle fries were sooooo good! I finished my whole plate! My boyfriend ordered the steak frites and the steak wasn't great which is a bummer considering the price. All in all, we had a good experience and will be back to try some other things.

Yelp
I've been in Hudson house now a couple times and I always get the sushi and never ceases to disappoint. Love the ambience too.

Melinda F.

Yelp
Ever since they opened, their front hostess people are RUDE!!!!!!!. If you are dining alone, they DO NOT want you to sit anywhere, but a tiny table down below or the bar. So, thinking I would just try and get something to go, well forget about that. They simply do not answer their phone and if you do get lucky to get someone to answer and you ask them why they are not taking "to go" orders, you are rudely told, "we are just too busy". Incredible.

Smile M.

Yelp
Don't Eat Here If You Are Of A Certaim Race I originally wasn't going to leave a review because I've already taken the matter to SPIRIT in prayer. My husband and I both felt that if we complained to the Hudson House, it would fall on dead ears ... however, I expressed how excessively long it took for my husband and I to recieve acknowledgement upon being seated to my father and he went online and saw that other people of color had complained about racism at Hudson House as well - therefore I felt compelled to share how wronged my husband and I felt upon our first time attempting to dine at the Hudson House. We were celebrating his 44th and had looked at the menu days prior to going. We had plans of trying these particular drinks and we found meals and deserts that we both wanted to try for his birthday celebration. The atmosphere seemed festive and we were looking forward to seeing why so many people seem to like going to this place. To make a long story short, we were seated. 10 minutes passed ... 20 minutes passed ...30 minutes passed and it was at this time that my husband and I began to wonder why we hadn't at least seen a waiter or received water or a menu or anything. At this point, we had made eye contact with the handful of servers that were near ( some occupied with talking, some not ..some serving customers seated near and around our table as well. ) It took for an additional 15 long hungry minutes for us to start really paying attention to our surroundings and whats happening, or not happening. Everyone around us was eating and being merry and celebrating their Saturday night. The final awareness of how we were being blatantly ignored was when a couple who is not of color came in and sat at a newly freed table that was literately next to our table. As soon as they sat down, the couple was greeted with water and napkins by one of the waiters. My husband and I both immediately locked eyes --- and if looks could ...ummm... hug ........ We both politely stood up and proceeded to exit. We went to Fogo De Chao and truly had a blessed experience and both the food and service was so delightful- it felt as if they knew how horribly we were just ignored and treat. I've already spent too much energy entertaining this foolish mindset that at least the Hudson House in Fort Worth is about. I felt bad for the birthday boy, but worse that its 2025 and I wasted a nice sparkly dress on an establishment that would rather lose money and make people feel belittled than service people who admire(d) them and their establishment. Needless to say, we will never return and I will be sure to continue to share my experience and spread the word on what happened, especially to people of color.

Luke P.

Yelp
I've been here five times. The food has been consistently underwhelming every time. My last mistake was the cheeseburger. Worst cheeseburger in Fort Worth, not including McDonald's. They did however, nail the ambience. Has a nice New England feel. They should be serving clam chowder and biscuits.

kathleen r.

Yelp
The light French Chicken and the heavier Chicken parm are literally the best chicken dishes I've ever eaten - bar none. The cocktails are outstanding and the ambience is fun and lively, upscale but not too stuffy. My only complaint after eating there 5 times is with the flies. Every single time I've been there there was an annoying fly buzzing around our table the entire meal. I think it's because the restaurant is so busy the doors are always opening. Maybe a fan pointing outside? It won't deter me from returning though. Love this place. Next time I'll just bring a fluster.
google avatar

Leah F.

Yelp
I'm giving it three stars for its service. The food was OK. The guacamole bites was good, but a small portion. Same thing with the deviled eggs, just a few, and they were loose and underwhelming. My girlfriend had a great salad that is similar to a cobb with this green goddess dressing. It did look amazing. I got the truffle fries which didn't hit. I also got a sushi roll that was rice list, and it just didn't slap. The atmosphere is great and it's super clean and the service is wonderful. I will try it again.

Yelp
We'd heard great things about the new Hudson House location in Fort Worth, and we finally tried it during the lunch hour. Located on Camp Bowie at Hulen, just minutes from I-30. Parking is limited (in the private lot or on one of the nearly residential streets), but some patience is all you need. Entrance is adjacent to the parking lot. Highly recommend getting a reservation, but, FYI, the hostess will not be seat you until your party is complete. Decor inside is exactly what a Texan imagines for the inside of an upscale, seaside restaurant in New England / the North Atlantic - lots of wood (some painted white, other deep-stained), eclectic collection of themed prints, and so many tables/booths. Bar area is majestic and inviting. Waitstaff is top-notch, know everything about the menu, and make great suggestions. If you like oysters / sushi / seafood, Hudson House will be a new favorite... they have it all fresh-delivered daily - yes, daily! We tried half dozen oysters as a starter... they were out of this world delicious. Our entree choices were the Hudson Salad (go spicy on the chicken, trust me) and Lobster Roll, and both definitely will be eaten again. Extra - the waiter offered teas in go-cups when we left - NICE! Definitely five star.

Yelp
Hudson house has become one of my absolute favorite places to dine. I love the Lupton roll and usually order it but in the last visit, I had the burger and it was wonderful (love that pickle). Hubby had the chicken Parmesan and it was amazing. Heavy for lunch but oh so good. Wished we had room for dessert. I'm also a fan of the truffle salmon and looking forward to trying the sushi with crispy rice (We saw it being delivered to multiple tables).

Yelp
Came back with a real new Englander who spends her summers in Newport Rhode Island and she was very impressed! The oysters here just can't be beat and the French 75s went down so easy. I didn't catch our fantastic servers name but he was a dark haired younger man with a deep voice. He was very attentive & his suggestions were spot on. This place is quintessential summer & I can't wait to come back

Yelp
Fort Worth needs more places like this one!! I loved the ambiance and decor here. Drinks were ice cold and delicious, as promised. Food was very good, although some of my lobster roll felt like it came out of the freezer. Will try something else next time. Service was great, will be back for more!

Yelp
First time trying this new spot for a quick dinner. Vastly improved interior over the last restaurant in this location. Two bars offer more casual seating. Service was friendly, polite and attentive. Probably didn't get the latest and greatest since we had to ask about oysters we saw pass by that weren't on the menu. We started with the deviled egg appetizer and the sweet chili sauce gave them a nice twist. Entrees were cheese burger and chicken parm. Both were tasty. Burger is a different take with pickles and onions. Chicken parm was large portion of good chicken and very nice pasta and sauce. Looking forward to our next visit.

Yelp
Hudson House is very pretty, and Sunday morning brought in a well-heeled West Side crowd of pretty people. There is a brunch menu, which wasn't mentioned or listed on the website. The food was pretty good. My friends each had a lobster roll, which they pronounced, "forgettable." I had the ahi tuna salad, which was fine. The skinny frittes that came with the lobster rolls were delicious, all that one could want in skinny frittes. The service was good. My biggest complaint, though? Hudson House does not take cash! "We don't even have a till," said our server. Huh. It would have been helpful to have had this fact prominently displayed on the website and menu, and ought to have been mentioned by the server early on as well. Hudson House is - fine. Will I go back? Probably not.
